Larry (the proprietor) and his team are outstanding. Would highly recommend Llona Plumbing. The completed the installation of a new water service for my home - the quality of work was excellent, very attentive and personal service through out the job, and the price was very reasonable. This is an honest organization, where that is not the operative word that come to mind with other service providers.

Oh man these guys are awesome. I was in a jam and they were here when they said they would be, did the work quick, and was reasonable my priced. I just found my go to plumber!

They were the third plumber I tried because I needed them to come out quick. Chip came out in 40 minutes diagnosed the issue, tried the easier fix and was done in about an hour for a foundation pipe leak! He was super nice and explained everything. Then I receive a thank you with their business calendar in the mail in 2 days. I think this company is very organized, professional and talented. Highly recommended!

I used Llona plumbing on a project in Tampa, FL. They gave me a quote for some simple fixes such as a leak under the sink, some work to the washer connection, etc. Within one week both the sink and washer areas areas had substantial leaks causing major damage to the wall and brand new kitchen cabinets. After I called to tell them I would not be paying them and that they had ruined drywall and cabinets, they truned my.oayment into collections. Hands down the worst contracting company I have worked with when it comes to quality of work.

I was scheduled an appointment on Wednesday for an appointment on Friday service. On Friday when they did not show for my scheduled appointment I called and they said I was not in their system for appointment. I said how could that be if I was contacted by Llona plumbing to verify the spelling of my address. I of course did not want to continue to reschedule.

I highly recommend this business. My old water heater died on a Sunday. I called them and their on call person answered the phone and forwarded me to a technician who was able to book an appointment to have it replaced that Tuesday! They were on time to the installation appointment and charged me exactly what they had quoted when I booked the appointment. I was extremely satisfied with their level of service and professionalism. Well done!

Wish I could leave more than 5 stars. My wife is 9 months pregnant and Saturday afternoon we had a pipe break in our wall so had to turn off the water until it was fixed. Every other plumber was either busy or charged 100s just to come out since it was after hours. Not Llona. After calling in I received a call back within 30 minutes explaining when a tech could arrive. As expected it was a busy day for them but Orlay arrived at 8pm and didn't leave until the issue was fixed and we had running water again. So thankful for him and this business! We look forward to working with them on all our future plumbing needs.

I've been a residential customer of Llona plumbing for ten years and over those years they've serviced a couple of my properties. Recently at my home I needed service on a tankless water that they've serviced twice previously without incident but for this service call I was disappointed that Lloan refused to service my water heater. The first person I spoke too said they would rather replace the unit with a tank heater. That wasn't the answer I was expecting, so I got a call back a few minutes later telling me they don't service my type of water heater anymore because it cost too much for the customer and that they don't have a skilled tech to work on it. Llona was unable to refer me to someone else and told me sorry. While leaving me and my family of five in the cold. Not the level of service I expected from them. Now I'm shopping for a new plumbing company to begin a relationship with. I see a lot of positive feedback which is good but I would strongly encourage you to get a second opinion before committing to Llona plumbing.

Always on time every time. When ever I set up a appointment. They give a mall window of arrival and they always show up on time! They are reliable, professional and trustworthy. Very professional. I had a stoppage in the kitchen sink and took me a while to find a reliable plumber on the internet. I looked up a few places and noticed that Llona Plumbing had several GOOD reviews for which I decided to call them. They definitively lived up to my expectations. It took 1 minute for the plumber to figure out what was wrong with my sink: it wasnt a stoppage in the pipes but a problem with the garbage disposal which had accumulated oxide in it. It probably took him 30 minutes to fix the problem and he cleaned after his work. Some things I say on this review may sound obvious and expected from a plumber, but you would be surprised what bad reviews from other companies say. This is the first home my wife and I bought. We like our Tampa Heights community and certainly are thankful for professional people like Llona Plumbing who make our first-time homeowners experience a little less stressful. Definitively recommended

For about 2 weeks I had this daily on and off sewer smell in my kitchen. The area under the sink was dry so I wasn't sure what could be the issue. Finally, I was referred to Llona Plumbing. After describing the issue, they sent a technician who was able to determine that my (1952 home) galvanized air vent was cracked after after a thorough inspection. They replaced my 68 year old pipe with a new PVC one with straight and clean drywall cutouts in the bathroom, so I could replace the drywall with straight cuts. They went right to work and were done in a very timely manner. It's been 5 days since the repair, and no more smell in the house. Since my original air vent was tarred into the roof, I was recommended to contact a roofer (I have a personal one) to replace the flashing/boot located in the area. My roofer came by the next day and repaired the area affected in less than an hour. They were very informative and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you very much!

