Our plumber, Marcus, was fantastic! Pleasant, professional, efficient, etc.

I specially asked if there was an extra charge for weekends and the lady who answered the phone said, no. That was a lie.

The gentleman who came out was very professional, nice etc. No issues with him at all.

However, I was quoted $800 to replace two flowtite valves that literally don’t even have a sink or vanity around them. I understand times are tough but that’s not even high, that’s outrageous for an 1 hr job.

Excellent response time as this was an emergency and I had called like 3 or 4 other companies who weren't able to help. The office personnel were friendly very helpful and the technician was very professional with work and communications and he cleaned up the area of the problem

T was excellent in assessing our plumbing problem. We certainly would have had him complete the job but the $400+ fee was unaffordable for us. I would definitely recommend T.

We had a few complications, but our technician Luis and the whole Mr. Rooter’s plumbing team remained patient and worked with us. We eventually got all of our repairs done. Overall awesome company!

Our toilet started leaking right after my spouse went out of town and I was left home alone with a newborn. I had called another company and they couldn't get out until the following week, however, Mr. Rooter got someone out within 2 hours, and it was fixed a couple hours after that! The technician, Chris, was really professional and courteous, and I feel as though the price was quite reasonable. Really happy with the service and we'll be using Mr. Rooter in the future!

Leaking bathroom drain line replacement .

Excellent service. They helped with every aspect of getting my water heater replaced. Since it was under warranty, we had to pick it up from a local vendor but did not have the means to get it. They picked it up for us, installed it, and took the old one with them. The plumbers were kind, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic to work with. They came same day and I'm so glad to have my hot water back.

This was a recall because the last repair leaked, and the tech told me he could not replace the tub drain without damaging the tub. I called this company when my kitchen drain got clogged after using the disposal. The company I called prior left my pipe open and took off. The plumber was professional, efficient and friendly. His name is Adam. I highly recommend their services

Jamal came out same day to try to unclogg my bathtub drain. Not only was he incredibly professional, he was also very honest about the state of my pipes. This made it easier to understand why we ended up having to decide to have pipes excavated. He also helped out tons with financing all of this.

Luis went above and beyond to help us out. Professional and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Had a plumbing issue in my well house, turns out for some reason my neighbors well was joined with my piping and I recently replumbed everything and cut a pipe I thought was for sprinkler apparently not. He was having issue with his pump so he didn't have water so at time nothing was coming out. He got his problem fixed and it was just pouring out of that pipe. Plumbers show up and he refused to shut his water off so they could do repair because he hasn't had water for couple days.(my pipe cut didn't affect his water he already had issue before I did that) so we had to come up with different approach, got it done. Very pleased with service and professionalism. Would use again if I ever have a issue I am not able to take care of.

Plumbers scheduled to show up Monday morning cancelled via email notification Sunday night at 9 pm.! These guys were saviors! I was having cabinet installers show up to demolish kitchen to install new cabinets. I desperately called many local plumbers... all too booked up. Called JL Emergency Plumbers and they got this emergency crew from Mr. Rooter - the two guys showed up quickly, did a great job disconnecting sink and dishwasher, gave me a good quote for total job of reconnecting everything after the installation of new sink, etc. Signed up for them and cancelled previous plumbing contract. YES - HIGHLY recommend them!

Toilet problems

Excellent service and my technician, Cody, was very helpful.

Called on a weeknight in the winter to address a backed up drain in the garage. Brett was great - very professional, explained everything he was doing as he did it, gave me options and was never pushy about anything. He took care of the problem quickly.

My technician was terrific. He found the problem quickly and it was repaired in a short period of time. His name is Brett Kaylor.

Prices seem very High. 2 guys out today on 1 day job to redo the plumping to the bathroom in a 20 year old double wide we use as an office at our metal shop. The owner of the business has less than 35% hearing left, in his mid-80s and didn't catch the prices they put out as options in the morning. $3500. ouch. We asked for a breakdown of the bill to justify this amount but wouldn't provide material costs, labour cost. Was told that is the price and that we got a deal as It's normally a flat rate of $4,000 per bathroom to run piping from the water heater to the bathroom. 2 Bathrooms = $8,000 How does that work? No consideration of distance, materials, actual work included.. just $4K and $8K? For what it's worth, they were done by 2.30 p.m. - wish I made that kind of money. Can't tell but figure they probably did a good job. Anyway. It's the owners fault for not hearing well, but not giving us a breakdown isn't right. 2 Stars instead of one.

