Best Ductless Heating in Tucson AZ

Temperature Control sold and installed our a/c system. We have been very happy with the Lennox system, and their follow up service is excellent. Adam was out today to do a six month check and everything is working well. Friendly professional service. I recommend them highly.

One of my two AC units was intermittently cooling then shut down completely. I called Goettl and a tech was at my home the following day. I explained what the problem was and he replied, “probably the condenser, just hope that’s all it is.” Ten minutes later after cking the unit he said was a failed condenser and all my refrigerant was gone and there was a leak somewhere in the lines. The estimate to get it fixed was over $1,900. Since the unit was ten yrs old he suggested buying a new AC unit. I asked what the price range was and was told anywhere from $11K to $22k. He said they could finance the cost one year interest free, then called a sales person who then called me again trying to sell me a unit. I told him I’d like to get one or two more estimates before doing anything. I was again told if I agreed to purchase a unit today they could install it tomorrow. Way too aggressive for me esp when we’re taking about a major expense. The sales rep told me he’d send me pricing for various packages but I never did receive anything. Granted the unit is ten yrs old but it felt I was being pressured into purchasing a unit today even though my other unit is new, in good condition deeming my need to replace the second not an urgent matter. I received one estimate today for a 14 SEER unit for $7k. Second estimate is scheduled for Monday, then I’ll determine which company I go with but not under pressure to buy today!

Overall Parker & sons did a good job, But the cost seemed high for what was done. There was a leak in a pipe from the main meter line to our home. I found the leak and dug a large area of the affected area. Probably a good foot deep and 3 feet long and 2 feet wide. The repair person wanted to dig a little more so he had an area to work a little easier in. After assessing the problem and giving an estimate (which I didn't have much choice of accepting since the water would keep being wasted if not fixed), the tech left for about an hour to get PVC parts (Home Depot is less than 2 miles away!) The whole repair time probably took 1/2 hour once he was back with the parts. $724.00 for this seems outrageous and I would / will not be using their services again. Right now I have another leak in the same general area, but not the repaired area, but will use someone else to repair.

Called about a problem. Upfront about the costs related to labor and truck charge. Mike was very friendly, showed up early and finished the work in a timely manner. The only thing I would have negative to say is that in removing insulation on pipes and not having any to replace it with on the truck. I can go to Ace and get it myself for much cheaper, so not a huge issue. I would definitely recommend to others

Wally with Cool Willy’s responded to our home after turning on our AC for the first time for the summer season with no cold air coming out. He was prompt, professional, and well kept. He diagnosed the issue quickly and found it to be a faulty thermostat. He also checked the entire system for any other issues and found everything to be in good working order. He explained the issue in layman’s terms and options for replacement. He didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t need and was very helpful. Would recommend this company and Wally to anyone. I had an emergency this morning and called Strongbuilt. They had someone to my house in about 2 hours. RJ came out and fixed the problem. He was amazing! He did a fantastic job and was very respectful of the property. I use this company for all my needs. They are the best and I highly recommend them!!!

Conrad and Israel were amazing. They were kind and professional and explained exactly what the issue was with our shower and fixed it quickly. We highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using them again.

Honest review down here.So I will say the tech Justin was amazing efficient and had an amazing customer service personality so I would rate the tech. 12/10 He even called me to inform me of all the findings he had and what he would suggest to do. Now to contact the builders to see if they will fix their little mishap. If not I'll be contacting them again.The scheduling department I have issue with. When I first set up an appointment through the online website it never transferred to the actual online department. Day came for the technician and no one showed up so I called was told of the glitch and rescheduled for another weekend. Weekend rolled around and I get a call slightly before the appointment letting me know they were down a tech. And had to reschedule again for a weekday at 3-6 with a note to come closer to 5 so some one could be there. Well the tech showed up early and thankfully I was able to get someone at the house only a short time after. Their scheduling department leaves a little to be desired but over all it's not bad 6/10I haven't received my documentation just yet as the appointment just ended but I should have it in my profile soon I'll rate the documentation they keep upon arrival so you guys can know.

Thank you! My ac went out so we were freaking out a little bit main because we have twin 4 year old's and it has been over 100 degrees. My warranty company (that i'm not happy with) first placed a work order with another company that said they would be by in a week... NOT HAPPY! so we called the warranty company and they sent Desert Star! Chris came by and was an awesome Tech!!! Unfortunately the motor was special order and may not come in for a couple of days... urr. Behind the scenes, the WONDERFUL Alyss was working hard to locate the part for us. She called later on that day and said You are going to love me! She located a part and Chris could install it tomorrow morning! YEAH!!!! So it's 100 outside and it will be 73 inside this weekend!!! Thank You !!!
