TERRIBLE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!
There is a reason Presidio Plumbing currently has a 2 star customer review. Honestly, I don't like to take the time to write these types of bad reviews unless there is real justification. To start off, I was given a 10 minute notice that the plumber was on his way, when he showed up 1 minute later. The plumber arrived to my house not exactly knowing what type of service I required from the home warranty company. LONG STORY SHORT, I HAD TO PAY THE PLUMBER FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE TOILET. This company has a terrible customer service, that doesn't return any phone calls.

They really fancied up our bathroom with their suggestions. Their plumbing is the tops, too.

they gave me a window of 11:00-1:00. I took off time from work to meet the service man. They did not arrive until after 1:30. When I finally called them, they said they were running late. Said I didnt need to be there because it was an outside issue. They fixed the pipe and leak. But left a pipe sticking out of the middle of my front yard (5 inches). When I called to complain, they didnt return my voice mails until days later. Said they had pictures of before and after and the pipe was there. It was not above the ground, The presidio spokesperson was very rude. I will never recommend them to anyone. The pipe was unattached and just sticking out for what?

I have Homeserne and called them about to Called due to tub not draining. I have a Homeserve Policy that covers indoor plumbing and up to 25ft of drain. Says drain has collapsed and Jim said it could possibly be his fault. Moral of the story was the goal to fix drain. Gone a week and half with no shower still......and paid them $2189 for fittings and redoing pipes in shed. Still. ....no shower. Would not recommend.

Hardly any contact from them. They showed up whenever they wanted to and when I wasn't home or available because I worked. Had to wait an extra week to get service. They also didn't show up during scheduled time nor call to reschedule.

Presidio was assigned by Service Line to repair a bad leak in my main water line. The line was in such poor condition that a full replacement was in order. Presidio argued for a full replacement, but were refused. Presidio asked if we could manage without water until the next morning so they could ask their supervisor to lobby on our behalf with Service Line Warranty. We agreed, and were delighted to learn full replacement had been approved! That same day they came fully prepared, dug a brand new trench, cleared away some branches and roots, and in two hours the new line was in, the trench was back-filled, and we had running water again. Bottom line: Presidio ROCKS!!

I’d give a zero star if it were an option. Huge ruptured service line outside of my home. Called service line warranty company who linked me up with Presidio. Received an email from Presidio saying they’d be here between 1pm-3pm. Nobody arrived after 4pm, nobody called and no answer from Presidio. I left a message with them and still no response. Called the warranty company back who surprisingly was able to get them on the line and spoke with Eric who said he’d call me. No call received. Called back to the warranty company and had them link me with a separate company called ETCHARTS LAKESIDE PLUMBING. I didn’t even get a call from them, they just showed up in about an hour, fixed the issue in 20 minutes and I paid nothing! Presido plumbing should be your last resort after asking a potato to fix your plumbing. ETCHARTS LAKESIDE PLUMBING OVER PRESIDIO ANYDAY!!!!

I had this company called out to my house by my home warranty company due to a gas leak in a home I just purchased. They came out and fixed 3 small leaks by appliances and then said that I had a slab leak because the system wasn’t pressurizing. THREE days later they called the home warranty company to tell them what they did. They came back out to do an estimate on replacing the gas line to a tune of $7,300 and told the home warranty company that their pressure test in the line was to diagnose the slab leak and that it should be taken out of my limit on slab leaks. This simply isn’t true, the pressure tests they ran were to see if their repairs at the appliances were good. I called another company and got an estimate for $1,850. NEVER NEVER use this company, such a joke!!!!!!!! No customer service, over priced, not truthful, no sense of urgency.

Very timely, price was right, and excellent work. Installation was done one day after request.

Leo came to fix the toilet in the house we just bought. He was awesome.

They were very friendly and honest and did a great job

Presidio was dispatched though my insurance company to repair a water leak between the meter and the house. The workers that did the repair were friendly and courteous. However, when they finished the repair they got dirt in my pipe line whereby my kitchen and laundry room did not have hot water. I was able to remove some of the dirt and pebbles from the screen on the sink faucet in my kitchen island. However, the main kitchen sink and the laundry room sink hot water have clogs and do not have easily accessible screens. Since the hot water on the island kitchen sink flows freely, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that the water is getting from the hot water heater to the kitchen and that the clog has to be in or before the faucets but after the hot water heater. Presidio fails to take responsibility and refuses to repair the clog that they caused. Further, they seldom answer their phone and never return calls left on their voice mail. Further, they told my insurance company that the clog was in my hot water heater which is not true because as previously noted the hot water runs freely to the island kitchen sink. Further yet, there was no clog before Presidio repaired my underground pipes and regardless of where the clog is, the clog is directly caused by Presidio causing dirt and pebbles to get into my water line. I now have to find a plumbing company to repair my clog and have to pay out of my own pocket. Hopefully the insurance companies are aware of this and stop using this subpar plumbing company.

