Cale and his team are the best. I’ve used them twice now on two different homes on two different issues and not only were the most responsive and reliable, they were also the most truthworthy.

Cale committed to me that his team would find and fix the problem and they sure did!! Life savers! Use these guys before you call any other plumber for a leak - they will find it and they will fix it! For some perspective I had another plumber come out before Fusion who was unable to fix the issue, I called Fusion in a last minute dire situation and they came through strong. Thanks Cale!

I called Best Price Plumbing to install a dishwasher since our house didn't have one. They came out and took a look and quoted me a great price. We scheduled the install for a couple of weeks after that and they came out and installed it. They were on time and great to work with. They got everything done and it looks amazing! I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Other than a mix up due to a newer call center agent, it was a great experience. David was awesome! Very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job of educating me on my system and what was done for me. He did a thorough job and I would recommend and already have recommended to several of my friends and coworkers! Paul from Imperial plumbing was great and very helpful! He was responsive and made sure his availability was flexible to get the job done around our schedule. I also love how he communicated everything to me as to what was wrong and what needed to be done. I felt well informed and confident that I was receiving quality service. Would definitely recommend them again.

I've had a somewhat uneven experiences with plumbers. Either they're way too expensive, seem to want to up-sell me, or appear as if they're still in training. These folks were amazing. Had a leaky pipe, cut out a section of the pipe to install a new shutoff valve, cleaned everything up and were out of here in under an hour. The quality of the work was first class (I've installed some plumbing myself so I'm not totally naive as to what a good sweat joint looks like).

I saw a couple 1-star reviews. Not sure about the guy being flipped off (that's just an odd review to leave) but I'm sure if the person who still had the leaky pipe had called back they would have followed up. My experience was great, from the appointment maker on the phone to the plumber who came and did the work - a retired Air Force guy.

Awesome reputable service

Dishonest orJust Extremely Inexperienced?!… I called Silverado when my regular plumber wasn’t available. After running a camera to find a leak, he told me the leak was in a line beneath the top rim of the tub and the entire tub would have to be removed, along with tile/walls demo’d. The quote was about $2,500. I waited for my regular plumber to examine the leak and he said there was no way a plumbing line would go under the tub in that (basement) bathroom. I subsequently had the tile/wall only demo’d for under $200 and the line capped off temporarily for about $200. For $1,100, a very thorough plumbing job will be done replacing piping, valve, securing the parts to the concrete wall, etc, etc. I would have paid $1k more to Silverado!—and I think they would have done much less with the plumbing components. When I asked for photos or video of the camera work silverado’s tech had done to show that the leak was under the tub rim, the company did not comply. It certainly seems that guy was extremely dishonest. My regular Plumber had warned me that they do have a turnover in personnel, and, in fact, when I called them, the company told me that that tech was no longer with them. Plumbing companies that hire inexperienced, non-vetted, untrained technicians are not to be trusted! Go someplace else!!

I got three estimates. One was for $275 second was $375 and Elite quotes me $8000 to repair my septic tank. They won’t repair just replace. Elite even tried to get me to take a 28% loan out to do the job. NOPE
