Best Heating System Maintenance in Tampa FL

I can't say enough about Mike, Adrien and Steven. They were really informative, incredibly nice and polite. They did an amazing job giving me all the information I needed to make my decision and did an amazing job on the install.

Like other reviewers said, get charged from the time they dispatch the call and the price they charge per hour is way over priced, especially sense it took them 40 minutes to get to my house. They did 10 minutes worth of work just to tell me that it would cost over 1000 dollars just to replace one valve and I would have to pay another company to patch the drywall. I did the repair myself for 130 dollars worth of parts. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

Both the shower and tub work better than they worked when the house was first built! They both did a great job replacing the out door leak and both gentleman were very polite arrived on time and had the repairs done quickly. Thank you Luis Morales for all you did today!

Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.

We needed the AC fixed after a flooding issue with pipes and Blake, a technician at All American came in within a day of requesting assistance and was amazing. Polite, explained clearly the problem and worked efficiently to fix it within an hour.

Cornerstone was able to quickly come out and fix my AC within a coupleof hours. Great communication,service provider was very knowledgable and was able to diagnose andfix the issue in a timely manner.Adamwas courteous ad explained the details of their service plan, which I decided to take since the service was great! Joe, the tech not the owner, was great. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what he was doing each step of the way, was incredibly respectful of our home & pets, and has a terrific sense of humor to boot (particularly helpful in our 87 degree home at the tine.)

I highly recommend the Cool Joe maintenance and service contracts, the entire Joe Cool team, and especially super tech Joe.

They do so much more than just ac repair. I had a gas water heater replaced last week. They had me up and running in no time. Everything about the install was great!

They were able to come out the same day that I called, even though it wasn't an urgent issue. Trevor was my technician and he did a great job. He had to try a few different access points to unclog my sink, left everything clean and answered all of my questions. Plus, he gave me a 30 day warranty in case the same issue persists (but so far so good)!

Do not recomment to anyone, DEFINTENLY needs a new Marketing Team and front office ASAP!
