Excellent work, quality products, and outstanding customer service. I needed a new water heater and expansion tank installed. Two Brothers was able to schedule a convenient appointment. They called to confirm morning of appointment and arrived on time. They completed the installation in less than an hour and were very respectful of my home. I will call on them again, and would enthusiastically recommend them to my family and friends.

We had an issue with a water hammer which we were told was due to a water logged expansion tank. I was planning to do it myself but Two Brothers Water Heater Repair quoted a very competitive price to replace the water tank. It made it worthwhile to have them do it. They were flexible with scheduling and were on time, professional, effective and got the job done in no more than 10 minutes. They even went above and beyond and upgraded my tank even beyond what we agreed. I would definitely bring them back for any other plumbing work in the future.

Recently we found that our water heater was failing and required replacement. We contacted a few full-service plumbing firms that submitted bids much higher than anticipated. These folks had great customer service, in our case a virtual bidding process, flexible and relatively prompt installation dates, pricing that was significantly below the full-service firms, as well as they provided an unsolicited offer of emergency service should our exiting water heater fail prior to the installation of the new unit. On the day of installation the Two Brothers Water Heater Repair team were very communicative regarding estimated arrival team and prompt in terms of arriving as advised during the bid process. The team was professional, competent, good humored, respectful of our home, exceedingly focused on the task at hand (removal and replacement), and incredibly prompt & efficient.

Chris came out one of the owners and installed a new water heater in my basement. He came with another guy and the two of them got through it in possibly less than an hour professional clean and organized. I would definitely hire they gave me practically $1500 less than their competitor and I got a quote for another water heater in my house for the same price. These guys are great I would hire again in a heartbeat.

I needed a new water heater after my old one was showing signs that it was going to fail. I called Two Brothers at 6pm and had a new water heater noon the next day. Fantastic service, good price. I needed a little flexibility in the time of day as I had errands/kids to look after, and Chris was great about texting me ETAs so I could be sure to meet him. Best of all, I off-hand commented on the need for a drip leg on the furnace next to the water heater, and they offered to install it right then, free of charge. One more thing off my TODO list!

When someone does the job well and there are no problems, it's great. We had to replace an old water heater on short notice, and Tyler responded within 10 minutes of me sending him a quote request on Yelp. He very clearly laid out all of our options and which one he thought would be best based on our situation (note that it was not the most expensive option). They replaced the water heater two days later (the day we requested based on our schedules). Both Tyler and his brother were great to work with. This was very much appreciated, as prior to calling Two Brothers, we had contacted a different water heater repair company who was 4 hours late to the appointment, charged $80 just for a quote, and then tried to push us to the most expensive route. So glad we contacted Two Brothers!

We bought a new house that needed a new water heater. I called Two Brothers based on their awesome reviews and Chris called me back within 10 minutes and gave me my options, all reasonably priced compared to what I was finding online. He even came out on the same day and was in and out in under 2 hours. He was very friendly and courteous and managed to install a mixing valve in a really tight space. I've never written a review before, but thought it needed doing for these guys. Great responsiveness and friendly prompt service!

I have had Chris with Two Brothers Water Heater Repair out to do a couple small jobs so far in two different homes. He is friendly, communicates well, and does great work. Prices are very reasonable, too. I will not hesitate to call him first when I need a bigger job. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Two Brothers this week! Chris helped us decide whether to replace our very old water heater with a traditional tank heater or a tankless water heater, and he advised us to go with a traditional heater (the less expensive option) based on our particular circumstances. We needed a replacement urgently because our old heater had started slowly leaking, and while they couldn't make it out that day because they were booked up (I told them it wasn't a true emergency because we were fine going without hot water for a day), they were exactly on time the next day. Chris and an assistant got the new heater into our house (up a flight of stairs from street level and then down a flight of stairs into our basement), installed, and the old one out in under 45 minutes. I didn't bother comparison shopping given the urgency and Two Brothers' great reviews, so I can't speak to that, but the price he charged us seemed reasonable, and the final cost was exactly what he quoted me plus tax. Plus, they installed an small expansion tank that we had previously been lacking (and explained why that would prolong the life of the water heater) for no additional cost! I'm very pleased with their service.

