I was able to get a team of Plumbers (Mike Benson & Team) to help me with a complex issue on Monday morning after Easter weekend. They arrived quickly and was able pinpoint the problem with options for me. I cannot say enough good things about this company, the professionalism and knowledge. I will continue to use them going forward and recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services!!

This company is the best! The moment We called them with our plumbing problems until the end of the project we had nothing but professional and kind service. They worked behind the scenes to save us money too by not assuming it was the worst case scenario. In the end we had to have a new drain field. We will call them for any future plumbing problems and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I called based on the excellent reviews on Google and Yelp and we were not disappointed. Matthew Finley performed the service and did an excellent job. I called from abroad because my elderly mother was home alone and the customer service representative (Mikaela?) was attentive and courteous. My mother received him at home and he was timely, courteous and explained what needed to be done. He executed the job quickly and efficiently and the price was beyond reasonable. We are very satisfied. From someone who was very nervous about calling a plumbing company given all the problems people go through, this is an excellent company with wonderful professionals.

Bought an older home and needed to replace a bunch of the old cast iron drain pipes. Trevor and Russel came out and made made everything just right. Very professional and honest guys! I will definitely be calling on them again.

This company is by far the best plumbing company in Tampa Bay. We had a leak in our bathroom and we didn't notice until late in the day. We called and Jessica was extremely helpful in getting someone out that evening. Anthony (Tony) Wetham came out to our house. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He performed the work and we are extreme happy. He was a super nice guy and did an excellent job. Great company and employees!

I had roots in my sewer line in my front yard and Russell came out promptly and removed and replaced the broken pipe. He also showed me on his camera that there were no more roots in the line. He also went above and beyond and fixed what the previous plumbers had done wrong. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to show me his work as he was doing it. I've used Tampa Bay Plumbers for emergency services on two separate occasions. Both due to leaking pipes behind walls and under my slab. Unfortunately, my thirty year old home isn't getting any younger. During both service calls the technicians arrived ahead of the appointment time. They worked quietly, cleanly, efficiently and definitely left my home better than they found it. Both technicians Mike Benson and Ocy Moore helped my family by offering their expert advice and suggestions far above and beyond what was asked. Their pricing is fair and upfront with no hidden fees. I strongly recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers! My water heater needed to be replaced. I had several quotes from other plumbing companies who were not reputable. a.) one told me that 80 gallon units are not made anymore. b.) the other tried to upsell me to a tankless - wouldn't quote a standard 80 gallon unit. We had both bathrooms in our house remodeled and 2 months after completion both bathroom sinks began to leak. The contractor sent 2 different plumbers but they could not find the problem. Finally, Mike Benson was contacted, he came with his son( also a plumber) and within 90 minutes they discovered the problem, fixed it and were on their way. Had septic tank pumped. I called and they were very busy but came out the next day. They were fast & friendly. I had a chip in the tank cover, He even went the extra mile by putting some cement on the edge of the lid for me to help seal it at no extra cost. I would like to share my experience with this company. I hired them because I needed to cancel a collapse septic tank and connect to the sewage system, which for I needed to install a lift station om my property. Now that the job is done I believe that hiring Tampa Bay Plumbers was the best decision. We had our hot water heater replaced today by Tampa Bay Plumbers and Alselmo did a fantastic job! He was polite, professional and left everything spotless. We are very happy with his work.

We had a plumber come out and they said the clogging was caused by a plastic bag in the pipe. They charged us $150 but two days later the problem arised again. When I called them to come back out they said they would charge me again, even though they didn't fix the problem!

We have been in our house for 6+ years and never had our septic tank serviced. I called Tampa Bay Plumbers and they were able to schedule us for the next day. Tavaris and Nic came out and were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions because it was my first experience having our septic tank cleaned. I was impressed with both Tavaris and Nic as they tried to find the outlet hatch, but there wasn't one... They went about and beyond by working clean and ensuring all of my questions were answered.

I called these guys at the last moment towards the end of the day and they scheduled a plumber for as soon as possible. In about an half hour Justin Gregory called me to confirm the directions and give me an approximate time of arrival. Justin arrived within minutes of when he said he would and got right to work. I had torn a water faucet off the outside of my house and it was not an easy job.Justin suggest three different ways to fix the problem and quoted me a price for each one, as well as providing plenty of information on each method to make a well informed decision. He wasted no time and completed the job in less time than he originally said it may take. Payment was easy with credit card and I had the water restored to the house very quickly.I will always call these guys first in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs a quality plumber. Personally I will ask for Justin when I call.

My appointment was canceled because I missed a phone call then called back 10 minutes later. I was told they'd call me 30 minutes before arriving, but it was only ten minutes later I called back. They didn't even knock on the door. I was waiting by the door all day and even took the day to work from home. I was given a 6 hour window - it seems unfair I have to be available for 6 hours whereas the plumber is only available for 5 minutes? This is poor service.

After experiencing a slab leak, we opted to have our 40 yr old house re-piped in two phases. Mike Benson and his father came out to complete phase 1 and did a fantastic job. They ran new copper pipe into the house, through our block wall, and over to our water heater, then hooked up the new system to our old manifold to give us temporary water until phase 2 ProPex install can be completed. They were patient and flexible, explaining everything to us and willing to work with us to install everything just the way we wanted it, including parts we had sourced ourselves (Flo by Moen shutoff device and Uponor copper valved manifolds). Very happy with their quality work and service!

Dominik was fantastic. He arrived on time on a Saturday (8 a.m.) was very courteous and educated me on the problem. He cleaned the area after he completed the job. I will definitely call again if I have a plumbing problem.

Wow! So I work for a GC and one of our PM’s referees me to Dominik with these guys. He was punctual on the review of the issue. Fair on the price and did a great job that will serve the house for years to come. They sent Steve and Pat out where issue quickly diagnosed and resolved without a hassle or the scare-sale of some companies. Can't say enough about Russell at Tampa Bay Plumbers! He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and in a matter of 5 mins, he had accurately diagnosed the cause of a large hole in my front yard that we'd been unable to figure out for months. What we were concerned about being a sinkhole turned out to be an inoperable sprinkler head that had been discharging water into the yard - creating a massive depression. Russel took the time to remove the bad sprinkler head, replace the nozzle (which he thankfully had with him), and put it all back together to test it. It was cold out and he was wet, but he took took the time to locate the other heads in the yard to ensure they were uncovered and working (which they weren't). I just wish I had called him sooner... Thank you Russell!2nd review - Kenton and Matt came out today for a sewer line replacement, and went above and beyond when my job request tripled in size. They stayed late to complete the job, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly... exactly the kind of team you want working on your home! Last month I rec'd a letter from my neighbor indicating that I needed to get my own septic system (I have lived here just 4 years). She gave me 30 days to do it. My son called several companies that said it couldn't be done. Then he called Tampa Bay Plumbers and Brad Kalis gave no promises but they would certainly give it their best and that they did. Brad came out and found that I did have a septic tank and just needed a drain field. After the septic tank inspection, getting the permit they were off and running! Seth Emnett showed up and did the rest in the time frame set by the neighbor! This company went out of their way to help me in a unusual situation and I so appreciate it! I actually found this company by mistake, while istening to Joyfm Christian radio in Tampa. Heard a commercial where Tampa Bay and Plumbing were in the same breath. When I looked it up, while I didn't see anything on this site about it being a faith-based company, they had excellent 5-star reviews, so I called them. Donny was initially the worker to come check out the job need. He was an on-time and pleasant professional, . I had an idea of what was going on, as an electrician I had work under the house told me about the leaking kitchen pipe. Had to cancel and reschedule a few times with them because my dad's health declined and he passed. The ladies in office I spoke with, were very understanding. Finally was able to make the appointment. Matt came out. Also an on-timeand pleasant professional. Changed leaking pipe in kitchen. Showed me pipe he changed (1st pic below); warned me that I could see sink backing up, because other pipes were of condition he showed me, but leak allowed water to flow out to ground below. He let me know he'd come and clean out that area so that I'd get a better flow in outgoing water, if that happened, but it would be another service call. Well, Matt was right. We tried it before he left, and it wasn't backing up in the kitchen sink, because it was leaking out overflow he replaced outside (2nd pic below). So Matt told me he'd come out on next available appt. to get that cleared out. He mentioned that if the clear out didn't work out, I could consider having entire pipe system descaled/cleaned out with a high pressure jetting system, and gave me the estimation on that. Not sure how to proceed, I thought - rather than having him return for this reason of the other, why don't I just consider the entire house descaling/ jetting process to restore pipes flow and avoid a few hundred dollars every so often to piece meal the work. So I called office to discuss my change. So Matt and Donny came out to do work (last pics below). They worked ALL - about 8:30/9:00am straight to 8:30pm -stopping only to grab lunch from a corner restaurant. I was impressed. Both explained things, in terms I could understand. Wasn't sure they could do the job without removing the toilet, but they found a way around that, and I was a happy camper! I didn't want that headache. These guys were great. They were neat in their work. They dug in back yard and used plastic sheets to lay dirt on; and both were great about replacing dirt neatly; even went extra bit, to cover some holes by dig, my dogs made!!! They have great work ethic. I couldn't help but overhear them in conversation with office when a call came in for another job, and they stuck to getting my job done and completed - not leaving me hanging with holes in yard and work to be done - tomorrow. I hope writing this doesn't get them in trouble with their boss - but their boss should know that they were excellent workers, and I appreciated that they wanted to finish the job, and finish it right. Gives me confidence in calling them again if I need to. Hope my plumbing problems are over for a long time, but great to know I can trust Donny or Matt to do right. And since they are the face of the company for me, they speak for the company's work ethic. Matt even patched up a hole that was made on side of house when he had to first change that pipe on initial visit. I'd have no hesitation calling Tampa Bay Plumbers again, and having Donny or Matt do the work. Work was done 1/28/21 in 33607 zipcode.

Both of them who came to do the job were awesome and I definitely recommend tampa bay plumbing for all you plumbing to any work related to that. And i am call them only foe any job i need related plumbing. No one else. Only TBP.

These people are crooks. I needed a simple unclog (snake) a drain for the washing machine. The cheapest fix they could offer was $260!! I had to pay them $49 trip charge to get rid of them for doing nothing! He even called the office to confirm that was their cheapest price! So they are thieves or just stupid. I called Red Cap Plumbing and the drain was running great about an hour later for $99 total... I'll never call the Tampa Bay Crooked Plumbers again and inform everyone I know. As an investor, I know multiple realtors and other investors that need to be warned!!

