Today Walter ( Wally) came out and removed a packrat nest from our condenser unit and replaced a sensor unit. We received excellent 5-star service starting with Maria who answered the phone, to Walter the service tech, to Rob the owner of the company and Phil who ordered the part. This is an amazing company. Had a 6 month check up of our newly installed AC/Heating system done by Jeff Gray. Jeff explained what he did and other options for duck cleaning and maintenance. Good job!July 2020- Our15 year old AC unit died last Friday during triple digit temps here in Vail, AZ. On Thursday evening Matt made the diagnosis quickly and accurately and knowing it was going to be even warmer over the weekend I was very concerned but on Friday Strongbuilt's rep Brandon promised us the installers would be there Saturday morning to replace it. Right on time Saturday morning Jeff and Karl were awesome right off the bat, friendly and obviously experienced. From shutdown to startup a little more then 6 hours including site cleanup. The unit is in the attic and with the temp hitting 100 by noon they just worked on. I can't say enough about Jeff and Karl's work ethic and Strongbuilt Plumbing and Air as a company. I highly recommend using this company, I absolutely have no hesitations using them in the future.

This company is honest and hardworking. Our technician, Matthew Buchach, was very helpful and informative. He provided prompt and thorough service giving us explanations of what needs to be done and also tips on what we could do to extend the life of our unit.I also appreciate the courtesy calls and texts regarding our appointments. The scheduler Rachel was very nice and helpful as well.In fact, everyone we've encountered with Rite Way has provided excellent customer service!We highly recommend this business for your heating cooling and plumbing needs.

There was an issue at my place of work. We were given a quote of under $500 but charged almost double. We were charged a truck fee even though we are located across the street. Less than 30 days later, the same issues came up and we were told they only guarantee their work for 20 days! So we were charged AGAIN for work that was done by them less than a month before. It has only been 30 days later, and AGAIN we have the same issues. We called another plumber who fixed their poor work and more, and charged us considerably less. As a Disabled Veterans organization, we aren't looking for hand-outs, but definitely did not expect to be taken advantage of.

Hot day. AC quit. Called Alaskan after hearing hundreds of their commercials on KIIM. Arrived within 2 hrs. Cool air once again. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
