Chris and the team at Plumber Kings are absolutely amazing! They came over to diagnose a difficult problem for me. I previously had two other companies come to my home and both had me thinking that in order to correct my issue, it would be extremely invasive and very costly. The Plumber Kings were able to come up with the perfect non-invasive solution at only a small fraction of the other quotes.

That’s what I’ve experienced with Chris and James at Plumber Kings. I hired Plumber Kings to install a new main waterline to my residence. The excavation company I used to dig the trench had worked with Chris on a prior job and commented on the good work they did. James was the main technician on the job and treated my property and conducted the work as if it was his own house. His attention to detail is outstanding and all of the work was extremely clean. James was well organized and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Scheduling was easy and communication was excellent throughout the process. Their prices were reasonable, and my overall experience was excellent. I would definitely use Plumber Kings for any future plumbing work and would recommend them without hesitation to others.

I needed a repair on my water main to my house. They were very responsive and came within an hour of when I called. The repair was done very thoroughly as I watched the process. After 4 days of searching and calling Plumbing companies, I became discouraged and gave up. The next day water started bubbling in the bathroom and immediately, I knew I had to search again. I was referred to Anji (a name I was not familiar with} and decided to give them a try. In minutes I received a call from Plumber Kings and spoke to Chris. He took the time to listen to the problem I was having and explained the benefits he offered to his customers. After I confirmed for him to do the work, Chris sent his Assistant Robert to access the problem. Robert was courteous and gave detailed information as to how the work was going to be done. Very kind, professional and capable!

1st Experience: Kitchen sink would not drain. Called and they had a coupon special. They came out same day and fixed the issue. Very good company.

2nd Experience: We had been having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the far shower. I called Plumber Kings and Mr Rooter Plumbing to get a competitive quote. We ended up having roots growing into our plumbing. Mr Rooter was just talking at me, while Robert from Plumber Kings took his time to explain and stayed patient. I talked to multiple people in the office through the fix. They are absolutely Great Individuals working for Plumber Kings. They provided a great service, and their price was fair.

I strongly recommend this company. They triple check their work before they tell you they are done. Great Company.

Had some work done by Plumber Kings. A faulty faucet part caused me to call them to replace it. Even though the initial work was done last summer Robert came to the house the day after I called and covered the repair with their warranty. Robert and his company are great. Wonderful experience.

Installation for the water heater was prompt, friendly and they left the place neat and clean. Their pricing is fair.

They also installed a bypass for our water softener which makes replacements very easy .

Plumbers Kings kept on top of working with 2-10 Home Warranty and they very transparent in letting us know the progress. We are so happy to work with Chris and his team, they are outstanding. They replaced our water heater with a brand new unit that was up to code.

Chris was on time, quickly made repairs, explained everything no hidden surprises, very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.

Did such a great job and kept work area very clean

just had an entire re-pipe done on my home including whole home filtration system, new water heater, new fixtures throughout the entire property and multiple hose bibs in front and back yard. Robert and Ryan two gentlemen I have great respect for and welcome them in my home at any point. The work conducted was efficient and very clean leaving zero to no clean up. My home hasn't had water like this in the 10 years I've lived here. I owe a great gratitude to Plumber kings and the staff associated. Chris (Owner) is knowledgeable and was willing to do exactly what I had pictured in my head. If you are looking for a vendor, hands down no questions asked Plumber kings are my guys. Chris and I quickly came to terms and worked together to execute this project and get the customer back in service. We had a fantastic experience with Plumber Kings in Tucson! After spending weeks trying to find someone to help with a shower leaking through the bathroom wall in our home, we were referred to Chris and Plumber Kings by our restoration specialist.

They were so easy to schedule with, and flexible when we had to make changes on our end. When they came out to diagnose the problem, Chris took the time to explain what the issue was and what next steps needed to be taken. He even connected back with the restoration company to close the loop and make sure everything came together easily for us!

I can’t speak highly enough and will definitely use Plumber Kings again if future projects arise. They are quick yet thorough, fairly priced, and extremely easy to work with.

Had a water leak. Cris was on it within 2 hours after I called him. Did a great professional repair that allowed me time to decide just what I want to do in the future. I appreciated not being pushed into something before I had time to think.

Chris and his crew at Plumber Kings provided exceptional work. From the beginning of the project of installing a new sewer line and clean out, they guided me through the process and gave me piece of mind that the work would be done to my high expectations. With this job they had to dig up a trench and break into the concrete, but his crew not only performed professional quality work, they’re craftsman and do things the correct way. There are also not many plumbing companies that can do complete jobs like they did—putting the front yard back to normal after the dig and doing concrete work to my carport. While working they kept the area clean and were super friendly and knowledgeable when I asked them several questions. They will be the first to call again if I need any plumbing work done.

Chris & Andrew are spectacular. They came to do a quote, found the problem immediately. Everyone was extremely professional and they run an amazing crew. Jonny and Ryan are the ones that did the work on my house and the are very respectful. Robert was friendly to me and my dog. He was professional and diligent about repairing my disposal. After many attempts to get the disposal working he installed a new unit which he had in his truck. Plumber Kings are returning this afternoon to locate my clean out. Their prices are reasonable and I trust their work. It is a new company eager to do well and serve the Tucson community.

Chris was both knowledgeable and patient in explaining things to me (a non plumber). His patience extends to his workers, whom he mentors professionally.
He is very clear in quoting a price for services rendered, showed up on time, did the work right the first time, and walked me through all the work done to make sure I was satisfied.

Jake did a great job fixing a leak under the slab with minimum disturbance. It involved some jackhammering but he cleaned up before he left and I am appreciative of that. My neighbor recommended Plumber Kings and I won’t be using anyone else. Thanks Jake, Chris, and Robert (who found the leak).

SO HONEST! Chris was so kind and Professional. I call this company by accident and end up hiring them. Robert came out to ran 100 ft. snake for drain cleaner. He never tried to sell more than I needed. Told my not to worry about the what if’s!!! He even offered the camera at no extra charge. I had already scheduled the County to come out with the camera. The PRICE was unbelievable and I questioned it a few times!!!! This company is the BEST for Plumbing needs!!!!! I’m glad I dialed them by mistake! Heaven Sent for sure! Thank you Robert and Chris!!!
