Service person was on time (love that we get an email & text with picture prior to arrival), respectful, courteous & explained things in a manner I could understand. He performed the maintenance in a timely & professional manner.

WARNING! This is a big scam! They gave us a bill for $455 for replacing a part in a faucet regulator. The labor cost was $270: 1 hour for work and 1 hour for travel. They were actually working for 30 min, the travel from the last destination per their GPS was - 45 min. In three phone conversations the office not even once mentioned the policy of travel charge, nor the hourly labor cost. Seeing the other people complaining about no communication of the policy and pricing, I consider it as a scam. They are well aware of their wrong doing and they continue to do so.

Had a leaky pipe that needed to be repaired. Easy to schedule. Did a quality repair job for a good price. Very nice technician. Would definitely use their services the next time I have plumbing needs. Much better than the other plumbing companies I have worked with in the past.

We are very happy with our new AC system and the technicians who installed it. They arrived promptly when they said they were coming. Billy Gann, Travis and Jason were very professional, friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. July 6th. 2023. I called, they came and fixed an outside hose bib in the pouring rain. They had to cut the wall, braise and install a new valve and they applied mortar to the area they touched. No leaks. Awesome job. Very affordable. Will use again.

Called 1st Choice Plumbing at 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon looking to get a quote for a water heater replacement. I was able to send a picture of the water heater via text and received a quote in a matter of minutes. Not only was the price reasonable they managed to fit me in same day. The installation process was entirely hassle free. Will definitely use them for any plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! They found time to come out to our home to detect a leak in the evening same day! On a weekend call, even! Dalton was the one who came out and he was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went straight to work, figuring out where our leak was coming from. He was very communicative and transparent about what he was doing, not to mention friendly. The issue was detected, and we were so happy the problem was solved. Nora helped us on the phone and she was courteous and professional as well. We will be calling them for any future plumbing needs, hands down.