We made an appointment and the technician was scheduled to arrive between 7 and 9 am. Wait until about 1030 and hadn't heard anything. Call the company and are told they see the appointment but there's no notes that the technician is running late and they'll have to call back. Never did. Waste of time attempting to work with this company.

I made an appointment with Tampa Bay Plumbers to pump my septic tank. They showed up on time and were very friendly and courteous. They were very knowledgeable about the entire process. They determined that the last cleaning of the tank did not include the maintenance/replacement of the filter. This was due to the laziness of the company that I had hired previously to do the job. After they were finished, they cleaned up the mess. I will definitely call them again when I need this service. I recommend them highly to anyone needing this service.

Yesterday my family and I had Tavaris and Shawn out for a septic inspection. They were both so kind! Tavaris explained EVERYTHING to us, and was so patient with my kids who are also very interested! We've been having issues with a washing machine backing up every couple of years. It drains to the same stack shared by the kitchen sink. We're in a home built in 1963. Anyway, long story short, Anthony came in, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. I've waited a week to post this to make sure everything works ok. Tampa Bay Plumbers has fixed many plumbing issues for my home and rental property. I have been very happy with the service and work done each time I have used the company.

This is the 2nd time I've used Tampa Bay Plumbers. The first time was for a septic inspection prior to purchasing my house. Their thorough inspection revealed a failed drain field and we were able to take appropriate actions prior to closing on the home. The 2nd time was this past week. I was having some landscaping work being done and at not fault to the landscapers, a hole opened up in the front flower bed area. Having no clue why a hole with sewage had just opened up in my yard, I immediately called Tampa Bay Plumbers. Jeff and Justin were out the very next day, ahead of schedule, to take a look at the issue. Thankfully what I anticipated as a major problem turned out to be a small one. The old fiberglass lid on the tank had completely fallen apart. They were able to retrofit the tank with new risers and much better lids in short order which allowed my landscapers to finish their job on time. Thanks again for the great service.

Had a leak problem from the base of our toilet, researched a few different companies to make sure I wasn't getting overcharged. Called their office this morning and the woman I spoke to was as helpful and polite as can be. I asked for a same day appointment and she immediately told me she had an afternoon appointment between 2-4, so I asked for it. This afternoon, as promised, Tony and his assistant ( I believe Terrell) showed up to do the repair. I explained to Tony what the issues I had were and he immediately knew how to fix it, after the repair was complete, he took the time to explain what I may need in the future, but did not pressure me at all. Long story short I recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers and Tony to handle plumbing issues in a courteous ,timely, and professional manner. I definitely will use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

Meg and Gary answered my panicked phone call, in person (not a robot or a voicemail) at 7 pm. They sounded like they genuinely cared. Travis was there within 3.5 hours, and got our water back on by midnight (even though he had been working since 7 am). Then he came back out and installed a new toilet and knocked the price down to a manageable level for me. He was awesome, courteous, patient, and thorough. FIRST DAY: Thursday, I needed a hot water heater replacement, mine was old, and finally gave up the ghost. At this same time I had come to believe that my hot water copper pipe buried in the foundation of my living room floor had been leaking constantly for weeks; slow at first, then faster and faster over the last few weeks. Mike Benson was the man I contacted at Tampa Bay Plumbers to handle this tough task. He had been to my house several times before to fix drain and sink and septic pipe issues. I still had his card on my fridge. He and his nephew came over my house at 5 pm after a long hard day, and went to work immediately, determining the source of the leak, jack-hammering a clear path to the leaking pipe and repairing it perfectly. Then Mike replaced the foundation concrete floor they removed and smoothed out the concrete just like a professional stonemason! . They had already brought me a brand new 50 gallon Rheem hot water heater to replace my old 40 gallon model, and now they installed it so neat and perfect. They left my house pretty darn tired at 9 pm after removing all the air from the hot water system, and having made sure all faucets/tub were working correctly. I couldn't be happier with the quality attitude, workmanship and work ethic of these two gentlemen. I would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing job!!SECOND VISIT: Tuesday of the following week, we wanted a new toilet installed in the main bathroom and took this opportunity to ask Mike Benson to run the camera down the sewer line to the septic tank.All the work was done perfectly on the install; we had selected and purchased the toilet ourselves at Home Depot, a Kohler Santa Rosa one-piece with the new Kohler Aquapiston for powerful flushing. Mike Benson and his crew did a great job on everything as usual, great work on commode install, removing all roots and reachable debris; and as always with Mike, a thorough cleanup from the old toilet mess. (22 years in place for that commode :-) Sorry Mike :-(THIRD DAY: Mike Benson and crew came back Wednesday with the water jet cleaning pump and took the 200 ft hose up onto the roof, and cleaned out the three stack pipes into the laundry room effluent pipe and also to the main septic line. All of these lines were cleaned out. Then they came down from the roof to the only main clean-out outside my septic tank, which they later replaced with a huge two-way clean-out (thanks Mike, much better) and went upstream (from outside clean-out back to inside sewer lines ) with the jet cleaner and got it from the reverse angle as well. Mike remembered to plug up the laundry room effluent pipe so black water didn't spray all over the place and make a mess. Any cleaning mess in the bathrooms, commode, tub and sinks from the jetting process they cleaned up immediately afterwards (all the effluent gunk that came back up during the jet clean-out process). Thanks to Mike and crew for a great job again!!

Horrible service and booking experience.They informed me it would be a $79.99 service charge for the call I was fine with that, then Cyndy calls me today to tell me the inspection is going to be $629, and the technician doesn’t have the proper equipment to inspect the rest of the home.I’m a busy professional and took 2 hours out of my schedule to be here for my customer while they are out of town, and now not only is my time wasted but the services haven’t been performed and she basically told me good luck because I was appalled at the price change in inspection. Extremely unprofessional, would not recommend to any of my clients or fellow realtors and we are a office of 4,000 agents in Florida alone. I will be sending a bulletin.

Recently bought a home with a septic system. Steve Kalis came out to pump it and inspect it. Although the septic tank was in a location that was difficult to inspect, and he was unable to perform a full inspection, he provided us with as much information as possible. Was very appreciative of the information that he was able to provide.

I had a leaky shower and needed the valve stem repaired. I made the mistake of having Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come out first. I just had to write and share my experiences with Tampa Bay Plumbers. I had a clog drain and they sent out Mike Benson to clear it out. Mike was on time, very clean, tidy and took good care of my wooden floors by putting down his drop cloths. Mike even taped plastic under my sink cabinet to avoid any possible spills.Mike ran an automatic metal snake 75 feet thru my pipes and the clog was totally cleared out. Mike cleaned up all his tools and left my kitchen clean just like he found it minus the clog. He dug up the grass and soil and found I needed a lift. He took care of that along with draining out my septic system and added some enzymes. Bill was very professional and efficient. Tavaris was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I was concerned it may be my drain field and he told me several different techniques he can do to properly assess that before having to replace. Unfortunately, it needed to get replaced. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything well.

My septic over flowed into both our bathrooms at 9pm on a Saturday night. Next to a holiday weekend I couldn't think of a worse time for this to happen. I found Tampa Bay Plumbers on line and called. To my surprise someone answered and got me a crew out Sunday morning at 8AM. Not only did they get out and get everything sorted out quickly the fee was more than reasonable! The technicians that came to the house were great and I have to say these guys saved the day!

So the actual repairs that I had done (A whole replacement was at first for just the laundry room but they suggested redoing the sewer, and then once seeing that my run off was leaning towards my house also suggested that. All of which I agreed to ) was done as I see it now being a little over two months was great. People from phone operators to the men working were professional and kind. My Major gripe was that they were not transparent enough with the price. The original project was 1800 which I had to put half a deposit for. Then once they were through fixing the sewer portion and found that the run off needed work I had asked the boss of the job (Head Plumber) how much, he called his offices and said it would be about 400 more making the total somewhere around 2200 which I had also agreed to. I pulled out a loan through one of their loan agencies for the full 2200 (These numbers are not exact) assuming they would give me credit for my deposit and add it to the loan after the fact i pulled the loan. (Now to my credit I will be honest and state I forgot about the loan for about a month; it was a deferred loan so coming back I wasn't to worried) Looking through my emails I found the loaning website and made an account but found that no money from my loan balance had been pulled so i could not start making payments to the loan company. I called and after going back and forth on what to do they asked for the email that allowed me to make my account with the loaning company which I sent to them that day while still on the phone and they said they would let their boss handle it. After a couple of days of waiting I called back again talking to a different operator she saw the notes on my account and told me that she would get them to call me back on two days we set. They never called back so on my day off this very day I check my loan account to see that I had a owing balance of 3200 (again not exact). Confused thinking I had only the 2200 to pay off I called them and they said to talk with the loan company to have them fix the issue. I called the company and they told me they should be giving me credit for the deposit and to let them know that which I did and she said she would give my number to a manager to have her call me in a couple hours ( The manager called me in only about ten minutes which I appreciated) She reviewed with me that the reason my balance was as it was was because I owed the other 945 from the 1800 work and that the other job was 3000 making the total job a little over 4000 dollars. (I hope my math makes sense to any reader). Now as I stated in the beginning they were nice and so far I believe all the work was done well and correctly they were even nice enough to take the dirt they dug up and help even out my yard (there was basically a mote around it from previous owners not taking care of the house) but this experience has left me with a bad taste. I thought the loan amount that I had applied for 2200 was including the 945 from the remaining 1800 balance and that was the final amount a little over 3000 but since I had already put down a deposit that was why the loan was less. If you got this far in the review all I would say is keep better track of the numbers then I did. If they add more repairs that you want done make sure they are including the previous balance of the prior work. And make sure you understand the exact amount you are paying for even if you feel stupid to ask, it will be better then paying the price literally later on. I don't know if I would recommend this company again, I know for sure if I do I will make sure that the price is out in the open and won't be applying for any loans without knowing what the total repairs will be. Stay safe and vigilant.

My wife found Tampa Bay Plumbers because of their great reviews. The reviews don't lie. We've been battling a bad leach field for quite awhile. Unlike other companies that have looked at it, Jeff took the time to really diagnose the problem. Instead of just replacing it immediately, they treated it with a bio kit, added risers and a new filter which did get some extra life out of it. But, we finally do have to replace it. As we wait on permits now(taking longer due to Covid 19) we have had several pump outs. Tavaris and Nic have been great techs, personable and professional. I am sure we will continue to get this great service when we do finally replace the field. I would not hesitate to refer Tampa Bay Plumbers to anyone.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR SEPTIC. They are liars, cheats and criminals. They tried to tell us we needed a new septic tank. They said there was a huge crack in it and it could not be fixed, that it had to be replaced for $5500. I knew in my heart that they were not telling the truth so I paid 3 other septic companies to come out and give me an inspection and every one of them said the same thing. The septic is sound and good. No need to replace. Maybe these people are good for plumbing but DO NOT trust them with your septic needs. I am so upset that they tried to dupe my family out of so much money for something that was not needed. We are a hard working middle class family and Tampa Bay Plumbers tried to steal from us.

