Had an appointment scheduled and they no showed. I had to call them to ask where they were and he said he would find out and no call back. Not worth it. Go use another service company. Day wasted waiting on them.

I am a builder. We rely on Belief Plumbing for all of our service and remodeling needs. We use Belief for our own personal household needs as well. We have used Belief for a number of whole house re-pipes and they were extremely thorough and on schedule. Always great service regardless of what type of project we have. Due to a communication issue this was originally one star review. But Junior asked me for a second chance to make things right and he did. Solid job fixing my pipe and explain to me exactly what happened. They charge a flat rate rather than an hourly and we're up front about that price. I'm happy the work, though I wish there was better communication from the dispatch initially so that we wouldn't have had a miscommunication. If you're like me and had a leak from the cities meter to your house. Then they recommend a leak detection done before you call the plumber. The plumber doesn't want the responsibility of guessing where that leak is coming from when it can trickle and come out in different spots.

They use book pricing, which is fair. The two plumbers were thorough and careful in their work at my office. Thanks!

Called them and left a voicemail, no call back for a week. Called again, got someone on the phone, and made an appointment for someone to come out to the house.. they never showed up and never called us to tell us they couldn't make it or to reschedule. Unreliable would be an understatement!

I called their office to get an estimate on some plumbing work and the young man who answered the phone rudely hung up on me, how unprofessional for a new business. I will not use or recommend them. I even called them back and he did no answer, now some lady called me back asking if I had a missed call

Jr did a great job at making sure both of our toilets was fixed properly and he came at a timely fashion.

Not good, He was a salesman, said could get the shower repaired through insurance at no cost. I'm not interested in ripping off insurance companies for dubious claims as some roofing companies are/were doing with roofs also said he would email a quote to get it repaired, he did not.

Hire Believe to install new commercial kitchen sink , at new restaurant , at first they send a services , tech not familiar with codes , then two week later the owner of the company show up with an attituded, they are good at cleaning pipes , but not recommended for more complex work , on residential low complexity work , Zephyrhills

Technician never showed up and did not give a courtesy call to state they were not coming.

We had a sewer clog happen on a Saturday and it was a nightmare. Their technician showed up and promptly took care of it. I was impressed with his efficiency, he didn't try to hang out and take extra time (they charge by the hour).

They seem honest so far. We are likely going to hire them for the sewer repair since they gave us a great quote! (I'll update once we get the sewer line replacement done).

Professional, on-time, price was right. HONEST.

I was really impressed by the plumber that came out. He did a great job and was efficient. I do bathroom remodels for Rockledge Lowes near Cocoa Beach. I was in Tampa trying to fix up my moms house to put it on the market. The old tub and drain leaked bad and needed to be replaced. I did the demo and tried to find a licensed plumber to do all new plumbing in the bathroom. Everyplace I called had an office lady answer the phone and wanted to send someone for an estimate or told me it would be at least $1500 when I told them exactly what needed to be done and I’m not in town to let anyone in for an estimate. Believe Plumbing answered and it was the owner (someone who actually knew about plumbing). He was the only company I called that ASKED me questions about the plumbing and bathroom before trying to tell me a price or just say I need to send someone to look. They came and did all the work for half the price of everyone else. If they were closer to where I lived, they would definitely be my new plumbing sub. I would recommend Believe Plumbing to anyone. After the plumber left the owner showed up himself to check his work and meet me in person. Im very impressed. Hard to find reliable people in the trades. Thank you Believe!!

Highly recommend this company and the service tech Junior. Called them and received a quote quickly on the same day. Service was scheduled for the next day and completed by 11AM. Great Job.

Plumber arrived in the window they stated, was courteous and knowledgeable. I ended up using someone else simply becuase it was a Friday and couldn't wait til Monday for the repair, but would have had no problem going with this company otherwise. Price quoted seemed fair, and they're of the dying breed of Professional Services companies that still offer a free quote, which is much appreciated.

Carlos and Junior did a wonderful job at our home! They showed up when they said they would, communicated well, and were very accommodating. They took great pains to make sure we got what we needed and were willing to help out in any way they could. We got a shiny new water heater and other work done at a fair price and we wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

He went to work immediately and cleaned everything up when done. He was courteous and even asked me for a Brillo to clean the old rings off of the counter from the old faucet before installing the new one. Completely went above and beyond. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called for an estimate to do a job, every week was the same answer we'll send it next week. i ended waited over a month and never got the estimate. If they do that with an ESTIMATE, imagine how they do the actual JOB!

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. No one showed up. I called to see if they were running behind and was informed they didn't have me on the schedule no apologies or offer to reschedule.

