I called 1st Choice Pluming on a Friday afternoon regarding a minor leak behind our toilet and Matt was able to come out first thing Monday morning to take care of it. He gave me a quote over the phone, sent a text reminder when he was on his way, and was very prompt and courteous. He completed the repair quickly without trying to upsell any unnecessarily services or repairs and was very professional. I highly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing for any jobs you need done.
Matthew was very responsive to my late night Facebook message for help. He advised me to call store in the morning. I spoke to a nice lady, sent her a picture and shirt video if my problem. Got a quote and the guys were sent and arrived early.
Jake worked with me, fixed my problem and suggested how I can avoid future repairs and upgrades I nay want to consider.
I would use this company again and reccomend them.
My hot water heater was leaking really bad. I called Matt and he was here within an hour with a brand new heater in his truck. He installed it quickly and also replaced a few faucets. I’ve never seen such excellent service. I will not only call him again for future plumbing issues, but I will recommend him to our friends. Thanks Matt!
I had a new tankless water heater put in by , Bill , First choice plumbing. He figured out that my water lines were crossed. Came up with a solution by rerouting the lines. He did a great job , he was courteous and very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone,and I will use again if needed. Thank you First choice.

Not only did I get my problem fixed; I also have a go-to plumbing contractor.
First off, I was surprised when 1st Choice responded and scheduled entirely via email. Most contractors reply with hi call me at xxx-xxxx a day later, making the turnaround time (and web-ticket system) a waste.
As for dispatch, A+. We got a heads-up call telling us to expect our tech around the same time as predicted a day before, and he arrived within the (comparatively) small appointment window. No 4-hour window with sitting on your hands all day to find out if it even happens.
Our tech, Matt, was a consummate professional. Courteous and organized, he diagnosed and solved the issue in less time (and fewer visits) than previous experiences with other another contractor.
Lastly, despite the fact that 1st Choice came out on short notice, on a weekend, to perform an emergency repair, and did it quickly so I could get back to living my life? I didn't get overcharged. It was substantially less than I'd budgeted based on experience with a previous contractor.
Overall, 1st Choice exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend them enough.

1st Choice Plumbing was recommended by my home insurance as a preferred provider. Their first visit was to fix a leaking toilet seal associated with my bathroom renovation. As more plumbing issues developed, I called them again to replace my hot water heater, and last week ended up having them re-plumb the entire house. Matt is supremely professional and knowledgeable, with customer service like I've never seen. Their support team is very professional, too. They made follow-up visits as needed when I continued to have the issues leading up to re-plumb. They are now my go-to business for plumbing! Highly recommend! Great value also!

First choice plumbing solutions has been one of those great companies that always gives outstanding service. We use them in our home exclusively and so does my brother and so does my mother. If I could give more than five stars I would.
I had a leak on a water line on the exterior of my house. 1st Choice responded quickly and was at my door in 45 minutes! This was on a Saturday and I had already called several plumbing companies with no response and one that responded about 4 hours later, but Jake from 1st Choice had already repaired it! He did a great job. I highly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing . Thanks so much for your help!

I don’t know if it’s more important to be prompt or professional, but Matt with 1st choice plumbing is both. He took my call and was ready to work immediately. I had gotten quotes for a hot water heater replacement ranging up to $1250+ for a 3-5 hour service. 1st choice was by far the most reasonable and Matt was able to be the job done quickly!

Great company and owner Matt! Had 2 slab leaks in 30 days and decided to get my home repiped. This was a big deal for me financially and as a first time homeowner I was full of anxiety but Matt is extremely professional and patient with answering questions. They replaced my leaky copper pipes with Pex pipes. The pricing and quality of work is fantastic. Got the job done and now I have water in my home! Water pressure is so much better and water gets hot much faster. You wont regret using 1st Choice Plumbing! I'm happy to support a local business providing quality work and great customer service.

I am beyond impressed with 1st Choice Plumbing. Matt (owner) is hands on all the way and will not stop until you are 100% satisfied. I could go on and on... but Matt answered his phone EVERY time I had a question or concern. He was available no matter what day or time (as if we were his only clients). This company was highly recommended , and now I must write this review so no one doubts how great of a company it truly is. I am beyond impressed. They replaced my main shutoff valve on the outside of my house. It was done quickly and beautifully. The finished job looks great and works perfectly. He even fixed my loose hose bib that was above the valve. Really nicely done, thanks!

We just used 1st Choice Plumbing for a 2 bathroom remodel. This company has been excellent. During the process, we worked with 3 of their plumbers and all have been fantastic. They were reliable, courteous and true experts in their field. They went above and beyond to provide us with quality service. Their response time was great. I contacted them at 4:00 pm last night. They were at my house at 8:30 am. They were able to squeeze us in with their full day. They were complete within 30 mins. Personnel was very courteous and polite. Couldn't of asked for a better experience.

After breaking off the shower stem while trying to replace a Moen shower cartridge, I called 1st choice in a panic. I could not turn on the water to my home due to my problem. Matt, the owner, dropped what he was doing and came out and repaired my shower valve. I'm truly amazed that he was able to get the damaged stem out without destroying the entire valve. I now have his number stored in my phone for future use.

These guys are great! Came and fixed my main water supply so quickly! Had been without power for 12 hours when I called them. Had it done quick as can be! Everyone else wanted me to wait till the next day! Very fair pricing as well!
I had the pleasure of meeting with Matt at 1st Choice Plumbing today. He was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Made me feel at ease and comfortable with him upon arrival. He replaced my old toilet with a new one and I must say, he was super fast and efficient. Cleaned up afterwards and left me with a beautiful new toilet that I love. Called 1st Choice Plumbing at 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon looking to get a quote for a water heater replacement. I was able to send a picture of the water heater via text and received a quote in a matter of minutes. Not only was the price reasonable they managed to fit me in same day. The installation process was entirely hassle free. Will definitely use them for any plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend.
Repaired a pipe in my home and in the process destroyed the shower pan costing me over $7k to replace the shower. Took no responsibility. Stay far away.