On Sunday, I called twice leaving messages and sent a message through their website messaging service. NO RESPONSE, nothing. Why advertise 24/7 if you don't adhere to it?

Matt Finley came by last night to inspect my water leak emergency. He recommended to have a leak detection done because of the location and style of the leak. The other guy showed up early this morning and it was a great idea, he was able to figure out where the leak was which helped Matt when he came back to do his job properly. Matt repaired what is called a Slab Leak, he has to open my concrete slab and clean out space around the pipes to inspect them. He repaired what needed to be repaired, filled the dirt back in and then poured this cement which settles within 15mins through a chemical reaction. I was really impressed with his professionalism and willingness to teach. For how long he was here for and how clean he made his work area, I was glad I called Tampa Bay Plumbers again!

Its not often I would post a review for a job gone bad but I want to recognize the professionalism and speed with which Tampa Bay Plumbers resolved the issue. I had a pipe repair that didn't hold and resulted in a major water leak that required significant clean up and damaged the premises. Ryan and his team responded very quickly and had a water damage/restoration firm on the premises within 2 hours. Cleanup was completed and materials ordered to replace damaged floors. Special thanks to Carlos and his team for their conscientious and skilled installation of flooring and baseboard replacement.The job completed with a total house cleaning and I am thrilled with the results. Although the whole process was inconvenient, I have to commend Ryan and his company for standing by their work and making things right as well as communicating throughout the process. I intend to remain a loyal customer given the quality of services rendered and stalwart commitment this company has to their customers and brand. Latest review 07/31/2021. I had my septic pumped two days back. The technician said my drain field needs replacement. He got on phone with someone and gave me a quote of 12,500 dollars. Also the septic tank was not fully pumped out this time. I had the same company do my septic pumping last year (2020). The tank was fully pumped out in 2020. That time also they told me my drain field needs replacement. At that time an estimator came few days after the septic pumping was done, did a review of my existing septic installation and gave a quote of $7,500. Now wondering how can the estimate in 2021 be so high. It looks very arbitrary.(Why did I not do replacement in 2020 - I used some chemicals based on google research and made the septic run for one more year)

I can't say enough great things about Rob. We had a really challenging plumbing situation and Rob made great recommendations, then went above and beyond, doing everything it took to ensure that the system was installed and working properly. These guys are great! They are quick to respond, informative on their work and honest. Obviously their work is of high quality and fair financially.Most of all though i was impressed with their proffesionalism and character. Michael F. was the first service tech we had out and couldn't have been better. Dissecting the problem and showing me so i could see for myself. We needed to have our main sewage line cleaned out and a section of pipe replaced leading into the septic tank. When the repair was done Richie and Anthony did the the work. I think that maybe the issues we were having were a little messier than they had anticipated. Once they dug up the area to be worked on we could see that it was a mess. They remained undaunted and went to work. By the end of the day they had created a beautiful pipe connection. They also pulled the toilets. One of which was disgusting underneath. Let me start by saying that anyone who has trouble with their home during the weekend (specifically Sunday) knows how hard it can be to get someone out in a hurry. After calling numerous local septic companies with no luck, I called this company. I was greeted by a very nice woman who said she needed to contact the driver Jeff and she would call back shortly. She called back in under five minutes. The two technitions Jeff and Candice were at my home within an hour and a half. Jeff called when he was on the way. They were efficient and explained everything about the clog I had and pumped my septic. The price was more than fair for the work done. As a matter of fact it was less than another company I spoke with and that was before the (emergency weekend charge of $100)! I will certainly be using this company for any future issues I have.

Amazing customer service!! I did a Google search and was so fortunate to have chosen Tampa Bay Plumbers. Their responsiveness from the time I called until the job was completed was so much more than I anticipated. Jeremy was wonderful. He showed up on time, called to let us know when he was on his way and assessed our issue immediately. We had what I hoped was a simple leak in our kitchen faucet, but unfortunately not so simple. He then proceeded to go out of his way the following day to pick up the fixture for us and installed it. Also, not so easy as our garbage disposal and water filtration system had to be disassembled and moved out of the way. Jeremy was so easy going, courteous and respectful of our home making sure everything was clean and put back in order before leaving. I rarely experience this degree of customer service these days. I highly recommend this company and Jeremy. We will be referring our neighbors and will definitely call Tampa Bay Plumbers in the future if needed. Keep up the good work!

Justin did a great job. He knew exactly where to start from my description of the problem I had with water backing up in my tub/toilet when my water softener cycled. He didn't have a camera so the total evaluation of my main will be completed at another time. I was a little surprised at the cost because I had researched the average. I didn't consider it a complex issue when all was said and done. Then again I'm no plumber. I would hire them again.

We use Tampa Bay Plumbers for 2 businesses in the Tampa area - O'Toole's Irish pub and Big Frog in Oldsmar.We have been using them for over 4 years and they have done an excellent job for us.As a pub we have frequent demand for plumbing services and they are always quick to respond and are very reasonably priced.Their staff are always polite and professional and get the job done.One job in particular involved a blocked toilet. They did the normal stuff (plunging then roto rooter) with no result. They kept going until they eventually dislodged a credit card that was partially blocking the pipe!They also have installed a hybrid hot water heater for us that has worked great and has saved us on our electric bill.When it had a problem after 15 months they came over and fixed it at no charge since it was on warranty. That is backing up your work!

My septic system was giving me a hard time and needed to be pumped out. So I started calling companies I found online. Company after company said they couldn't get to me for 3 to 4 days, or started qouting prices and adding extra fees. I finally called Tampa Bay Plumbers LLC. The first person I spoke to was friendly and caring to my situation. She advised me what the possible cost may be and when they could send someone out ( the next day). The next day I got a call from the Technician stating when he would arrive. The truck arrived on time as the technician Steve Kalis had said. Steve and his partner did a great job explaining what my options were and the process that I may need. Not once did he pressure me, just facts and information for me to make an informed decision. When I need the Septic system redone I know who I am going to call. This company is professional from the first call to the end.

The lady that agreed to have my warranty company called and get approval from them before performing any actions at my house quit the same day. Then the plumber never called, so I was stuck with a $250 bill. On top of that the plumber tinkered with something in the septic and left, with no information about any problems or resolutions to these problems. After almost a week I still had NO information as to what was going on, no report if any kind, just a bill, and then my septic alarm starts going off.I called the company, the receptionist informs me that a guy named Chris will come and check out the septic and actually tell me what is going on. Chris never comes. I call back, schedule him again. Again, no show... I call AGAIN (mind you the septic alarm has now been going off for 5 days), I personally talk to Chris and he assures me he will be there the next day. NEVER ARRIVES, never calls. Nothing from this company. I still, after 2+ weeks, have no information from the first plumber.I just bought this house and I would have gladly used this company for all my plumbing and septic needs, but after this horrible customer service, I will never use or recommend them. The only reason I would ever call them again would be to inform them of this review.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Technicians Michael James and William Kramer arrived on schedule, went to work quickly and efficiently, explained their findings and made recommendations. All of the above completed in 30 minutes, without any issues or problems. They had all the necessary hoses to reach the septic tank from the street and even carried their own high pressure water supply. Equipment was shiny, clean, and looked to be relatively new.

The water pressure in my shower was extremely low and I called Tampa Bay Plumbers to get it fixed. Tony and Ty came to my home and were both very professional and friendly. From my past experiences of having something repaired in my home or car, I have felt as though I don't know what's going on and I don't have much of a choice. Tony is definitely very experienced and rather than just telling me what is going to happen and how it's going to be he explained things well so that I could understand and make decisions. They also did excellent work and anytime I need plumbing services I will definitely be calling TBP and requesting them again.

Did one job right. The second job they completely botched - put a section in backwards. But they made it right - after the owner stopped by to check it. He then said they would fix it this week. They sent someone to do it the next day.

We used Tampa Bay Plumbers, LLC to install our garbage disposal and fix our leaking sink. They came on a Sunday morning but when they didn't have the disposal we wanted, they didn't charge us for coming over and came back promptly the next day. Russell did an awesome job on installing the new Insinkerator and it works like a charm. He was very nice, polite and knew what he was doing. He did a very thorough job and we were very happy with the outcome. We will definitely call them when we need a plumber again!

They always clean up after themselves when the work is complete, which I wouldn't expect, but makes for an even better experience. Mike and Anthony were originally called to repair a leaking toilet. I also asked about a valve in my master bath, which they also repaired. I was worried about having to take down the tile or cut away drywall to replace the valve, but Mike was able to replace it without damaging the wall.By far the best experience I've had with contractors in the Tampa Bay area. Called this company to service several issues I was encountering, which have been reoccurring. I have had several companies come out and say they fixed the issue but it was never resolved.Our Certified Technician Mike Benson came out, politely introduced himself to my wife and I and got right to work. It is obvious he has an expert eye because he quickly jumped on the issues and resolved the problem very fast. I am hiring them again and requesting big Mike to swap out all of my sprinklers.Fair rates, great service and high integrity people. You really should check them out.

Used for 3 years for septic services. Priced a hot water heater and was given $1500 estimate installed. Called 4 other plumbers and ALL were $800-$1000 for same exact heater and services. Price Gouging in effect here to the extreme. What makes it worse is I called the office to inform them that they were overcharging massively for their services. They became defensive and unhelpful and didn't care about price being sky high... Take your business elsewhere unless you are ok paying 50% more for their services.

Jeff Lockler, the Septic Manager deserves a huge thank you from me. Tampa Bay Plumbers originally installed my septic system and drain field as a subcontractor for my builder. At the time the home construction was being completed a heavy piece of equipment was driven up on the corner of my drain field, causing damage that only reveled itself years later. Not knowing who to call, I called several other, well-reviewed companies to take a look and all of them did minimal investigating and stated I needed a whole new drain field, at quoted costs of $10K to $12K. I learned later that Tampa Bay Plumbers was the original installer so I called them out. Jeff asked a number of questions and then agreed to come back the next afternoon to dig-up sections that were in question. By himself, with just a shovel, he unearthed the entire problem, pulled out the damaged areas, leveled the uneven header, replaced a reassembled the Infiltrator tubing that was damaged and covered it all back up the same afternoon. Based on when I got this installed over 5 1/2 years ago, I had no warranty coverage, but he said it just wouldn't be right to bill us for this work. He felt the company should just make it right and keep a happy customer. WOW!!! Tampa Bay Plumbers has a new customer for life. I just couldn't believe how well they treated us. I'd tell anyone looking for a plumbing company to trust and then choose Tampa Bay Plumbers.