Llona plumbing came out to help my elderly father with a stopped toilet. We assumed the entire toilet would need to be replaced but Llona suggested that they first try to snake it (this had failed for us) and they were successful. Thanks for saving us money Llona!! They came right as scheduled and the price was right. Five stars to Llona Plumbing :)

Easy to schedule, very professional, and was quickly able to diagnose and fix the problems.

To love a plumbing experience - not really love, but they did great work and Chip and the crew were all professional and nice to work with. We had sewer lines that had to be replaced which was a big job - - pavers had to be removed but they did as few as possible and were as neat as possible, too.
They also installed a recirculation pump for our tankless hot water heater which has improved our lives greatly - - worth the investment to have hot water everywhere, quickly.
Their pricing was fair and they were prompt, honest and I will call them again without hesitation.

Manny and his guys did a great job for my family. We had a water heater start leaking badly. The plumbing company that put the water heater in were too busy to come out and even help us. Fortunately, we found Lona Plumbing! Our old water heater was still under warranty. Manny worked with us to get a new water heater covered by the warranty and had the whole job completed with in 2 hours of us calling. Awesome Service and a great job!

I have used Llona Plumbing a couple times now and I have found them to offer exceptional service at a very fair price. First of all they have always answered the phone right away and followed up quickly on appointments, status of arrival etc...The plumbers that came out were very nice and trustworthy. Most recently they had to shut off the water to the entire condo building to replace my valves which was somewhat tricky to manage but they were able to coordinate everything with the condo association. I highly recommend this company.

We recently had a few plumbing issues that were corrected in a most professional and expedient manner. Mykala called to advise us when Ross would arrive and he was here right on time. He was very efficient, fast and polite. You couldn't tell that a plumber was ever here after he left. He made sure that everything that he touched was clean and spotless. The price was very affordable compared to previous companies. We can now say that we have a Plumbing Company that we can rely on. Our water heater sprung a baby leak. Before it became a deluge we knew we needed to replace. We called a dozen places for estimates. All were at the $1200-$1400 range. These guys were just over a grand. They also talked us through the estimate, what was included and even allowed us to choose the replacement brand. We went with Rheem after doing research online and talking to them. They showed up perfectly on time (with a call in advance letting us know they were on the way). They said it would take about two hours. In two hours they were done. They even added a pan even though we technically didn’t need because the unit was in the garage. Delighted with them. I highly recommend.

Manuel and Rosendo saved me hundreds of $$ most recently because they were fair and honest... A rare quality today in all contract professions. Stay away from that type of so-called discount plumber who only rips you off and tries to sell you everything you do not need.

Llona is everything you want in a plumbing service. It's easy to make an appointment, they are available 24/7, the call-backs are quick and courteous. They arrive when they say they will, and are respectful of your home (laying down mats for their work area and entryways). We've used them twice- to replace a broken pipe, and clear out a nasty kitchen sink clog- and I'll use them again if needed.

Llona Plumbing replaced our entire outdoor sewer grinder pump and lift station. They upgraded our puny 1 HP grinder pump and 2-foot reservoir with a 2 HP grinder pump and 6-foot reservoir. They made all the proper piping connections from our house to the pipe that connects to the force main sewer. They also replaced the old control panel with a new, easy-to-use one. This is the Mac daddy of lift stations! It works great, and we are grateful for their service. Everything was completed on time and on budget with no complications. Larry, the owner, and his partner, Chip answered all of our questions. My husband and I are so pleased with their service, that we have hired them as our go-to plumber. We highly recommend Llona Plumbing!

Llona installed a hot water heater in 2018 and did a great job. Today Roger completed a trouble shoot of the garbage disposal and determined it needed to be replaced. Roger provided a much appreciated option to purchase a disposal at Home Depot and he could return to install it. Ultimately the price he quoted to provide and install a quality disposal on the spot was very reasonable and our preferred option. Roger and his assistant were very efficient, friendly, and professional. We would definitely recommend Roger and Llona Plumbing and will call Llona again for any future plumbing need.

Awesome service, rescused our attempt to fix a broken pipe on our own after midnight. They said it would take 45 minutes to show up and it took 20. Our guy was Roger, and he was super nice, friendly, patient and professional. Reasonable price considering the time of night. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, did exactly what was needed, even checked what we'd already done to the pipe make sure we hadn't messed anything up. Highly recommended! I hope we don't need plumbing help again soon, but if we do, we'll call Llona for sure!