I cannot imagine any business being more responsive and helpful than Two Brothers. We had been struggling with our water heater for several months. Part of the problem was that the brand of water heater we own does not have a parts distributor in the Seattle area, so most repairmen did not even want to look at it. When my husband and I ordered our own parts and tried to fix the water heater, we ran into problems. Without any hot water, I then called Two Brothers and begged them to at least take a peek and give us some advice. They showed up early the next morning, fixed the problem quickly and with a smile, and then left without accepting payment (they said it was too fast and easy a fix to charge us). I know they took time out of a very busy schedule that day to swing by our house and be our heroes. These guys are genuinely into service and helping people! How wonderful!

OMG! Two Brothers IS THE BEST! I called them to take a look at our 12-year old leaking hot water heater. They were out within 2 hours and installed the new hot water heater, replaced an expansion tank, AND added an additional expansion tank! Chris was AMAZING. My water heater decided to burst at 8pm. Reached out to a few well-reviewed plumbers on Yelp for quotes, and Tyler was the first to respond (yes, it was after regular work hours). We exchanged emails about the issue and he was able to estimate the job remotely, and accommodate our schedule by fitting in the job the very next day.

Showed up promptly as promised, did a clean job, and new water heater is up and running - all within less than a day of the initial contact via Yelp.

Tyler's quote was competitive, and the job quality was excellent (cleaned up after the work was done, no issues throughout), and communication was clear and prompt.

FYI - I asked about a higher cost option and he actually talked me out of it by sharing his thoughts on the pros and cons.

Couldn't have been a better experience! Of course our 15 year-old water heater gave out and flooded our basement on a Friday just as we were going to leave town the next week. We saw Two Brothers' great reviews, called and texted with photos in the evening, got a quote from them and quotes from a couple others the next morning. Two Brothers was able to get us a better water heater for the same or lower price than lesser water heaters from others. And they stayed in touch over the weekend and had it installed and working Monday morning. Nice guys, great service, highly recommended!

I called the Two Brothers based on excellent reviews. I was amazed that they came out with a new water heater the very same day! Sadly the new water heater wouldn't fit due to a bizarre setup that no one could have foreseen, and the brothers swapped out for yet another water heater, still the same day! We had some concerns about the water not being hot enough, and they came right back out and fixed the problem without delay. They were very responsive and saw my project through, which only lasted a couple days even with the bumps in the road! Highly recommend.

Can't recommend Two Brother enough. Tyler was extremely responsive and scheduled me in the next day (extremely nice guy too). The service was quick (less than 1 hour for a custom water heater setup) and implemented correctly.

My hot water tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called one place that could come in 5 days. I read the reviews for the two brothers, and they were good. I called them at 9ish and the hot water heater was installed by 1:15 that same day. I still almost can't believe it. NIce people that do high quality work. I would highly recommend.

I received a new hot water heater today June 4, 2019. My old heater was about 20 yrs old and rusty. I called two brothers and spoke with Kris. He gave me a great price for replacement. Kris actually came and installed the heater by himself. He was wonderful. Been doing business since he was a youngster and was delightful. This company are straight shooters and would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a new water heater.

I was so disheartened to walk into the garage and see water everywhere. It was Fri night and all I wanted was a glass of wine and watch a movie. I found Two Brothers online, read reviews and gave them a call. Tyler answered on a Fri night!! He was personable and very knowledgeable. He asked us to send him pictures of our water heater. He came back with a quote within 30 minutes but wasn’t sure he could get us in over the weekend. Oh well. The idea of no laundry, no showers, no hot water for the weekend seemed unbearable. Later that night he called us back and said he managed to pull some strings and get us in on Saturday!! The other brother came with a helper the next day and they were in and out in maybe 2 hrs?? Then Tyler called the next day to make sure everything went well. Great customer service. 5 stars.

Highly recommend. Same day service. Very nice brothers to work with. I called at nine in the morning and had a new hot water tank by one. Reasonable cost. A pleasant experience working with them, if you can call spending on maintenance of a home fun...lol. Really, great guys. You need not look any further for hot water tank repair or replace.

My hot water heater started leaking yesterday night, 2/7/19. Two Brothers came out this morning, 2/8/19, before the snow storm and installed a replacement. My water heater tank leaked and flood my garage. I called and the receptionist called tyler then a few minutes Tyler called me and ask if I can send a picture of the tank. After receiving the picture text, he called me again and gave me the estimate. From the time I called around 12 noon, by 2 o 'clock In the afternoon they clean the area and install the brand new water heater. They're fast and reliable. . Thank you so much. Turns out finding a plumber to repair a tankless water heater is next to impossible. Thankfully a friend that recently had a hot water heater replaced recommended me to Two Brothers Plumbing. Chris was at my house within an hour of my call. He tracked down the problem and made the repair. He's very knowledgeable and personable, and did a great job.

