Don't look any further for a plumber. What a great guy. Our problem started this morning with some gurgling in the toilet and turned into every toilet overflowing and the tubs and showers filling with water when the washing machine was emptying!! Nightmare. Tony was recommended by our warranty company - the only helpful thing they did - and when I explained the problem Tony rearranged his schedule to help us. Because we couldn't find the clear out pipe, Tony had to snake the drains from the roof - who knew?? Tony fixed the problem quickly and was very reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier with his work and professionalism.

My technician, Marcus was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining the issues I was having with my AC. He was extremely thorough, and I felt very comfortable with his assessment. He was able to walk me through the diagnostics and break everything down so that it made sense. He explained all of my options and answered all of my questions.

Llona plumbing came out to help my elderly father with a stopped toilet. We assumed the entire toilet would need to be replaced but Llona suggested that they first try to snake it (this had failed for us) and they were successful. Thanks for saving us money Llona!! Erich came out early this morning to evaluate a broken pipe at my fathers house. My father uses a walker to ambulate and was unable to move some of the items in his garage. He went above and beyond what was expected. He performed his duties in a professional manner, and fixed the pipe in a timely fashion, most Importantly he did his job with compassion. I would recommend without reservation!

I hired Alvarez plumbing for a leaky faucet at a rental. We had a lack of communication on this project. This was the first time I hired them. After speaking with a gentlemen named Scott, I felt they will now have this issue corrected. I will use them again.

We called All Pro because our toilet was running constantly and our shower was backed up. Todd came to the house (on time) and listened while I explained our problem. He diagnosed the issues and we discussed the costs. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Todd was able to replace the toilet and fix the clog in the shower quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call again if needed.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. No one showed up. I called to see if they were running behind and was informed they didn't have me on the schedule no apologies or offer to reschedule.

Mike arrived on time and ready to start. He inspected the area around the toilet and found obvious signs of a leak. He gave us a written estimate which we thought was fair and once approved started the repair.
Mike was very thorough and continually cleaned the area where he was working. He was friendly and informative. The work was finished in a reasonable time. We were pleased with the entire process and would recommend Joe Cool and Mike.