Llona Plumbing re-piped my entire house and did a fabulous job! They showed up as scheduled everyday, cleaned up when finished and completed the job on time as planned. I have used Llona three times at two different properties and had nothing but a GREAT experience each time --- totally break the contractor sterotype. The first time I had a leaky valve at the day of closing for a property I was selling -- they came out and got it fix just as they said they would. Although they knew I was desperate, they didnt take advantage of the situation.

Most recently, they did the piping for our addition and remodel -- which included replacing all of the cast iron and copper piping on the 'old' side of the house. They did great work cutting up all of the slab and, through some clever expertise, managed to save our main bathroom that was recently remodeled before we purchased the house -- saving us thousands of dollars. In fact, our GC was so impressed he said he is using LLona as his default going forward.

Genuinely... couldn't recommend a better plumber and all of the person I have interfaced with have simply been great!

On time, Fixed a main water break in less than an hour.

Good, but I found them to be overpriced. I understand the standard hourly fee is $155, but in our case, all the plumber ended up doing was tightening a nut. He was in the house for 5 minutes. When I requested that the fee reflect that, it was lowered by $16.

So, I would say they are great for their expertise for complex jobs. Otherwise, not a good value.

Jose came in to fix my draining issue today and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. As soon as I began to explain the issue he recognized the possible problem and began to work. He completed the job quick and fixed my drain. Very professional and they will be my go to plumber from now on.

I own a high volume restaurant in South Tampa that has constant plumbing issues. I have tried several Tampa plumbers over the years. Today, I had two separate emergency calls, and they were able to come same day and rescue us...without charging an arm and a leg. Their pricing is fair, and their service is impeccable. (during normal business hours) Chris came into the house listened to the situation and what I had already done said he was going up on the roof to snake it out. 10 minutes later he was done and everything worked great. Just had Mike from Llona out to repair two toilets that had been making a ton of noise. He was friendly, professional, and answered questions (no matter how silly they might have been). He had no issue working around the plethora of stuff we have for potty training our two littles. Showed up early and was in and out in an hour. Very happy with the service. Would definitely use them again.

My new favorite plumbing company. I tried to replace an outdoor faucet on my own last Sunday and botched the job. Water to the house had to be shut off. After calling a competitor who wanted over $200 just to show up on a weekend, I call LLona and was not disappointed. They were there within 2 hours. Fixed the broken faucet and I even had them replace another (before I could break it) and all for just over $200. I will use them going forward.

Made an appointment with them a week ahead only for them to call me at the last minute to say the plumber was not going to be able to come due to another job ... offered to reschedule. Don't they have more than 1 plumber working at that company? Can't handle more than one customer no matter how big the job might be? Good to know if I were to have had an emergency. VERY disappointed. Meanwhile we are smelling something awful in our bathroom sink which could be a gas...calling someone else NOW.

Just had Chris from Llona Plumbing out to my home this week to repair a broken pipe. He was here on time, called before arriving, was very friendly, and was in and out in under a hour. The price was resonable and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Llona Plumbing to anyone.

Plumber arrived on time and gets 1 star for showing up. The sink and dishwasher didn't drain correctly prior to his visit and the same problem exists a after spending $185...... The Plumber did suggest adding a vent (in the wall) but there was no guarantee that expensive suggestion would solve anything..... There is no opinion included in this review - these were the straight facts....... Based on what just happened, you can decide if you think LLONA PLUMBING is someone you would use. 😔

Absolutely frustrated with Llona plumbing and would not recommend to anyone. We hired Llona for a whole house repipe. The employees of the company are not on the same page. The original quoter quoted us low and when the crew came to work, they were unable to start. After scheduling removal of our AC ducts, they were able to commence. Fortunately, they both started on the same day because our AC guy was able to help them with a stud finder so they didn't continue to haphazardly cut into my ceiling. The picture is what I returned home to. That is the front of my house, with pex running down the front of it. Not only is it an eyesore but Im under the impression that PEX isnt allowed for exterior applications since UV deteriorates the piping. Charlie has been unhelpful, with every text or phone call being we will fix it when I need details on how. They are coming back tomorrow to fix it, but Im not holding my breath. They have ruined the front of my house. There are plenty of plumbers in Tampa, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They got back to me that afternoon and set up an appointment quickly to replace an old faucet and install a new one. I had tried to fix it myself and messed it up in the process. Silvia is very pleasant to speak with on the phone and clearly explains the estimates. Chris the plumber was professional, fast, friendly and helpful in explaining where I had gone wrong with my attempt. I would definitely use them again.

