Very disappointed that I was charged 166 bucks for them to cut a huge hole in my wall and to tell me what they think the problem was, no repairs were done. Had someone else come the very next day and find the leak that you guys missed in the same exact area. Now I have to not only pay the person who actually found and repaired the leak but also pay a separate person to fix the wall. The website emphasizes their affordability and customer service but the lady I spoke with about my experience had a nasty attitude and lacked compassion and empathy. Didn't let me speak to the manager and said she would have someone call me back after cutting me off several times and being extremely dismissive. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Technician repaired leak on hot water heater. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and was able to make the repair without any issues.

We had questions concerning our AC unit and the tech came out and checked everything and answered all the questions we had. We called early in the day and got service the same day. Will be using them again in the future.

Tech was great. Did a good job explaining and I’m satisfied with his work. The price from Cornerstone seemed a little much and about twice what I thought was fair.
