We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

Tanya from the office was very helpful in scheduling the appointment to get an estimate for a new water heater. John arrived right on time and after an inspection of the area where the water heater would go explained in detail what would need to be done as far as bringing everything up to code and answered our questions regarding why he would recommend and uses a specific brand. We asked a lot of questions and John was for lack of a better phrase johnny on the spot with the answers which was great. Needless to say we were impressed with his presentation and await the last estimate coming in before we make a decision on which plumber to use. As I mentioned in a previous review of another company we base our decision not only on price but information provided. Thank You Tanya for scheduling John to do the estimate.

Jesus Bracamonte was excellent. He not only came out on a Sunday to troubleshoot the issue with our water heater but within 48 hours he had a new one installed. Impressive since this was over Memorial Day weekend. Quality of work was top notch. He answered all our questions and when the job was complete he ensured the job site was clean.

My first experience with them wasnt great but the work was done on the unit above me not my property. There was poor communication that the company gave me. However I have used them twice now for work at my place and they have been fantastic. The owner is great. Always on time and perform job quickly. Just used them again and I appreciate that they were able to get me an appointment same day. I think they are little pricey but I guess that is the way it goes when not available to to do the work yourself. I had a leak in the kitchen turns out I needed a new garbage disposal. They charge $330 for a new one. Its $90 for service call, $90 disposal (badger 5 1/2hp price st home depot) and $150 for labor. Maybe just this time we are in makes everything pricer I don't know. I still recommend them especially if if its urgent and you need them now always seem to be able to wiggle you into their busy schedule.

I ordered a 3rd party water conditioning system for my house (as in not normally sold/recommended by Plumb Plumbing). Plumb Plumbing was very welcoming to working with an unfamiliar product and get it installed in a timely manner.

The work they did looks fantastic and very professional. I couldn't have asked for better.

I basically don't recommend Presidio Plumbing. The worst experience with a plumbing company ever. Their sales manager is useless and not trustworthy. Find someone else to help. The dispatcher has no experience at his job.
