Very fast service and fixed the leak under my sink in under an hour. Given the demand for home repair services and long lead times these days, I was very thankful for the speedy response and quick solution. No one wants to delay this type of repair. Robert was great--and gave me a couple options--and once a decision was made, was able to fix the entire system.

My water heater tank leaked and flood my garage. I called and the receptionist called tyler then a few minutes Tyler called me and ask if I can send a picture of the tank. After receiving the picture text, he called me again and gave me the estimate. From the time I called around 12 noon, by 2 o 'clock In the afternoon they clean the area and install the brand new water heater. They're fast and reliable. . Thank you so much. I will recommend them to all my friends. I like doing business with them again in the near future. Again THANK YOU.

David, Josh and McCoy are three of the best people that you will ever meet. They really showed that there is no I in TEAM, and they didn't leave until the very tricky problem was solved. So I now feel a bit like an idiot because I am to blame for putting uncooked thick fish filets (a day or 2 past their prime) down the disposal. Josh told me it's probably better to think of it as a dispose some, not a dispose all. The fish managed to travel well over 50 feet into my walls before becoming firmly lodged in before the 3 inch pipe that goes to my septic. The morning started out with David doing everything imaginable with his 50 ft auger cable, but ultimately he just needed more cable. He called in McCoy and Josh and these guys traced my pipes, used every trick in the book, and ultimately cleared my rockfish out of my pipes before leaving. Their dedication, great attitudes, personable styles, and overall commitment to my satisfaction has me stopping what I was doing to immediately write this review. A word about Beacon...Its clear that this team loves their company!!! They must have an absolutely amazing company culture, and I heard them say to each other...we are here to support you. We are a team. I'll never call anyone else. Beacon must really treat their team with love and respect because these guys were all about customer, team, and doing it right. Thanks David, McCoy and Josh! You saved the day and my son's graduation party. Smelly fish or torn up walls would have been a disaster. Thank you!

We’ve had Emerald City out a few times and every time they make the process so smooth. They are always on time, easy to reach out to with questions and always willing to go above and beyond with help. I’ve also recommended them to other friends and family and they are always grateful I passed over such a good contact. They will continue to be our go to whenever we have sewer issues or need updates.

Very happy with the service we received from Mo at Roto-Rooter. Very professional and efficient. Unplugged a very clogged kitchen sink drain. (Tip: don't put eggshells in your garbage disposal!) Thank you Mo!

Arash at Ridgid Plumbing is very professional and nice person, my carpet is wet, he tirelessly squeezes time in between his jobs to drive over to review the situation, and explain to me that I need a restoration company to detect where the leak is, he is honest, and has integrity, will definitely
hire him for any future plumbing work.

I had this company repipe my entire house. They were the on the higher end of 3 bids but provided drywall patch work. My pipes are fine, but the drywall was a mess. They left a mess everywhere, even under my toilet seat! I was told they would come back and clean up the mess and correct the drywall work. Unfortunatly, they did not follow through and have competely ghosted me :( Over all, not impressed.

I recently had repipe done by Nick’s team. Overall he did a good job. They finished the job in one day. There were a few things left behind. When I contacted Nick, he took responsibilities and came back to take care of things right away. He seems to hold himself to higher standards as compared with some other plumbers I worked with in the past. It is an expensive project and I hope it can last for decades. Nick also provides a warranty to his job.

I would recommend Simon for everyone who needs water leak detection. Simon came over spent big efforts to identify where the line is, pinpoint the problems also gave professional recommendations. Living in an old house without precise knowledge of existing waterline structure, Simon was patiently navigating through the house step by step with thorough explanations. Truly pleasure to work with. Subject matter expertise in these areas.

PJ and the team came to the rescue for me. My home ran into a serious plumbing issue, with a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Our whole household was in emergency mode — we couldn't take a shower, flush, or even wash our hands normally.
PJ and the team went well beyond the call of duty, working late into the night on a holiday weekend to get us operational again. They didn't have to do that — but I am so appreciative that they did!
You'll be pleased with their dedication to the craft, communication, and overall pleasantness to work with.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