I called Tampa Bay Plumbers around 9am this morning. The technician, Dominik, showed up at 9:55. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the leaking faucet in the bath tub and fixed a toilet that was making a loud pitch sound. He took the time to explain what was wrong, how to fix it, and how it works. Also, he explained to me how to shut off the water to the house from the road. After searching we came across great reviews on this company. My wife and I just purchased a new home in San Antonio, FL and wanted an inspection and possible septic pumped. Knowing the home had renters for many years was a tough thought so, we went ahead and hired Steve and his crew to come out. Normally, you have to worry about shortcuts, up charges, and other dishonest company practices, but I will tell you that they came out out with a goal in mind: To Make Us Happy with their service. They held up to their reputation way beyond the 5 star limit. They were out for almost two hours because they didn't want to just give up and get paid they worked far beyond what they should have to find the concrete septic lids (about 4 feet below the surface) and cleaned everything with a pressure washer inside the tank itself after being pumped (which was packed with anything and everything you could imagine). If your looking for the best in septic services you ABSOLUTLY should call them. Our septic is like new again with absolutely no worries, knowing these guys have our back. We recently faced the problem of slab leakage in our home. We tried contacting few plumbing services which had 24/7 service mentioned in the website. It was only Mike Benson from Tampa Bay Plumbers who responded quickly at 6:30 in the morning and helped us getting a leak detection team scheduled for the same day. We went ahead and did a whole house re piping, Mike Benson and his crew Zack, Jim, Jake and Bryan did an amazing job in getting it done in a reasonable time. They even went to the extend of working till 11:30 pm in the night to get the job completed on time. Mike was very helpful and responsive for every call and text message. I called Tampa Bay Plumbers this morning and Jason arrived at 1:00 PM and identified the problem within five minutes. The cause of the low water pressure was filter material from the water softener clogging all the faucets and shower. Jason was quick, efficient, and personable and we're grateful. The pressure is back and the price was right!

Kenton Townsend responded to my request after I experienced a breakdown of some very old (early 50s) plumbing that had been leaking, and was then seriously disabled by the actions of another plumber, who subsequently fled!Kenton worked tirelessly and kept us informed of progress, including bad news. I have not seen dedication like this often outside of the medical field. I have nothing but high praise for both his plumbing work, patience, professional attitude, and people skills.

Amazing company... doesn't matter if you are working with the owners, or the techs like, Jeff, Trevor, Justin or Dominik. The are all great. Here is my story... I bought my house a year ago. I knew it was on septic, but that was it. One morning, we got up and found the shower wouldn't drain and the toilet backed-up. I looked around and called Tampa Bay Plumbers on a Sunday. They were prompt and came to the house. they looked and probed to find my septic tank. Jeff & Justin must have searched for 30 minutes in the pouring rain. There was never a complaint. And I wasn't even charged for the weekend work like most companies do. Little did any of us know the septic was buried about 2.5ft underneath a set of patio-pavers. Once the tank was found... these guys worked diligently to get to it, making sure they did as little damage as they had to for the surrounding area. All while working in the continuing rain. What we learned was that while the septic hadn't been cleaned for about 10 years, that was not the issue... my 4 mainline to the house was full of corrosion. They couldn't even get the camera into the pipe. They sent out Dominik who climbed onto the roof, in the rain, and tried to break the clog free. It worked and they were kind enough to discount that work too, as they did the septic work. I then got a quote to clean the entire line and fix the corrosion build-up.. while no homeowner likes seeing a quote that is over $1,000...it was hundreds of dollars less than what you find from others in the market. I agreed, and the next day they came and brought the equipment. They tried one more time to clean out the issue... and they were successful. After removing the blockage, we could see with the camera that the pipe was not great, but it wasn't as bad as we all thought. Instead of pushing me toward the more expensive work, they didn't press me at all. And for that smaller work, they also took of another 50% off of the cost. All-in-all, I can't say enough good things about Tampa Bay Plumbers. They were friendly, really cared about doing a good job, and wanted to solve my problem in the least expensive way possible. They gave honest advice when it was asked for, even when it wouldn't necessarily benefit the company. I now know what plumbing company I will use and recommend to everyone. Hands down, it's Tampa Bay Plumbers!

Updating my post from a year ago. Once again Jeff personally looked into my issue and made recommendations. I had a major issue and Dominik, Stephen, Ian, (another guy whose name I can't remember...sorry) and Jacob were professional, friendly and how they have smiles on their faces in this business says a lot about the type of people Tampa Bay Plumbers employs.It is really difficult to be happy when you have major septic issues, but the professional staff makes it as good as bad news can be. I call them around 7pm and they were here next day. They figured out the issue quickly and were ready to repair it. The after service left a bit to be desired, hence the 4 stars. They left without notice, after my wife waited for them for hours. I got a call after just to pay them, no after photos, no report, or nor even a everything is working well, just calling to get paid. The old nasty pump was left on my backyard too, I would have expected them to take it and scrap it. I own a service business too, and cleaning after ourselves is mandatory and it includes taking the old parts that we replaced.

Very pleased with the service provided. I called to have someone come out and pump my septic tank. They were able to come out within hours. Steve was very knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through things to be aware of and possible future issues. He even tested my toilet tanks to see if they were leaking. I really appreciate everything. I contacted Tampa Bay Plumbers last year in regards to water leaking out of my septic tank lid . They also took a look at my drain field and recommended that to be inspected further. I asked them that if needed to be rebuild I wanted to move it. I made a 5000 dollars deposit to have this done but turns out that there will be sewer by the city installed in my area and I instead would like to do that so I am trying to get my money back minus the cost of the sewer service and the 850 dollars permit that they had to pay to move the drain field. It has been now around a year since all this happen. I call them every day to get my money back and it is always a person taking the message and letting me know that they will call me back and it never happens. At this point I am going to start with bad reviews on google and will continue with facebook and the news if needed until I get my almost 3500 dollars back. They took my money very fast but it is impossible to get it back from them. Do not do any deposit with this people or you will suffer.

I found Tampa Bay Plumbers after a leak developed in a copper pipe in the wall of my house. Via the insurance company and restoration company, Tampa Bay Plumbers came to the house. They were on time, communication was outstanding, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. Joe was my technician, and from the outset he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and at no time did I feel as though my situation was being exploited. He explained everything perfectly, provided options for the work, and didn't just push the most expensive service. I ended up having the house re-piped, added a new hybrid water heater, and will be using this company as part of the rebuild. Prices for services are very reasonable, they perform the work in an expert manner, arrive to work on time, and are very responsive with questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this company!

I had a toilet installed and had large additional charges to replace a so called another part. It feels like they hire independent contractors or handymen contractors. More than unlikely will use this company again.

I called them and David tried to walk me fixing it so I wouldn't have to pay. I appreciated the effort but I asked to just have them come over so it was fixed right. They came that night and fixed it simply. I appreciated they tried to save me money and they fixed it right. Would use again.

We had the water main break at my mobile home park on a Sunday evening, we alled TBP who installed our entire water system in our park. They sent one plumber who was bombed and said he couldn't do anything about the problem now. We told him 200 homes have no water, he said they could come between 6 and 7 am the next morning. Fast forward 9 am the next morning, no plumber, no call, no water. I called, they couldn't locate the guy who said he was coming out or a supervisor. We had to call another company to come out and get us back online. Never again!

George and Jason went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with our septic tank. A previous tech had cemented the lid shut and the only way to access the tank off was to break the cement.Because we had an older septic tank, they looked/drove for over 3 hours searching for a correct retro-fit cap, during which time they called repeatedly to give us updates.George constantly assured us they were going to make this right. In the end, they poured a new concrete top and lid with a handle to resolve the issue going forward.We could not have had better service.

I call them to service my septic tank because it was already full and they did an excellent job. They were very professional and explained everything to me. In addition gave me copies of all the pictures they took.

Edit: president called me and said that they will send someone out and snake the drains to a longer distance for no additional charge. Back to 5 star rating.They snaked my drains, but didn't snake them far enough. Backed up again later that night. When I called in to tell them, they told me I need to jet them, which costs 10 times as much. I had told them that the last time the guy snaked them he had to go 75+ feet before the blockage was cleared, but they did much less than that. They refused to send someone back out to stand behind their work. $150 completely wasted! Look elsewhere!!!

Michael was on-time, polite and moved quickly to resolve the issue. Perfectly clean afterward... no sign he was even there.

Brian Wright from this firm performed excellent work after educating me on the complications that can affect toilets. He replaced two dated, problem toilets with new models that I am pleased to own. He was courteous, extremely neat, and efficient. He also replaced an outside faucet on its last leg. I would recommend him and Tampa Bay Plumbers without hesitation.

Tampa Bay Plumbers did an exceptional job with a major plumbing issue at our older 1930s home! Mike and his team helped us solve a rodent problem through excellent camera work and smoke testing. I called Tampa Bay Plumbers because my septic tank alarm went off. I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to set a service appointment for 1PM the same day, which was awesome. The team that was scheduled to come out (Jeff and Candice) called me directly to let me know they could come out earlier if I was available, which was more awesome. Jeff and Candace did an amazing job. They told me about common problems with septic systems, and they explained what they were doing to address the issues with my system and why they were doing it. I purchased a State Industries water heater through this company last summer. The water heater was installed incorrectly and the piping was all wrong. A second technician came out and had to redo the first technicians work and admitted it was done incorrectly. The water heater was defective and made loud awful noises. A second State Industries was heater was installed and it also makes loud awful clanging noises. A supervisor from Tampa Bay Plumbing came to check it out and told me the noises it makes are normal and I just have to live with it. The noises are so loud, it wakes me in the middle of the night. I’ve contacted State Industries and cannot reach anyone to help. So frustrated!!

I I signed up for a septic maintenance contract, The driver came the next day and said that they don't service ATU system. I called the next day to get a credit and I was promised a credit. A few days later no credit,I called and spoke to Chris thatpromised credit and he will escalate it to make sure that I will get the credit. A few days later no credit and I was on hold for 15 minutes. It's under dispute with my credit card company.