I called Llona for service on my 83 year old Grandmother's plumbing. Larry came out and was so kind and courteous to my Grandma. The pricing for the service was great! The work was done quickly and they even called 2 days later to check on my Grandma to make sure everything was good with the plumbing. I will defiantly recommend them to friends and family.

We recently moved into a rental house in Tampa and had a pretty serious plumbing issue on our kitchen. Our property is managed by Coldwell Banker. They set-up the plumbing service with Llona Plumbing. Eniel came out and fixed the issue very efficiently. He also fixed a running toilet that I asked about, which was not part of his work order. Before he left, he cleaned and disinfected the entire kitchen sink, counter tops and floors. He put everything back exactly in it's place on the counters and under the sink. I was amazed! About a week later, we had the same issue (it wasn't that he didn't do the initial repairs properly, it was due to all the rain backing up from the city sewers). He came back out, fixed the issues and again, cleaned everything and put everything back in its place. He is a very polite and knowledgeable employee and when we purchase our next home, you can bet Llona Plumbing will be our only choice for any plumbing needs we may encounter. Keep up the awesome work guys!!

Ron was the one who answered the phone when I called. He was very pleasant and professional and scheduled the repair on the day I requested. He asked me to text him a picture of the toilet that needs to be replaced so he can have the plumber bring the right one.
Roger, the plumber, arrived on time and worked discretely while we were seeing clients in our office. He replaced the toilet and cleaned up after he was done. He applied grout around the base of the toilet which looked great. I received the bill the following day and was pleasantly surprised how reasonable their rate is. I highly recommend this company.

Mine was a simple job, inspect the back flow valve on the residential irrigation system as required by the state. I had this done 2 years ago by another company and needless to say, due to their lack of customer service and questionable pricing, I decided not to use them again. I looked at the reviews for Llona Plumbing and noticed that the majority were positive so I decided to give them a chance. Llona's pricing was better than many others I had already spoken to. They were timely and contacted me to advise when the plumber was on the way as promised. The plumber was knowledgeable and friendly, as was all the staff I spoke to. I had a warm feeling after my first call to schedule the appointment and I can now confirm, after the service call, that I will use Llona Plumbing again and will recommend them to friends and family.

I called their office and they sent a plumber within 25 minutes. Eniel did an excellent job. he was quick and did not leave a mess. The price was very fair. This was the first time I have used Llona Plumbing and will definitely be using them if any plumbing need arise.

Llona Plumbing is the best! Re-piped our entire bungalow in a day, and then came out to do some minor fix-up work when we called them a week later; no charges, no questions asked. This is the best plumbing service in Tampa, hands down.

I can't speak any more highly of the experience that I had with Llona plumbing. We had a clogged toilet and tried every trick in the book. We tried plunging it, we tried hot water and dish soap, and we even went to home depot to buy a snake to unclog it. After trying the snake and the toilet still not working we called Llona plumbing based off of a positive recommendation on the App Next Door. We called then at 9:00pm and Manuel from Llona Plumbing was at our house in less than an hour. When we showed him the toilet, to our embarrassment, the toilet had somehow brought itself to work again [my husband suspects it became unclogged when he pulled the snake out before the plumber arrived]. They did a couple of quick tests to see if there were any underlying issues with the plumbing and gave it the all clear. When we asked how much we owed him for coming out, he would not accept any payment from us. We felt so bad for inconveniencing Manual late at night but he was nothing but all smiles and a gentleman. Manuel and Llona plumbing couldn't have provided a better customer service experience and I strongly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues. They truly are a family owned business that cares about their customers.

Just very nice people. They got back to me quickly on a Saturday morning and were extremely informative.

major guest bath remodel in the works; they came out to replace the old Sterling style tub/shower system with the modern single valve. Fred was very honest and upfront with costs of the material and time. He came out to inspect and gave me a full rundown of what should be done and how much I should expect to pay (very affordable compared to many other companies I called). The technician that came out was courteous and fast!

They also came and did some minor work for my water heater; prompt response and great work.

I'd highly recommend this company for its honesty, service quality and price.

I have *never* seen a faster response from any kind of service provider, much less a plumber after hours. We were new customers, and within 20 minutes had a nice, clean, and knowledgeable plumber at our house snaking our line. Service done, VERY reasonable invoice paid for, and plumber out the door within an hour. It was a dream... well, as much as needing a plumber can be a dream. We actually had them come back the following week to ensure all our toilets seals were intact to avoid future issues, and it was the same experience again. Not sure how they can maintain this standard of excellence, but they do and they now have a lifelong customer in our family.