Saturday morning water heater went out. Within two hours, Junior was at my house with a 50gal tank that I wanted and a 40 gal if the 50 would not fit. Two hours after that, Frank and Junior had the old 40gal out of the attic through a drop down stair and the new 50 gal in its place. It was a difficult swap as water heaters go and on a Saturday afternoon. My wife and kids won't take one shower without hot water because Junior and Frank gave up their Saturday afternoon to complete a difficult water heater swap. The entire time they acted as if they were glad to be there.

Junior with Believe Plumbing arrived a few minutes early. What was really awesome was the turnaround time - I requested service on Sunday night and my appointment was midday on Monday.

I had a leaking outside faucet. Junior shut off the water and replaced the old faucet in 5 minutes. I couldn't believe how fast it was.

The whole job was under $100, and I paid with a card. Easy peasy. Will be using these guys again.

We decided to take on the task of getting our entire home re-piped after having a few copper leaks in old copper pipes. This was a big undertaking as it is an expensive job and involves a lot of holes in the walls. You really want to make sure you hire someone fantastic for this. We got 5 different quotes and did our research. Someone in our neighborhood recommended Believe Plumbing. I did my research and saw the many good reviews. I decided to have the owner, Annier, come by to give a quote. By then I had already had several quotes and knew that their price was very reasonable compared. I was hesitant at first because a lot of the other companies I contacted were in business for 30+ years. I decided to go with Believe Plumbing and I am glad that I did. Annier, who is also the owner, is very involved. He is very patient, I like to ask a ton of questions! The guys he sent out worked very hard. Ismael was very friendly and always had a smile even with our many questions or if we pointed out something. This job is very messy and you will want to cry with the many holes that are necessary but rest assured, Annier has a guy to recommend that does excellent drywall work and will get you right back to where you started. So far the pipes have been great. They do the permit process for you and coordinate the inspector to come by. So it's all legit work. I also had them completely move my water heater from inside the home and into the garage and install a brand new water heater. In my opinion, a good plumber that charges reasonable rates are VERY hard to come by these days. Plumbing work is never cheap but compared to other plumbers who ripe you off, their rates are much more affordable. Annier also came by when the re-pipe was completed and inspects it himself. He does not take payment until the entire job is done and passes inspection by the county. Any issues you bring up, he will address and have a solution. I love that! Today I had to contact Annier because our garbage disposal just went out on us, he was super fast in responding and will have someone out today completing the work with a reasonable price. When you find a company like Believe Plumbing, you save them in your phone and only go to them as you can trust that you are getting the best! I hope they always provide this type of service even when they become an even larger operation. Thank you Believe Plumbing!

My neighbor recommended them to me couple weeks ago, i though i should give them a try for all the good reviews I've seen. They do great work like any other professional plumber would. I just wish their company got a better time management system. They don't show up on appointment time and don't return calls as promised, time is important to customers and this is unprofessional in any field of work. When I call customer service why they are late, they first denied and said they never late on work and then i guess after they checked their system and then admitted it and told me their employee is still at the last job location. Feels like they either have a very bad communication system between company and employee or they don't have enough employees to fill up all the jobs they took in. If you are a busy schedule person, call some other plumber who can actually arrive on appointment time. Time management is their company's weakness, hopefully they can improve on that.

Called Believe Plumbing in the morning and they came out the same day and fixed my clogged sewer line. Junior was very professional and solved our problem quickly.

Believe Plumbing saved my day! I woke up to a bath faucet that wouldn’t stop running full blast, so I had to turn the main water line off. Junior, the technician, came out quickly and not only fixed that faucet but another leaking faucet and two running toilets. Highly recommend!

My water heater failed and I needed the job done quickly. I called Believe Plumbing and the were able to schedule the job for the same day. The plumber called ahead and asked if he could come earlier than the appointment, another plus. The price was excellent (I called a few for price comparison) and the work was great. I have to say that after having a horrify experience with another plumbing company, Believe Plumbing was the next plumbing company to be dispatched to my home for some repairs. I was notified by the technician who’s name is Junior who not only came on time but walked through the steps of what needed to be done to make the repair. He told me it would take about 4 hours to complete the entire job but he was done in 2 1/2. He was very proficient, knowledgeable, neat, kind and overall polite gentleman. He fixed the issue at hand without me having to make another call to send someone else out to fix his work. I would recommend Believe plumbing to anyone who needs the job done quick and done right. When my wife and I needed to replace all cast iron piping at our house with PVC, Believe Plumbing was the best priced and the highest quality company out of over 10 local plumbing companies that quoted us. The job took a few days and Victor, Carlos, and Roberto worked very hard to ensure the fastest completion of the project. Anel and Myra from the main office were also very attentive and accommodating. The crew kept our house as clean as possible during the project and cleaned up at the end as well. Overall we are very happy with the work completed.