First of all, I want to say that Anselmo and Carlos are absolutely fabulous. I chose Tampa Bay Plumbers after getting quotes from two other companies to do the plumbing portion of a minor kitchen remodel job. Their price was definitely competitive with the other quotes I received.Part of the job required them to tear into the wall from the outside of the house. Anselmo assessed the fixes needed and gave me the utmost confidence that he had a tech who could not only help him complete the job, but also replace the vinyl siding that they would have to open up. As is to be expected with any plumbing job on an older house, there were unexpected complications that we encountered once they opened up the wall. Anselmo and Carlos were fabulous throughout the whole process and went way above and beyond to ensure our job was completed to the best it could be. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them for all of my future plumbing needs!

Just recently I had a full septic system installed, the job incurred many delays from the very beginning, from permits to inspections, reworworking issues, to reinspection’s. The overall experience has left me extremely disappointed and not completely satisfied.(Jeff was the sales rep)I’ve been waiting patiently for over three weeks now for the reapplication of the hydro-seeding process that was included in the bid.After two unreturned phone calls to Jeff, one voicemail to Lisa, (unreturned) and one call to the scheduling section makes me think that the dialog process is unfortunately over at this level.Having four other companies to select from I chose TBP (Tampa Bay Plumbers) to perform the work at my home because of three very important reasons. Update***** Two years after my initial review, I called to have the same septic system inspected and pumped if needed. They came out very quickly and pumped the system and added the bacteria. I was very satisfied with TBP before and after using them for repeat service, still recommend TBP if you're needing their service! *****I've never had septic before buying this home. I noticed a couple warning signs that made me call Tampa Bay Plumbers, and they were able to get someone out to take a look. Patrick and Jacob came, and I couldn't have been more satisfied. They educated me on my system, answered my questions, and were very polite and professional.They were able to quickly identify where the problem was, and luckily it was a very easy fix.They then let me know some good tips on keeping my system working efficiently, provided information on what would be needed or optional for the future, and cleaned up everything that was dug up.In the end, the visit was cheaper than the original quote that was given, and I will absolutely be going back to them in the future.

This was the fourth time we had used Tampa Bay Plumbers for a job and, as always, it was a good experience. Tony and his assistant arrived on time to install a new faucet and reconnect the drain line and disposal after new kitchen counter tops had been installed. They used whatever parts they could salvage from the old sink (drains, pipes, etc.) and replaced what was too old or used. The pipes below had to be changed since the new sink was deeper than the original.They made sure all water supply lines worked and there were no leaks after the install. Tony and his assistant cleaned up their work area. They were both friendly and professional.We will hire Tampa Bay Plumbers again without reservation should the need arise.

Steve did a great job with our septic tank! After hiring TWO other companies and it STILL not working correctly, I hired Tampa Bay Plumbers to take a look at our septic tank and within a short time the service technician Steve assessed the problem and had a solution to finally fix it! It's been working great ever since! They were reasonably priced and in the end saved us a BUNCH of money and hassle by offering a cleaning product for our septic tank instead of digging up our yard to replace it! After much frustration, I ran across Tampa Bay Plumbers on a google search, called, left a message, and Denis returned my call. We spoke on the phone, I told him I needed my problem solved and not another up-sell. We spoke, he listened, and then he recommended a whole house pipe restoration. What we spoke about made sense and made me feel comfortable, so I scheduled with Denis. Denis arrived with his crew, Ian, Kenton, and James, they were on time and walked me through the entire process. They allowed me to observe their work as they located my sewer lines, cleaned them, videoed them, and installed the clean-out accesses. The way they treated me made me feel a part of the process and they showed me what they were doing and explained why they were doing it throughout the job. They worked diligently fixing my issues and restoring my cast iron pipes to the best condition they could. Their analysis of the condition of my pipes was accurate and did not try to up-sell me on pipe re-lining which I was interested in but they evaluated that I did not need - complete honesty! I saw the condition of the pipes before their restoration and after, what a big difference they made! All of my plumbing now works as it should, I would call Tampa Bay Plumbers again as well as I would request Denis, Ian, Kenton, and James - super nice guys who produced quality work from beginning to end. Called early this morning with a water heater problem, no hot water. They came out within an hour, did a thorough diagnostic, found the issue. Great explanation of problem and didn't try to sell me a new water heater. Mine is old and I did ask for an estimate of putting in a new one, which they provided. I have used this company several time and they have always been great. The technician, Buck, was excellent and I would ask for him again.

We had our entire plumbing system rehauled by Tampa Bay Plumbers in our home in Town N Country (Pat Acres). It took two days. Cody, Rob and Carlos did the work. They installed the pipes through our attic and put in two water heaters for us. The guys did a fantastic job. I would definitely use Tampa Bay Plumbers again.

I had Tampa Bay Plumbers pump my septic a couple of times and they were very responsive and did a great job. When I noted that my system seemed to not be working correctly, I contacted Tampa Bay Plumbers for help. Based on the systems history and age, we decided to pull a permit and replace the drain field. Brad made it all happen efficiently. When the results of the permit and soil testing came back, Brad came to the house to discuss options and pricing. The next work day, Monday, Seth was here with his backhoe and grader. He explained everything that would be done very well. The drain-field was excavated, prepared, new sand, new drain-field installed, county inspection, and land restored by noon on Friday. Seth is a great guy who takes personal pride in doing the job right. I spoke with Brad about a toilet leak, he had plumber Cory to the house within the hour! Cory made all the necessary repairs to the toilet, and also repaired a shower valve problem. Brad, Seth, and Cory were all professional and courteous. I highly recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers.

Scheduled appointment at 10AM. Didn't show up until 3PM. Walked in with his mask down exposing his nose and face. Looked at the shower knobs I wanted to be fixed. Said he cant fix anything and still charged me $49 for 30 seconds of looking at my bathroom. This place is a joke. Do not use themEdit: They sent out another person to take a look at my home. I was told by the GM that he would return the $50 I paid for my first appointment. I did not ask for this, he offered it to me. New guy showed up on time of course without giving me the $50 back. He was nice, spoke with me about my issues and we came up with 6 quotes I wanted, 3 for the bathroom, 3 for the water heater. Never received a quote. I double down on my first review, these guys are a joke. If I could give negative stars I would. And they still owe me $50. Stay far far away

Matthew Finely did a great job! He arrived at my residence between 4-6. His attention to detail to task at hand and other the small stuff was remarkable. The Plumber that previously came out from your company did a great job too but he did not take his shoes off nor did he clean up the area after he was done. These are the things that Matthew Finely paid attention to after he was done servicing the Toilet area. It says a lot about his work ethic and professionalism because it's at this time when most people want to get the job done, go home and not pay attention to things like leaving a customers home the way they found it. Pipes in one of my bathrooms had totally carotid. Justen Gregory quickly estimated what was needed to repair the problem. He said he would need a few hours as it was not a quick job. He returned on the dated arranged and quickly replaced the pipes with out having to cut through an exterior wall.

Ira arrived on time ( actually a few minutes early). He explained how he would proceed and quickly solved a difficult and complex issue. He then checked our hot water heater. He was very professional; clearly explained the issue and was able to remedy. He was very polite and efficient and cleaned up very well after completing the work. The repair and service call was reasonably priced.I absolutely recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers!

I had two service technicians (sorry I didn't write their names down) that came out to replace a section of pipe that could only be accessed by cutting through the block and stucco on the exterior of my house. They explained what they would be doing and how they would do it. They really did an excellent job. I found the young technician well educated in his field and very willing to share his expertise with me. I felt confident he knew what he was doing. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were very pleased with the prompt, professional service that we received from Tampa Bay Plumbers both time we used them. It is a relief to know that we have found a plumber that we can count on!Update: We called on Tampa Bay Plumbers a third time, when our Flush Mate toilet bit the dust. A young professional, named Luis, was dispatched first thing in the morning, and we were up and running with a new toilet before noon. They were reasonable, did good work, and were careful to make sure the process disrupted our lives as little as possible. These are the guys to call!

My plumbing woes happened right after I purchased my new home. At the beginning, I contracted the famous rooter-tooter company. Over several weeks, they replaced water and sewer lines from the house to the street. In all fairness, they had to because the previous owner botched a DIY plumbing job. But, it didn't fix the problem I called them for. I had rooter-tooter come back and they did more work (another thousand+) and quoted me for a complete sewer re-pipe. I wanted a second opinion so I called Tampa Bay Plumbers. Took a couple calls but they quickly sent two plumbers to take a look.Right away they attempted to clear the original sewer blockage problem but it was no use. I had a broken sewer pipe in the middle of the house. They ran down the options and suggested a re-pipe. They explained the worst case and best case options and quoted me a couple thousand less than rooter-tooter. I gave the thumbs up and they started first thing the following morning.Worst case, they would have to wreck both bathrooms and the kitchen. As it turned out, they were able to do the job better than their best case predictions. My plumbers were Mike and Anthony. Mike dug the trenches and performed the outside piping while Anthony bored into the foundation of one of the bathrooms near the broken pipe in the foundation. As Anthony got in to the job, he was able to access all of the inside plumbing from that strategic point doing much less damage than predicted.When all was said and done, and the replacement foundation set, the only damage left to repair was tiling the floor and replacing a half-sheet of drywall. Absolutely amazing! They saved me probably another 2 to 4 thousand dollars by conscientiously minimizing the damage.The entire job took only two days. There was plenty of help staff and they seemed very cheerful and eager to get the job done.I will definitely call Tampa Bay Plumbers when I need a plumber I can trust.

Outstanding! Nightmare to come home and find water bubbling up from the 40 yr old slab.Rather than tearing up the slab and spot fixing copper lines we went with a complete re-pipe of the house including, water Main, whole house filter and conditioner, water heater, every valve and faucet.Domenic quoted and ran the job of 5-6 plumbers over three days. They were all courteous and friendly to the entire family as we shuffled around to get out of their way. Everything is fantastic now, pressure is good, toilets refill, water tastes and smells clean. 1st floor tile is intact.Very expensive (for us) job and worth every penny.Thank you guys.

We had the septic tank empty by them on 6/5. On that visit they recommened that we add a baffle filter and to apply some treatment. We never agreed to do anything else, they never did any other job at our residence and to our surprise today, we got an invoice and charge pending on our card for $895 for baffle tee filter and bio kit treament that was never performed at our residence. Pretty bad business tactic...Waiting to hear back from them....

