Joe was prompt, on time, clear in his explanations and demonstration of our problems (two main line water leaks, and a running toilet), and the fixes he would enact. He got everything done essentially in just 2-3 hours, and we no longer have any problems. Also a nice friendly guy. I particularly appreciated Ram's ability to respond to our problem on short notice. They have fixed another issue for us in the past also and did a good job then too.

Called them on a Sunday because my outdoor faucet would not shut off. Talked to Isaac and he would fit me in the next day. Was very pleased to receive a text that morning to find out what time would work for me. Professional, and now I’m able to turn my hose off. Will use for all my plumbing needs in the future.

our main sewer line was clogged. both toilets tub backed up.it was a mess. Called Affordable Plumbing and Sergio came out on time. infact text me and was able to come out sooner. Surveyed the problem and I had no clean out outside so he went in thru all the roof vent needed to unclog the main sewer line. he diligently checked each drain in the entire house.He was professional, knowledgeable, a very courteous nice man.The price was very resonable.I truly recommend Sergio at Affordable plumbing.

I have always used Cal's due to their professionalism and honesty. and though it has been a few years since I have had to use a plumber I must admit I was quite shocked at the price. As I had said previously I do believe them to be quite honest therefore it must just be that much more expensive for plumber service now.

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! I called Roto-Rooter needing service for two bathrooms in my office. The dispatch did a good job communicating expectations on when they would arrive. When they did arrive, both John and James were professional, listened to my concerns, and explained what might be the cause. They didn't try to oversell the problem, or make it seem worse than it was and try to tack on other services. They were clean, did the job they needed to do and we're able to articulate what they found and how the warranty worked for the services performed. All in all, I appreciated both John and James and would recommend Roto-Rooter to other commercial/residential clients.

We needed an immediate sewer line inspection completed. Ramon was responsive, honest, and took time to explain our sewage system and document his findings. Would highly recommend Plumbing 360 and their professionalism.

Buying a house, we're in the inspection period. Scheduled a sewer line scope with video of the new house. Technician showed up early and scoped the line before anyone was there. We received a video without sound of the sewer line, but the technician seemed to be trying to break their personal record for how fast they can scope a drain. This is the third sewer line I've had scoped in the last year and generally, the video will show the condition of the pipe, the technician will explain what they're seeing and offer recommendations. This experience was not that at all. I will definitely be using a different company for my plumbing needs in the future.
