My family and I couldn’t be more elated from the service Kenneth provided. We had an outdoor grill built and the original plumbers took all of four days to get halfway done. My wife called this company and they came out the same day. He was able to install a tankless water heater and fix what the previous plumber didn’t complete with the previously installed sump pump. As a consumer and Realtor, I would recommend this company without hesitation. I’ve only worked with Kenneth, so ask for him😅. I’m sure the entire company is good. Very responsive and professional company.

Justin and his crew performed a sewer jetting or also called a hydro scrub as I’ve come to learn. They did an amazing job. My kitchen sink didn’t work at all. Nothing at all drained well and my house was only 10 years old. Thank for doing all you did guys!

I started my Saturday morning with a giant mess in the garage from a water heater whose time was up. What I was most concerned about was how are stressful and costly it would be to try to get a plumber out here on a Saturday. I’ve very thankful that the ONLY one who answered my call was CDS Plumbing! Elizabeth called me right away and I was able to text her photos since I didn’t really know what I was dealing with. David, the Service Manager, was at my house in no time just to help me turn off the water and make sure the tech would have everything he needed before he even got there. The tech, Jordan, was at our house in just a few hours (all on a Saturday afternoon). He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and had the new hot water heater installed in no time. This was such a refreshing experience, I am unfortunately used to electricians, handy men etc coming in and charging way too much money for shotty work and this was the complete opposite! I really felt like everyone at CDS plumbing was trying to help me and not take advantage of a desperate situation. I HIGHLY recommend CDS plumbing!

I'm so thankful for Zay at CDS Plumbing. Not only did he figure out the issue with my toilet quickly he took the time to breakdown the problem and explain it to me. He made sure that I understood everything as well. He picked the part up, installed it and was on his way rather quickly. Justin and the team at CDS plumbing are a fantastic outfit. They completed a repair at my office of our toilets that had several ongoing issues for some time. I’ll use them for all my plumbing needs. Our experience with CDS was fantastic The lady on the phone was polite and quickly gave us an appointment. Jordan was our tech and he was on time, professional and quickly resolved our problem. My family and I had several plumbing issues, though minor and more of an annoyance than anything, that had been a problem for many months. We delayed calling a plumber and getting them fixed because the two I reached out to prior were either unknowledgeable or very pricy. Over the annoyance of sinks that merely drizzle water and a brand new fridge that doesn’t have a water line to it, I ventured on the arduous task of once again… plumber searching. A google search lead me to many with almost 5 stars, so that’s where I started. Once I spoke with Justin, the GM, and heard his personalized approach, I was hopeful we’d found out forever plumber and our issues would be gone. I came here to say, we were not disappointed. They fixed everything the same day as the our scheduled day for a quote. Jorge was our tech. He was courteous and efficient, he even found a leak we were unaware of and fixed it, no additional charge. Speaking of charge, this company has the best prices, and equally, customer care, than anyone else I’ve called.

I cannot tell you how happy we are to have working sinks and fridge! We are very satisfied with our choice in this company; you definitely want to hire them. :-)

I needed to connect to the sewer and abandon my Septic tank. Several companies told me that I would have to hire separately for that, but CDS was able to do both. Justin and the staff were friendly and professional. They got the job done in a single day. I was very happy with the work they did, and I would definitely Hire them again.

I can't say how great this company is. They saved me from buying a house that had a crushed P-trap in the shower. I used them again for a septic inspection and they were able to get us on the schedule fast and had a quick turn around with the document. Jordan the tech was great with communicating and answering my questions. Justin the GM was great, he called me on a Sunday. I would recommend this company to everyone!

Septic pump went out Memorial Day, I messaged them and they responded and we’re at my house by 10am the next day. Replaced the pump that day!

I contacted CDS to have my toilet flange lowered. They promised that a plumber would be at my house first thing in the morning. They sent Robert who is awesome. He knew just what was needed. He explained everything to me. He finished quickly and showed me what he had done. He cleaned up everything. In addition he was polite, well spoken, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We had tried everything before we started calling plumbers, we called a Johnny Doan first but the lady who answered was incredibly rude so we called CDS. Zay showed up on time he was very professional and courteous. He did an amazing job and quickly! We’re very happy with the service.

Amazing service! They found time to come out to our home to detect a leak in the evening same day! On a weekend call, even! Dalton was the one who came out and he was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went straight to work, figuring out where our leak was coming from. He was very communicative and transparent about what he was doing, not to mention friendly. The issue was detected, and we were so happy the problem was solved. I want to thank David and Jose (and Elizabeth!!!) for their prompt, professional, friendly and timely service to break up a calcium clog in our sewer line. Water was backing up suddenly and quickly in our bathroom. A call to CDS had a tech out in very short order. They explained the problem and quickly cleared the blockage. Considering this was an emergency call on a Saturday morning, the price was excellent, too. I would recommend CDS Plumbing Services to anyone!

CDS Plumbing made did a complete re-piping at my home. The plumbing crew where very neat and clean and answered all my questions. I then referred CDS Plumbing to my daughter. Who do you trust more than your dad? Yep, once they where done with her repair she called me to think me for knowing such a fair and good plumbing company. Should I ever need any plumbing done they are my go to plumbers!

We called upon CDS Plumbing Services because they not only had the highest rating and hundreds of great reviews but because of the dire need to get a job done in less than three days! My girlfriend and I live in a 55 plus adult community that did not install a water line for the refrigerator because back in the 1970’s there was no need. We were tired of making ice in ice trays and I’m used to getting water and ice from refrigerators I’ve had in past residential homes. When I initially spoke with Nora, their dispatcher/gatekeeper, she told me if I was available the same day, Justin, the owner, could meet me and give me an estimate right there on the spot. Mind you I was told upfront there would be a $75 service fee, but it would be waived/deducted from the invoice if we hired them for the job. Once given the total price minus my Veterans discount (which saved us $150) - I shook this man’s hand from Texas, and he said his best men that service the Lakeland area would be out here in three days! Dalton and Timothy did exactly what they were supposed to and installed a water line with a shutoff valve within a cabinet next to where the refrigerator will be installed this week! Quick, efficient, no issues, professional job well done and even told me to have a 3/8”x1/4” brass supply line adapter in case the new fridge line is a 1/4”!

Oscar was amazing! He came out same day in the arrival window that was given to us. He was honest, he worked hard and got the job done. I had a washer drain pipe overflow and he got it handled. Prices were great & I couldn’t be more happy to have found CDS Plumbing. This company is lucky to have Oscar he is a hard worker and has a lot of knowledge on plumbing and much more!

CDS Plumbing can Handle any difficult job. I had a 1975 tub faucet and CDS not only found the parts to replace it they did so at a professional level. They have Great and Rapid Response Customer Service. I Highly Recommend them.

The service person was on time and finished in around 5 hours including going twice to get more pieces. This was right after Christmas and the pvc pipe and mounting brackets had broken off he replaced about 16 feet of pvc 3 inch pipe and several fittings the price was very high I needed the job done so I agreed to the price but it was VERY expensive $2290 will not use again or recommend because of the unreal price. I had to call another plumber for an unrelated project and was told by him that he would have charged me less than $1,000 for the first job so he will be by plumber of choice

Where do I start? Justin, the owner is a true problem solver. And with his honesty, saved me at least 5k! What impresses me the most was even though I am located in Jersey (this was for our flipper in Seffner area) he accommodated me and didn't try to milk me when I am 1000 miles away. 2 other companies wanted to do complete drain field replacements from the get go and were counting on the fact I was far away and in a jam to close.