Experience with Tampa Bay Plumbers today was superior. When I called to book service the office was able to set me up for next day service instantly (my issue was non-emergency). They let me know a plumber would arrive between 8AM and 9AM.Right away I appreciated the attention to professionalism Michael R exhibited. At 8:11 he called to let me know he was on his way and would arrive within 30 minutes - which he did.Michael offered to wear a mask if that was what we wanted, without pressure either way which was greatly appreciated. He also wore shoe coverings and gloves. (He also appropriately changed gloves after handling the toilet issue so as not to cross contaminate.)He immediately went to inspect the problem toilet and let us know he'd like to try a hand auger first. He told us the pricing and likely outcome, as well as possible continuance of service depending on whether the first implemented solution was successful (it was!). A good thing to know about TBP is that if you pay for the hand auger first and it doesn't resolve, they don't then charge you a whole second initial fee for the next solution, the hand auger pricing rolls into the next so you aren't paying outrageous amounts for services.Michael cleaned up any (very minor) droplets of mess with pet-safe cleaner because he saw that we had a cat running around.He also quickly adjusted a chain in a second toilet to allow for better flushing without charging us, so I know TBP isn't just jacking up pricing. They are a very inclusive service and we will return to them for our plumbing needs and refer our friends and family to them as well.Thanks Michael and Tampa Bay Plumbers!

We had emergency sewer backup involving about 25-30 homes in a mobile home park. I called them late in the afternoon. Pasco Baker was the tech that came out for the cleaning. He worked on the sewer line until about 10:30pm. Pasco did a great job and was very pleasant through the whole ordeal. I am extremely grateful of Tampa Bay's service. This isn't the first time I have used them and I will continue to use them. Very professional.

I called yesterday to have my icemaker water line leaking in the wall somewhere and also to have two outside hose spigots replaced. I am very pleased with Rob H. who came out to take care of my issues, not only was he polite, he was also informative with his quote and repair. I did ask him about my 40 year old house copper pipes and he proceeded to give me a possible future quote in case I will need to re-plumb my home. They beat all the other bids and in addition, they were straight forward with pricing and sent out a really competent crew that did the work in the most professional manner that anyone could hope to have! I wouldn't call another plumber ever again! This IS the company you can feel safe with (and with plumbers) that means a lot!

But got a call from my office building today they say some professionals were outside because apparently their own maintenance men wasn't doing the work correctly.I welcome them in and (let me tell you!) they found so many things wrong and fixed it! that they wasn't even there for!They even went and redid my shower head because apparently it was getting too hot not, getting cold i have children.Just by the care he took and the thought he had about working with children in the house and how much he did within 15 minutes! We bought a house with a very abused septic tank. I had another company come out and drain my septic tank, try to get it working right. It backed up again and I called these guys. The first company had done a terrible job of cleaning it out. These guys pulled all kinds of garbage and gunk out of it. Did a few minor repairs and had it working again. The best part was they were very knowledgeable. They were able to clearly explain all my options to me, how much each option was and what were the pros and cons. I was able to make a decision that I knew was economical and would get us working again.

Crooks! Did not fix my septic tank problem then made be believe that another operation would correct the problem, it did not and cost me an extra $800. The worst SOB I encountered in Tampa. They will show up quickly alright to take your money. Thieves. Do not pay until you are certain your system works. Wait a week or 2. Even better, do not hire them.

I called this morning to have someone install a water shutoff valve for the refrigerator. They were able to send Mike Benson out the same afternoon. We have used Tampabay Plumbers before to repair the water main to our house. Excellent professional service both times.

Justin just came out to install a new toilet for us in one of our upstairs bathrooms. He called before he arrived, arrived on time, install went smoothly and he explained the issue with the old broken toilet. He removed the old toilet, boxes the new toilet came in, new caulking, and it works as expected. Completed entire job in under n hour. Great service and I would recommend them to anyone.

In March this year, we did a project with Tampa Bay Plumbers to relocate our septic drain field. We worked primarily with Jeff, the Septic Manager. It was such a smooth project and he took care of all of our concerns, needs and wants. There were no hiccups whatsoever and the project was started and completed in a timely manner. SUCH knowledgeable staff! We just bought a home and are new to septic systems, they took the time to not only pump our tank for a very reasonable price ($240 every 2 years which is a BARGAIN compared to paying $60 every month for sewer charges) but they also explained everything about the system to us, gave us tips for longevity, and even did a free inspection of the tank. GREAT TEAM!

I contacted Tampa Bay Plumbers and the next day 2 very courteous and knowledgeable representatives Jacob and Mario cleaned my tank and explained to me how to maintain. Jacob referred me to another representative, Mike Benson who returned promptly the following morning with his crew for a gruelling day of well plumbing work, that consisted of digging in gravel to replace a leaking pipe and replace my bladder/pressure tank. They all worked hard and quickly under bad circumstances,yet kept a friendly smile and helpful advice. Their prices were competitive, and plumbers were great! Thank you for the help!

John L. came out when my storage closet flooded. The leak ended up being some copper pipes behind the drywall and required some of the slab to be torn up. John was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was efficient and went above and beyond to fix my issue quickly. When the work was completed, I couldn't even tell the concrete was ever removed! He followed up with me to ensure that my hot water was restored after the work was complete. He is an asset to the company and I will most definitely call on him for any plumbing issue I may have in the future!

Our water heater went out on Tuesday, January18, 2022. We called this company on Wednesday, January 19, 2022. Two men came out to assess the situation and determined we needed a new water heater but no one could come out until Thursday. We had a new water heater installed by Sean (who was late coming) on Thursday, January 20, 2022. The water never heated up! We called to request service for this problem first thing on Friday, January 21, 2022, and was told someone would be out in a few hours. Good customer service should have made us a priority. No one came and I called several times and was told someone would definitely come by 5:00 pm. No one came and no one called! My husband checked the water heater and found two wires were not connected. After HE connected them, the water heater began heating water. I still wanted someone to check the water heater and I called first thing Saturday morning. No apology or acknowledgement for no one coming on Friday. A technician, Tabor, came on Saturday and checked out the water heater. He spent a lot of time checking it out. I was happy with his service. I would not recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers LLC because of our negative experience!!! Terrible customer service!

I would recommend this company without hesitation. They worked with us on our septic installation to minimize the visual impact when finished. We were very pleased and relieved at the outcome. I had a problem with my garbage disposal leaking. I received a call from Mike R. letting me know they were about 30 min away which I really appreciated the heads-up. Mike R arrived promptly with Muka, who was in training that week, and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional both men were. Not only that, they were very friendly and personable. I then remembered that I had another issue with my shower so while one tended to the disposal, the other looked at the shower issue. I was glad they took the time to explain how to extend the life of my disposal as well as how to keep the pipes problem free. I appreciate that they helped me get the best price to fix my disposal and how to fix the shower issue myself with a part that I had ordered so I wouldn’t have to make another service call. Though I called late in the afternoon, they promised to have someone at our house within a couple of hours. Mathew arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and got to work. It was a challenging situation and took several hours to rectify. But Mathew diligently and professionally identified and fixed the root causes. He meticulously cleaned up the bathroom and walkway, leaving it cleaner than upon his arrival. I called because I had standing water in the tub after my shower. The crew came to my house within an hour affter my call. The technician felt this was most likely from a full tank with poor drainage. He stated I will most likely need a new drain field before long, but could probably get by for a year or so just emptying the tank. He pumped it out. He was polite, informative, efficient, and remarkably prompt. I still have standing water in mytub after I shower.

Called to fix a reclaimed water pipe at the sprinkler valve. They had availability on a Sunday at no extra charge. Justin G. came by and quoted a fair price. While he was repairing the obvious leak, he spotted another area on the pipe that appeared to be cracking and repaired that as well. He was fast and professional.

We had a clogged toilet. Mike Benson from Tampa Bay Plumbers came out, on time, and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Very professional. Tested the toilet twice to make sure it was working properly after clearing the clog. No mess. Reasonable price for the work. Accepted the $25 coupon off the website with no problem. Rather than trial and error with the chance of throwing good money after bad, I decided to just call a plumber using Thumbtack. These guys were a good choice. I will use them again.

Bill and Thomas did an outstanding job of installing a riser for the septic tank. The finished job was exactly as they had described, AND, because I wasn't home when they completed it, they took photos and sent them to me. I am extremely pleased with that kind of integrity and customer service.

We had an undetected leak in our house and only realized something was wrong after receiving a water bill for $875 - nothing was leaking in our house anywhere. We called Tampa Bay Plumbers and they immediately came out to do a leak detection and Russell and Ty found the pipe leak was under our slab. Ty recommended a repipe of our entire house since the pipes were 50+ yo. It would be a few days until they were able to begin the repipe and Russell, using toothpicks, plugged the pipe to stop the pipe from bursting if we ran hot water. He's magic because that pipe never leaked once.Then Ty, Mike Benson and his team (Zack, Jake & Bryan) came out to do the repipe. They were so professional, courteous and some of the hardest working men I've seen. They barely stopped to eat lunch - and only stopped because we bought lunch for them. The teamwork they showed was outstanding and hearing the way they bounced ideas off each other was very impressive.Finally, Miguel & Richie came out to repair the drywall. We have textured walls and the artistry they displayed by matching the drywall repairs to the same texture was truly amazing.Our water service is like night and day compared to before. We have instant hot water and the water pressure is incredible. I will recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers to everyone I know. They are a first-class company with first-class employees.

I had my septic replaced by this company back in March of 2021. I am so disappointed. I met with the estimator and we discussed where the drain field is to be placed. I have a rather large yard and wanted as much yard as possible. Well, when they did the drain field they put it out in the open where I did NOT want it and where we had agreed it would NOT be. Not to mention where they had the dirt and sand delivered complete tore up my front yard. The original person who gave me the quote(Jeff I think) came out because I complained to the company and he even admitted it was placed in the wrong spot. His solution was to back fill it, which would have created a much larger issue. No other solution was offered to me. Now everytime I walk out back I have this huge ugly mound that takes up half my yard. Also, read the fine print because I have horrible water here and cant get a water softner because it voids my warranty on the septic, granted my fault for not catching that. I am beyond disappointed with this company. I gave them 2 stars because the were on time and quick with the install.

After 7 months, 3 tankless water heater change out/installs, 5 different techs including a service manager, Jack and a site visit from the owner Ryan, numerous failed attempts verbally promising that they would make it right, our last agreement was to change the tankless to a Tru Tankless water heater as we would take care of the electric and the difference of the wholesale cost of the unit, ZERO RESPONSE.I have made a formal complaint with the BBB.

I hired them to pump out my septic tank. They called and then arrived earlier than scheduled which was nice. Did a great job and cleaned and straightened out the area and packed the dirt down before they left. Two very pleasant guys. Definitely will use them again.