The rental company choose this company to fix the clogged pipes. They cleared the drains and ran water and it drained. Yay!
HOWEVER the second time the toilet was flushed, it backed up. The company doesn't seem concerned. They can possibly,maybe have the tech out to complete the job (day of service) but itll be tomorrow. No good.

Are you kidding? Since he said he would be unable to do all of the backfill, I offered to help finish it up with my tractor. But, in the contract he wanted me to sign, it said I would be responsible for all the backfill. He would not change it to what we agreed upon. Wow...and after I checked out the other reviews...I'm left wondering why did I not check them out in the first place?

The homeowners insurance referred them to me. They did not return my calls to tell me when they were coming. I was home all day waiting. I received a call from the technician that he was at the house and no one was home. Again, I was home. He did not ring the bell or knock on the door! I ran outside, no one was there. I returned the call within 1 minute of his message. The technician did not answer his phone. I left a message begging him to come back. No response. I called the main number and explained what happened. I asked him to call the technician and he replied, “he won’t answer for me either”. Then, he hung up on me! Unbelievable. Steer clear of them. They play games because they don’t actually want to work.

Water heater went out late Friday night. Called my warranty company first thing Saturday morning and Presidio had someone out by 2 pm. It was an easy fix, but technician Roy was courteous, professional and communicative about the process.

Armando arrived on time and performed a repair of the water line from the water meter to the house. He was very professional and performed all phases of the job expeditiously. He has got to be the hardest working man I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

I basically don't recommend Presidio Plumbing. The worst experience with a plumbing company ever. Their sales manager is useless and not trustworthy. Find someone else to help. The dispatcher has no experience at his job.

This business is completely unprofessional and will leave you in terrible shape. The workers are hostile and if you were ever going to need to contact the owner Eric good luck because that will never happen. He never returns calls especially if he thinks you are unhappy with a job. So basically there is no hope in professionalism and no one to speak to regarding the job. They are utterly and completely lazy, these men don't want to work. Trust the bad reviews and seek another company because Presidio is not worth the stress.

Roy is awesome!

I was assigned Presidio Plumbing through my warranty company. Roy came out the next day with his helper, Daniel. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. So much, in fact, that he provided me with contact info for maps and departments downtown.

Unlike companies in the past where they just punch through the clog and try to sell you on expensive flushes, Roy and Daniel did the job twice to confirm that it was done correctly and efficiently.

After waiting all day on a Saturday this guy calls 3 minutes before he is supposed to arrive and says he won't get on the roof where our clean out is located. We explicitly told them hours earlier that the clean out was located on the roof. He said it was against city code and refused to help us. Not if your home was built in 1958!

We filed a claim with our home warranty last night, and Leo showed up today at 11 am. We thought we had issues with our pipes, but turns out it was an easy fix in our toilet. Leo had it fixed in one hour and we are super thankful! Great company, quick to fix, and very professional!

Worst experience ever. Six weeks and still no hot water. Will NEVER work with them again. When I called to complain and tell after the 6 weeks, the owner yelled at me and told me I was wrong.

We were having plumbing issues so we called our warranty company to have a plumber sent out. The warranty company told us to expect a call from the service provider to schedule an appointment within 4 hrs. The next morning we received a call 15 minutes before the Presidio Plumbing guy was to arrive at the house! Good thing we were home!

Once Roy got there he diagnosed the issue telling us that the main line was backed up. However because the house was built in the early 60's it didn't have a clean out Valve and wasn't up to code, same thing another person mentioned in their review. He said once he could get a second worker he would come to the house and unclog the main line from the roof and then work up an estimate to install a clean out valve to bring the house up to code.

3 days later, we still have had no one come out to fix the issue of the main line. No contact has been made, and the warranty company can't even get them to answer the phone!!! So here we are having 2 elderly, one handicapped, living in a house where they can't take a shower, wash clothes, use the sink, or flush a toilet for fear that the line will back up!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Thankfully our warranty company saw the need and referred us to someone more capable. I'm not sure how this company is in business with such poor practices, but if you get the chance steer clear of this company!
