I hired Jobe & Sons to deal with a clogged bathroom sink that was beyond my basic homeowner skills. Steven was able to get me on the schedule quickly, and ended up having to replace some of the piping, which he was able to do without having to schedule a second visit. After finding water running from our roof we feared a broken pipe of some sort. And once we turned our water off the running water slowed down considerably. We called several plumbers who were unable to respond for days and one recommended Jobe and Sons. Steve and Bill were able to respond within 20 minutes. He asked questions about our water appliances to try and determine what could be broken. But after getting on our roof he found a lot of ice and slush up against the drains. They were professional and efficient and we were happy to pay the service call for our peace of mind. We will keep their information for any future issues or services we may need. He stopped water at the sight and gave me a thorough estimate including other needs I had. He scheduled me about 5 days out. He communicated very well his arrival times and the work he was doing. We just moved into our house and the company did the inspection during the purchase process and we hired them to complete the recommended work upon move in. We feel comfortable about the drain/sewer connected system and Steven was also very informative so we know what the system is made up of, what to expect and how to maintain moving forward. We had the system video scoped, then the clay drain pipes cleared of roots, and a clean out access installed.

I called on Sunday around 6:30 PM and got voice-mail, so I sent a text message regarding my leaking water main. They returned my text message first thing the next morning and set up an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. They messaged me on Tuesday morning and were able to squeeze me in at 8:15 AM. They arrived right when they said and gave me a $400 estimate. Of course I wasn't happy with the price but I know it takes special skills and tools to do the job right. Plus, copper pipes and valves aren't cheap right now. The job was done to my satisfaction in a little over an hour. If you need a plumber it's well worth giving Jobe & Sons Plumbing a call.

Jobe & Sons to the rescue! Got up to find my water alarm going off in the garage and some water puddling at the base of our hot water heater. Our regular plumber wasn’t available and we wound up calling Jobe & Sons. Fortunately they were able to respond within an hour and got our gas water heater replaced by after lunch! Steve was great to work with, communicated well, knowledgeable and price was reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Stephen Jobe helped assess our drainage problem with our dishwasher, found it non repairable to be cost effective. He was very courteous, friendly and a man of integrity. He also advised us to replace 23 year old toilets for maximum performance. We would definitely recommend Jobe & Sons Plumbing. We had a bad faucet connection. We called everywhere but Jobe & Sons was the only plumbing service to answer their phone. They were very easy to schedule with and did a great job fixing our sink. Stephen fixed the sink in about 30 mins and it is working properly now. He knew what he was doing and even taught us a few things. I really recommend these guys they did great work and if I need anything else I will call them.

Their customer service was outstanding. They had to deal with a difficult situation under my manufactured home, connecting a washing machine water line to the septic tank. Jobe never complained one bit about having to get under there to do the work. He just got in there and accomplished the job in a very timely fashion.