Asked to repair a septic drain field which has one spot with water coming out. The pumping truck driver came and checked the spot and said the whole drain field needs be reinstalled. The reason is that the drain filed is wet. But the grass on the drain filed is very dry except at the leaking spot. So the drain field is obviously not wet. Asking him to just fix the clogged pipe at the leaking spot. He said he needs a permit. Without a permit he could not do anything. He offered to pump the tank but our tank was pumped less a year ago and we don't need pumping. Plus pumping the tank doesn't solve the clog problem. Paid the visit fee of $125 which I understood. But the the knowledge and ability is well below my expectation.

I needed to have the water heater in my house replaced urgently. I called TB Plumbers, and they dispatched a tech (Jason) immediately. He gave me a quote, which was reasonable. TB Plumbers (David) improved on their initial quote, and I went with them. Jason finished the job within two hours and did a superb job with the replacement. TB Plumbers saved the day for me! I will definitely go back to them again for my plumbing needs.

This is my first time to fix water leaking problem with plumbers. Therefore, I have no idea about the price. Total cost about fixing water leaking is about 300-450 dollars by changing faucet. However, I can say they are professional and responsiveness. Furthermore, the first time they identified the leaking because of the faucet so that they replaced the faucet for me. However, after one day, I realized they did not solve the problem completely. The leaking issue is caused by other parts. Thus, I sent an email to them. They immediately sent their technician to fix the problem. Although they required the extra service fee at first, after I explained the reason which is their incompletment identificatoin, they did not make extra charge. I like their attitude, which is professional and responsible. Currently, I believe the problem should be fixed. If I have further problems, I will definitely contact them. Frankly, I am not sure whether it is necessary for replacing the faucet but I would like to trust their specialty. And I want to thanks Kenton for his service.

Well...it's early yet, but if initial indications are correct, these plumbers fixed a problem that has plagued us for the entire two + years we have owned our house. Our washer has never drained properly and it was nearly unuseable. The guy who came out to do the original asessment said he was sure they could fix it and I liked that confidence, but I was skeptical. And true to form, the job turned out to be challenging, and it was difficult to fix but the plumbers preservered until it was done. We have had plumbers out to work on this problem and we were kind of resigned to believing that it could only be resolved by spending 10K or so to have new pipes installed. But as of tonight, the problem is solved. I'm pretty sure that I am going to name the washroom after the guy who fixed it.UPDATE: Some time has passed, and a number of wash cycles have come and gone, and it has worked so well that I no longer time the cycles and keep an eye on it. I do believe these guys fixed what I thought was the unfixable.

Super fast and very fair pricing. I called multiple places to get a kitchen line unclogged (Snaked) and the Benjamin guy came (late) and was quoting me $275.00 without even taking a look at the drain. He immediately started to upsell me on some crap insurance plan. Once he left (and i still had to pay $50 for the 3 minute service call) I called Tampa Bay Plumbers and was told someone would be in my house within the hour. He actually arrived in less than 5 minutes (must have been really close) while the other plumber was still in the driveway mapping his next sucker.The plumber that arrived was very nice and definitely had that local feeling. He cared to ask me about the issue and what happened with the other plumber. He actually took a look in the line and assessed the situation before giving me a quote, which was 1/2 of what the other guy quoted. He snaked the drain, tested it for quite a while and educated me on the type of pipes on my home and what to expect over the next few years (new home to me). Once he was finished he thoroughly cleaned up after himself and even helped me with some coupon.I would ABSOLUTELY only use them going forward. I really appreciated the fact that he cared about the issue and never tried to upsell me with some other service or plan. Straight forward and honest service. That is the way to get continuing service from people.

Had a back-up and Russell came out. He quickly located a blockage, and cleared it so we could use some water. Since there were other problems, Justin and Rob came out two days later to do the heavy lifting, including digging up and replacing the offending root infested pipe and installing a cleanout to make it easier in the future. Make sure you can diagnose your issue before they send someone to your home. They sent a plumber and it ended up being a septic issue.... They then said they would need to send their septic guy. They wanted me to pay the $79 for the service charge for the plumber coming out. I then asked if the service charge could be applied to the septic guys bill when they send him out, the answer was no. Missed out on a septic/drain field job over a service charge......

Joe Bates came out and gave us an honest estimate and provided wonderful service! So thankful for the extra time he took to answer questions and go above and beyond with his work and time!

Russell came out today to replace my garbage disposal. He was great! Very friendly, and the replacement was done super quickly. He gave me some good tips for keeping the new unit running smoothly, and some funny stories to boot. Highly recommended!

I had a water leak in the main cold water pipe that was behind and fed into the water heater.Trevor was the Tech that came out and did the work and he was great! I was allowed to watch and he explained what he was doing and what was happening when he was doing the work. He was very pleasant to talk with and very professional. After getting quotes anywhere from $500 to $700 to install a kitchen sink (I provided the sink), I came upon TBP who quoted me $350. I don't always go with the lowest bid; but the reviews were good, so I hired them. Justin did a fantastic job. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Called for a quote in June to see how much it would be to stop water from going up into kitchen sink when a washer machine nearby would dump its water during cycle. Plumber named Dominic came in to assess and gave a general idea of the issue but that he was going to think on it better than send the quote through email later that day explaining what he would do. A week passed and I called main to see what had happened. I received the email within a few minutes. I read the job description and it hadn't made much sense, but trusted that was what would solve the issue and waited to save up money for it. Come August and I open up the quote again and examine the description again as I'm ready to go with solving the issue that could wait. I sit a few minutes trying to figure out where exactly he needs to break into the concrete as he was going to need to break cement somewhere or tiles. I wasn't sure and needed a better explanation from him where and how big he was going to break ground. I call and the operator pulled up the quote and didn't understand either, and said that unfortunately the plumber Dominic no longer works with them that they would send out another plumber for reevaluation of the free quote and explain. New guy Justin comes out and doesn't understand what Dominic wanted to do and said it didn't make sense. He took some time and said what was quoted doesn't seem like would solve the issue and that he needed to come back out with a camera to check through the pipes. We scheduled for a week and he called off sick that day. We rescheduled for the following week and he finally comes back with his camera. He does his evaluation into the pipes and says it goes from bigger to small and that that is probably the issue going far away from what the original guy looked at. Then says no way can that job be done for the original quote than goes back to rethink something else that could fit the quote. In the end gives the idea of breaking through the house wall to drain the washer directly into a sewer pipe that sticks out the roof instead of around the house and driveway. Said he needed to talk to his boss the next day and confirm with his on how to exactly go about doing the job and if it can still be the original price quoted and that he would give me a call to confirm what the boss says and would make it a priority. I waited 5 days for that priority phone call. I call myself to see what happened and lady calls Justin and said that he needs to wrap up the quote still that he'll call me later. I get a phone call back from someone completely different, maybe acting as some type of superior to Justin, but didn't talk like one. This guy completely throws everything out the window, wanting to have Justin come back next week with some sewer guy to evaluate again and that before that can happen that I need to pay $250 for the work of checking the job that has to be done with a special camera. This Brad guy is lucky I was at work and couldn't diss him off like I wanted to. I had to listen to him mock me saying why did I even call originally to have the job explained? That its self explanatory what the quote description Dominic wrote says. That why did I waste Justin's time and if I'm not paying the $250 that they're done with me. Obviously if I even went ahead with the job the person who came to see doesn't even work with the company anymore and Justin had no idea what the job was with the quote from the beginning until he finally pieced it better together the 2nd time he came back. Whatever was discussed obviously didn't fit the original quote price and wanted to throw me out by trying to charge me $250 for no work done cause they don't want to do the actual work. What a complete joke.

After going to three job site 3 times, they finally for it right.If the receptionist would've listen to me on the beginning, we could have eliminated 1 call to the house. Then knowing it world take 3 hours, the team was scheduled for 4pm.. Oh NO MA'M... It got dark.. And they quit.. Onto another day.. Opps weekend.. We don't work..see you on Monday.Finally.. Patrick got the job done...Whew.. I'm exhausted just writing this..

Dominik has been to our house twice, both times he has been timely and gave us a great price on the work performed. The company performs at the highest level and has integrity.

They set aside a whole day to install my water softener and replace my washing machine drain pipe with a larger one and snake the line since it wasn't draining. They quickly found the larger problem, my old cast iron pipes were halfway encrusted with rock hard sludge buildup and recommended I replace at least part of the pipe. I went ahead and had them replace the whole pipe from the ground up. They spent 8 hours removing the pipe, installing the new one, and adding the necessary pipes to the main waterline thru the block to the garage where the softener was to be placed and the water softener setup behind. They went above and beyond to help me get everything fixed for a reasonable price considering how hard they worked today. It seemed so simple when talking about it during the estimate vs how intense it was irl. Dominik and Justin were so amazing. So friendly, so knowledgeable, so upfront about the cost, and so respectful. Not once did they try to upsell when it wasn't necessary, they weren't focused on the cost, but what the customer needed which was so helpful. I highly recommend using this local company to fix your plumbing problems. I had the best experience and above par workmanship.

I had my old orangeburg pipe dug up, and replaced with PVC pipe. A large portion of the pipe was located under the driveway, so it was a bit noisy on day 1.My Plumber (Brian) showed up and appeared ready to work and ONTIME,A+ for this! Brian reviewed and explained the work to be done according to agreed upon work invoice. Brian consulted with me, at any point there was a concern, and showed me each stage of his work. I explained my situation to her (which was that I had a brand new dishwasher delivered to my home that couldn't be connected because of the way the plumbing was set up under the kitchen sink. Great job on the septic pump out. They worked quickly but explained everything as they went, noting future issues. I liked it best that they did not have the high pressure sales tactics or scare tactics of what might happen. When it comes time to replace the drain field, I will call them back.

As stated in several other reviews, Russell and Tampa Bay Plumbers are great to work with. My main line broke. Russell was able to install a temporary repair until we replaced the entire line. He performed the work he said he would, when he told me he would do it. I can't ask for much more than that. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Steve was over this morning to pump out my septic tank. He provided excellent service and answered all of my questions. He supplied me estimates on future work and other suggestions on maintaining my tank and drain field. He showed up the correct time and left after properly replacing turf.

We had a serious issue with the main sewer line leading out to the septic tank. We had called several different company's and the quotes and extensive work they proposed sounded outrageous. We had a plumbing leak for a week and didn’t know who to call and trust with a decent price. So read some reviews on diff plumbing companies and found Tampa Bay Plumbers.Just one call and that same day our plumbing problem was fixed by Justin! He was so nice and assured us that he can fix the leak. We were afraid that we can’t afford the repair but he gave us a decent price. And we, of course understand that pricing is based on the amount of work. I will call this company again if needed and will refer to our friends if they need someone reliable and can be trusted. I have no idea how this company has received so many good reviews. I gave them a two star simply because I don't have a gigantic hole in my back yard. It took them 3 months to come out and replace my septic system. When they finally set a date and time to replace the system, they didn't show up! No call no nothing. Had to call them for that. The manager said he would give me a discount for all services render because of me being so patient with them. I get my bill after all is said and done and its the same amount i was quoted. Worst customer service experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Always use TBP for my plumbing work i own allot of rentals. They do a good job. The also have a division called ypoxi the restore cast iron pipes underneath the concrete slab of your home without ripping up your floors which is pretty amazing.