Jamal was professional, courteous, and had my clogged toilet working again in minutes. I've had Mr. Rooter do some other plumbing off and on since buying my house and moving here, and every time, I am so glad that they were who I called when I first moved in and had a major plumbing issue.

Our sump pump died and we had a few inches of water in our basement. I called around 2:00, and the tech showed up at 3:00. By 5:30 the sump pump was replaced and the water was drained away.

The technician was awesome came in gave me a great price and finished the work perfectly and now my disposal is working great i will definitly be using them for any future problems i have..thank you so much.

I’ve had plumbing problems for 6 months and finally needed emergency services so used Google review to see who I could trust and came across Mr. Rooter based on their Google reviews.
They can literally solve any problem. Unknowingly, I had a screw drilled into the sewer line from the drywall and they fixed my outdated toilet with parts, flushed the remaining cloggage, found where the screw was, repaired the line and most importantly WALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING AND WHY!

RaShawn replaced a copper waterline that was connected to an old refrigerator. We recently purchased a new refrigerator and the copper waterline would not fit with the new line and had to be replaced. He not only replaced the old copper line, but also replaced the shutoff valve that was connected to old the copper line. He did an excellent job. Many thanks for a job well done.

Luis Lanze had to dig out about a 20 foot section of our playground, which was nothing but sand, in order to get to the pipe that needed replacing. Once repaired he also noticed that the pitch of the pipe was off and he dug further in order to make sure it would drain properly. AWESOME GUY, AWESOME WORK!

My water tank burst and was flooding my 1st floor. I called in a panic and in tears because I had no way to shut it off.

One of the owners came over within 10 minutes, got the water shut off, got his team to come out with a replacement, got me on the phone for financing. The tank burst at about 1:30pm and they were done working & replacing everything by like 5pm. Truly heroes in my eyes.

As a first time homeowner they really put me at ease and saved the day.

Another contractor could not get the job done properly. Bob Beall, the new owner, came out personally to check on the issues, determined the corrective action and had his team work to solve the problem. Two weeks later, there is no re-occurrence of the problem.

I rarely write reviews, but Bob was impressive and his team is a dog with a bone until they get it right. There are many plumbers you can call, but you will not get finer service than from Bob and his team.

Had to pay $92 for 10 minutes of talking. When quoted for the job needing done I was given an absolutely outrageous price. Big mistake calling them.

Had a burst inbound water line flooding our basement this morning. Mr.Rooter got a plumber here fast, and water is now flowing on the insides of the pipes again where it belongs.

We had our home's water shut off valve spring a leak and called Mr. Rooter on a Saturday. The plumbing technician Mike Randazzio arrived within 45 minutes or so. He quickly assessed the situation, recommended a repair, followed by the cost. Mike and his apprentice began the repairs. Once the repairs were finished they waited to ensure that the repairs were successful. I did not get Mike's apprentices name, but they were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Now, this was a weekend call and the price was a bit more than I thought it would be, but the service and quality of the repair made up for it.

These guys are awesome! Where do I even start with my beast of an old house. I called them because I've had great results with other Neighborly companies and I want to keep doing business with more Neighborly companies. I'm so glad I did. Lee, the owner, and his awesome team saved the day. I initially called them to service my old water softening system. After talking to the tech I decided to upgrade to their Halo 5 system. I also made an appointment to get our cast iron pipes evaluated. As anyone with an old house knows- sometimes plumbing issues reach a critical mass and a cascade of issues errupt- literally. I'm so glad Lee and his team were there for us while my old house and its plumbing system threw a temper tantrum while they worked. The last thing any home owner wants is to have a problem occur and not have a good team to fix it. Things got super tough and nearly impossible to solve. Honestly other plumbers I've worked with would have just left and told us we were on our own. Lee and his team stuck it out over 3 days and got us back in business-doing laundry etc and enjoying our new awesome water purification system. I have had a lot of negative interactions with other plumbers in the past. I'm so glad to have found Lee and his team. I'm glad to know that when my house throws a fit again they will be there. I will also be using them to restore my old cast iron pipes- I'm so glad to find a company that can do it without ripping up the original terrazo floors of our home. He gave different recommendations and explained everything. I had to leave the house for an errand and I left him and his partner at my condo without hesitation. I came back to a completed job. They were very respectful and honest. I would recommend.
