Muka Tech#791, did a excellent job. He really went above and beyond and treated me with the utmost respect and was honest and didn't try and over charge me. That usually happens me being a woman and a service man always trying to sell or make more money he was fast and honestly I haven't dealt with a more professional and truly nice person in a very long time. If i ever have any other plumbing issues I will not only call roto rooter but I will insist on having Muka be the tech to come to my house. I am just elated at the speed and efficiency. Great experience, Matt, Sam and the rest of the team were quite professional and worked very quickly while being unobtrusive. This was a complete home re-piping so it initially frightened us, however, they put us at ease. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Had a Saturday urgent situation and after calling many plumbers, Everyday was able to take the job and were here in two hours. Carlos did a great job and price was fair. Will certainly use Everyday again.

We had hot water issue, so called them and made an appointment for Friday between 1-5pm. I called Friday morning to confirm the appointment and was told that technician will call when he is on his way. I called back 2:30pm and I was told that we narrowed down window from 4-6pm. I called at 5:35pm as I didn't hear back and was told technician is running late, but he'll come. It was 6:35pm and still didn't hear from technician, so I called back and cancelled the appointment for 2 reason: 1. we had to grab dinner and they didn't have clue how long will it take for technician to come over 2. if they can't estimate the time any better, may be they're not much good at plumbing either. It was complete waste of our afternoon/evening.

I scheduled a septic tank inspection for the hours between 2-4pm. The guy shows up at 1230 instead when I am not even there. Calls me to tell me that he cannot find the septic tank to inspect and leaves. Charges me $125 just for coming out and doing absolutely NOTHING! I have called 3 times in the past 2 days to speak to a manager to resolve and keep getting the run around. Still no call or response. I will never recommend their services to friends/family in the future.

CDS Plumbing can Handle any difficult job. I had a 1975 tub faucet and CDS not only found the parts to replace it they did so at a professional level. They have Great and Rapid Response Customer Service. I Highly Recommend them.