He was originally here to give an estimate but went ahead and took care of the job in about an hour when I agreed to the price. He cut into my existing pipe to allow me to DIY my own exterior plumbing, and gave me a quote for doing the rest of the work if I changed my mind. No time wasting, no upselling, great job! I've used Tampa Bay Plumbers in the past and was, once again, not disappointed. I needed to have a toilet replaced with one I purchased; I called and asked for a ballpark estimate. I then made an appointment for the installation and was told the tech would call when on the way. Brian called as promised and arrived right on time. He assessed the situation and gave me the exact cost which was within the ballpark range. He completed the removal and installation very quickly and efficiently. After he cleaned up, Brian had me inspect the finished product to ensure my satisfaction. He was at all times professional and courteous. Without a doubt, customer satisfaction is his specialty; he is an excellent representative of this company! When the need arises, I will not hesitate to use Tampa Bay Plumbers again!!

Complete Rip-off. These people come out for leak detection in an area visibly clear where the ceiling was wet and take down a very small 3x3 area and tell me my entire building needs to be re-piped. They charged me $350 just to do that when I had three other companies charge me $70-80. Totally unethical. Then they tell me it will $10,500 to re-pipe the entire building. Well needless to say its best to get other quotes from honest people and that's what I did. All other plumbers that came out gave me a charge for repairing that section of the pipe that was leaking and it cost me $450. Who wants to pay $10,500 for a re-pipe just to pay some unethical plumber who wants money and to rip people off. I have no reason to lie and I am military as well and this is bad business!

Called this guys to deal with an outside leak , they showed up and went to turn the water off at city side, the plumber they sent didn't know what valve the city had installed so spinned it in place to the point that on close position is now leaking.They never informed me that those valves need to be handled by the city bit them, the plumber goes on to tell me the valve is broken and I need to call city to have it replaced since to him it was just spinning in place and not shutting off the water to the house.So I called city, the city plumber shows up tells me that the plber didn't know what he was talking about and proceeded to shut off the water , the valve was originally good , other dude didn't know how to close it and lied.City guy sees valve is leaking in closed position and had to swap it.Now am liable for the cost of it. Called this people back , spoke to owner and he tells me his guys know what they doing and that he would Called me back once he spoke to his plumber.Been two days nothing from them.Do not use this people.

I live in Jacksonville, Fl and Tampa Bay Plumbers did the epoxy on my crumbling cast iron pipes. The crew showed up with 7-8 guys, laid down runners and began work. WOW! My experience with Tampa Bay Plumbers was outstanding. My husband and I are new to the Tampa area, had just move into our home and he was out of town when the problem occurred. It was the first rain since moving in, when I discovered the drain in the lanai was not working and water was backing up to the sliding doors. I called Tampa Bay Plumbers and they immediately dispatched their technician, Mr Johnny Lewandowski. He was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. He discovered the problem and called for backup with a camera to determine exactly where the issue was. He explained in detail what the issue was, what was needed and the cost to make the repair. He and his partner made the repairs the next day and cleaned out the drains in the front of the house as well. I've used this company twice for plumbing services. The work is excellent with reasonable cost. The last Tech (Buck) was outstanding – he showed a genuine interest in the problem and followed up afterwards to ensure everything was fine.

I have had a lot of estimates from other plumbing companies. They were not the chepeast but they have the financing option that we availed for our repipe and sewage problem. Brad came and gave me the estimate. It was reasonable close to other estimates that I have gotten from other companies. He sent MIGUEL and RITCHIE to repipe the whole house. They were professional and they cleaned up really good. They have passion in what they do. They want to make sure everything is done the proper way. The inspector came and saw the job and he said everything was good. I’m happy because everything went well.

Steve and Jake came out today, ahead of schedule, expertly fixed my septic, and explained what caused our back up. Jake dug up the drain field end of the septic to inspect it, where the filter would go, and Steve ran a camera up the pipe to the house to analyze what might have caused our issue, all for the price of pumping the septic! Steve also found our pipe to the house and showed me how to tell if we have a plumbing issue or a septic issue so we can get the right person out. They both were 100% professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I will trust Tampa Bay Plumbing with all of my plumbing and septic system needs in the future. I could not be happier with their thoroughness. Thanks, guys!

I called at 1:30 this afternoon fully expecting it to be at least a day or longer before anyone would be available. I was pleasantly surprised though when they said someone could be here in the next few hours. Rob arrived in less than an hour, was courteous, professional, and had our problem fixed promptly. I will most certainly use them moving forward and would happily recommend them to anyone.

It had been a number of years since we had our tank pumped.I called and they were out the next day. I even got a call from the driver giving me his ETA. Node of this vague well be their between such and such time. When they arrived, what a pleasure they were to meet and talk with. Both Steve and his partner were very knowledgeable and efficient.They gave me some great advice and instruction. Like many home owners we pay little attention to the septic system - until we have a problem.If it's been a few years since you have had your tank pumped, I would suggest you call Steve ASAP. Get it done, they are so reasonable priced and they are professional! Pay a little now or you will pay a lot later.

Tampa Bay Plumbers LLC installed a cured in place pipeliner at our house. It repaired an old cast iron sewer pipe that had Roots growing into it. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job. Everything was completed on time and they honored the quotes that we're provided. I would highly recommend them if you need a plumber.

I was told plumber will arrive between 8am-9am sharp for valve replacement. We shut down the water for stack of 30 units. I haven't heard anything till 8:45am so I called them and was told there was an emergency and there will be a delay but no one called me. They said Plumber might get there by 10am. Then plumber called me at 9:20 saying he won't get here till 11am the earliest. So I had to cancel the appointment. They might be good plumbers but I can't stand punctuality issues, especially poor communication to customers about delays. Will have to try someone else, unfortunately.Update: Got a call from the Owner after this review, where he said he'd like to help in any way to make my experience better, which I really appreciated. I asked for a quote for new water heater. Owner said he could give me a competitive quote.He said plumber will arrive on Friday between 8am-9am. So guess what? :) Plumber only showed up 9:05am and I left at 9:00am. Plumber called me at 8:30am saying he's expected to be at my place by 9:15am. He then sent me a quote for water heater for $1400. How is that competitive if Friend's Plumbers gave me $800 quote (with labor) for same service? Truly recommend Friend's Plumbers, they showed up 20 minutes early, which I loved.

A few months ago had the septic back up and they sent Jeff out and he did a great job taking care of me. So a few weeks before Christmas had the septic back up again. Jeff had told me if I had any issues to call him and he would help me. So I called him and about 1hr later he was at my house. This time it wasn't the septic but the pipe that goes from the house to the septic was blocked. He water blasted the pipe and got it fixed for me. Have to say if all their guys are like Jeff this company will be great. I will call Tampa Bay Plumbing with all my plumbing needs and thank you Jeff for helping me with a late night last minute call. Things like this means a lot for customer service.

Have been trying to get them to finish a rough in for 4 months. They don’t show up when they say they will. They lie about being finished. Be careful what they say they will do and actually do. They didn’t pull permit until I asked 4-5times. You have to be really careful with this company. I have no idea how they have any 5 star reviews at all.

I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come by my home and inspect my existing water heater and give me a quote for replacing it with a new tankless water heater. The morning of the appointment a technician called me to ask me what the purpose of my appointment was. I found it a bit odd but explained again what I wanted and his response was well I could just give you a quote over the phone I said so you mean I am home from work waiting for you to shown up and you are calling me to avoid coming out? He said nahh I can come out but I was just trying to save you the trip....no sorry, sorry but what you are trying to do is save yourself the trip because you don't want to do your job. No thanks I'll have someone else who is interested in providing good service do the work. Unbelievable!

Matthew, the plumber, contacted me throughout the evening to communicate an estimated time of arrival. He was very polite and respectful of my home - great clean up job, as well! Great customer service from Matthew, I was very grateful for his hard work to retrieve my key fob and house keys!!

I called Tampa Bay Plumbers on my lunch hour to set up an appointment for later in the week. The person who answered the phone was a plumber himself and answered my questions. He was able to re-route his partner who was out on calls to my house that same afternoon. I got my outdoor faucet replaced for about half of what I'd expected to pay. They also honored the $40 off coupon we printed from their website with no hassle or grumbling. I'm happy to have this done as it was causing my water bill to be about $30 more a month than it should be.They don't have a fancy website or a big branded truck, but they're fair and they get the job done right and in a short amount of time. What I liked best was no trip charge. When I asked the guy on the phone how much to come out and take a look, he said looks are free. In this day & age, it's nice to get some work done without starting out $75 in the hole.I'll defintely call Tampa Bay Plumbers if I have any future indoor or outdoor plumbing concerns.

I had a major leak in my bathroom which a previous plumber that I had called, had no clue and was not helpful at all. I called Tampa Bay Plumber and they sent Russell, who figured out, not only where the leak was coming from, but stopped it within minutes of his arrival. It was a major job that required breaking into the concrete block and cement floor. We required our septic tank pumping. We were told they would arrive between 10am-noon but didn’t arrive until after 3pm. They charged double what every other septic tank company has charged us before, so we won’t be using them again.

This was our first experience with a septic tank, as we were on city/county sewer in our previous homes. So we are basically flying blind. A few days ago, our master bathroom toilet began to drain slowly, followed by a series of burping bubbles once the toilet drained. The technician originally thought the septic tank may need to be pumped. However, when he removed both riser covers, he found that the problem was just a clogged filter. We gladly paid the service call fee instead of needing to set an appointment and pay to have the tank pumped. We honestly had no idea what to expect and were at the mercy of the technician's diagnosis. We appreciate his honestly and not taking advantage of our inexperience. I had a toilet water supply leak, which lead to the tech stating he had to replace the fill valve. He also replaced new flapper I put in earlier indicating it was garbage and that was reason for it not flushing without holding handle. Well after paying $150 after hours fee and $ 204 for work before $25 discount, toilet doesn't flush and nobody will answer the 24/7 phone line. To make matters more insulting, when I attempted to post a review, the system lied stating I completed one. It's nothing worst than feeling screwed over and your toilet repair still not completed.

I called Tampa Bay Plumbers about a sewage issue I was having and they came out and did an outstanding job!
