Mr Guzman did a great job repairing my hot water heater and my toilet, and also installed a new faucet in the bathroom. I sent an inquiry through the Tampa's Plumbing Solutions website and Richard Guzman contacted me quickly. Even though I did not need service right away, he did follow up with me around the time I mentioned was a good time for me to schedule an estimate.
He is very professional, courteous, easy to talk to, provided his estimate and was able to perform the repairs right away. He was prepared. I highly recommend Tampa's Plumbing Solutions.
Our office was experiencing plumbing issues. We had a series of clogging issues. Yesterday, it got particularly bad and we could not work the toilet whatsoever. We called Richard, and he was more than happy to come over. He walked in with his tools and fix the issue making it look easy. Our toilet is fixed, thank you so very much, Richard. You’re a godsend.

Richard responded to my email for service promptly. He called the next morning to let me know he was on the way. Provided a fair and concise bid and did great work. He even called to follow up a day later to see if everything was still perfect. 10 out of 10 would use again and recommend.

Richard was super professional an incredibly fast. I had flooding due to a toilet valve on a Saturday and he referred me to an amazing restoration company and by evening he was back and all my house was under control with 4 new toilet commercial grade parts that hr replaced. I would do 6 stars if I could.

Exceptional service! Had an urgent issue with a blocked sewer line on a Saturday evening, and Richard from this company came right away. He resolved the issue in about 15 minutes and even fixed our toilet tank. All of this at a fair price. Highly recommended! :)

Richard was unbelievable. Our toilet was spraying all over the bathroom and we could not get the water to the house shut off. It was after hours and we were literally walking out the door for vacation. After calling around to numerous plumbers we finally got a hold of Richard. He had just taken off his work clothes and sat down when we called. He got his work clothes back on and headed right over to our disaster. He did a great job fixing our problem and charged us a very fair price. I would recommend him to everyone in a second. He literally saved our vacation. Thank you so much again Richard.

What a Great service, Great Guy. You can tell when someone knows what he is doing. I had a higher water bill, he knew where to look and went right at it. He found that my guest bathroom had a toilet that was leaking and found a small but constant hose bib leaking. One that we don't normally use. He rebuild my toilet and replace the hose bib both at a reasonable price. I waited till next bill, and yes. My water bill was normal again.
I will recommend this company to any one.

Richard came and went up the roof to clear my kitchen sewer line. He did an excellent job. I definitely recommend his company.
July 6th. 2023. I called, they came and fixed an outside hose bib in the pouring rain. They had to cut the wall, braise and install a new valve and they applied mortar to the area they touched. No leaks. Awesome job. Very affordable. Will use again.

I called mid morning for some problems we had with a leaky shower, running toilet and to discuss adding a pot filler in our kitchen. To my surprise, Richard and his associate said they’d be there in 30-45 minutes. Sure enough, 30 minutes later they were there and ready to go! They work they did was great, but the real value was they consulted with me on a few additional plumbing questions, and were honest with what they felt I could do to save some money and what they would do for me if I chose to. I truly appreciated their honest insights and professionalism and plan to make Richard our ‘go-to-guy’ for all our future plumbing needs!

Richard is a very polite and courteous professional with over 20 years of experience. He checked the issues and started work on the appointment date. He arrived on time and began working immediately. The great thing about Richard is that he keeps you informed as he progresses and shows you what and how he is doing. The work was done in a timely manner and his rates were below what other plumbing businesses charge, which I know because I checked their prices. Wow! This is the BEST experience I've ever had with a repair person/company. Richard was quick to respond and pleasant to work with. He gave an honest estimate for the repairs needed to our toilet problems. I've done quite a bit of DIY plumbing in my time, so when he showed me the previously cracked flange, I knew it would be a much bigger job than expected. Richard didn't flinch, and spent twice as long repairing the drain as expected. The job looks great, he spent extra time, and he refused to take more money. From my initial contact to job completion was less than 24 hours. That's integrity you don't often find these days! While I cannot speak to their plumbing services, I can speak to their attitude. We approached what I believe was the owner to ask them if they’d kind backing their truck up about a foot and a half so that the 50-75 children about to step off their school busses didn’t have to walk in a busy street. The gentleman vaguely gestured to a basketball hoop that cleared the truck as the reason they could not before proceeding to ignore a follow up request and turning away from us.