Our gas water heater went out and we contacted 2 Brothers among other competitors. We decided on 2 Brothers bc 1. Extremely quick response time 2. Very knowledgeable about products 3. Were able to quote us without visiting ie; sent a pic and some info 3. Were able to squeeze us in today. I had some concerns over brand of water heater and warranty etc. after speaking with Tyler we were able to work it out and we were given the expansion tank and earthquake straps fo free. I am Wowed. I called and less than two hours later I had a brand new hot water heater installed. They even helped me clean up all the dank water that had flooded the area. Can't say enough about these guys. One time I was in Arizona and my hot water heater quit working in one of my rentals in Seattle. This was an Airbnb rental so I needed to move quickly to get it fixed and they 100000000% came through in the clutch. Came the same day even and probably did a job they normally would have referred out given their size. Sounds like both these brothers are over 6'5' and the water heater I needed fixing was in a tight crawl space, but understanding the pickle I was in they took the job and I couldn't be happier. Saved me from getting an awful review from an Airbnb renter that is for sure.

Follow up: 4 months later another house of mine needed a new hot water heater and they were all over it. I shopped it with Gene Johnson and these guys were better priced and given my past experience it was a no brainer

I had an excellent experience with Two Brothers. The technician was amazing and communicated throughout the process. I can't imagine the work being done faster or easier for me. They were also able beat the price of a national water heater repair company, so it was an excellent deal as well.

Excellent service, professional and courteous. I got an immediate reply from Tyler the evening I sent an email and had a new water heater the next morning. They also corrected a venting issue that existed with the previous hot water heater . I sent a thank you text back to Tyler after Chris completed the job, and loved his response: We appreciate the work! I would recommend them without reservation!

On time, courteous, unstressed, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, left the site cleaner than when he arrived. The water heater is located in a dirty and cramped crawl space under the house, and I had other plumbers look at it and decline to even bid the job. Chris showed up, went to work, and did the job like it was just another day at the office. Quality workmanship, and no surprises as to cost. I couldn't be happier with the service or the price, but to get that service at that price was more than I could have hoped for. A+.

In all my years, I am not sure I have come across such a classy business. I was having some issues with my hot water tank where my 67-gallon tank could barely fill up a bathtub with hot water. Im handy, so I did some diagnostic testing on the tank, but couldn’t find the problem. I called Chris to come out because I couldn’t find anything wrong with my tests, but he said if I was capable enough to do the diagnostic tests then I was capable enough to do the repairs. So he told me what he would do in a situation like this and sent me on my way. He even followed up with me a week later to make sure I was successful with the install and even took a call when I had a quick question. I offered to buy him lunch by sending him money on venmo for his time and he said “No need…I enjoy helping people”…. Are you kidding me?! What a great person / company. Thanks Chris. I’ll be reaching out when I go tankless and recommending you to all my friends.

They were very accommodating to our availability (water heater died the day before a trip and we came back the Wednesday before Thanksgiving). They knew what they were doing, and other than having to empty a bunch of stuff out of garage to give them access (clutter!), the process was painless.

Quick and efficient install. Chris communicated easily through text and phone. There was an pre-existing issue with the hot water flow, Chris came back, identified the problem and replaced a fitting the following day. He made that house call on the house. Solid dude.

I am literally moved by Tyler! He didn’t take our job because they don’t work on the brand of water heater we have. But he takes his time to text me and followed by a phone call to trouble shooting for the water heater with me, even at the the very beginning he told me they couldn’t take this job. He shared all the information he knew about the water heater warranty stuff. I have worked with other plumbers before, this is the first time people “waste” their time on something they couldn’t make money of! I usually don’t do reviews, but I have to do this one!

These guys i would recommend to anyone. They came before window, notified me 45 mins agead of their arrival. Installed the water heater and explained and answered all questions. If you dont have a short water heater these guys can get you taken care of quickly. Short water heaters they may need time to get your water heater, but no more than 24 hours.

My tenants complained that the showers and sinks in my rental property were not dispensing hot water. Chris promptly came out and spent about an hour thoroughly inspecting the unit and diagnosing the problem. He ended up replacing a heating element on the hot water heater, resolving the issue. His price was very reasonable.

WOW! Our water heater went out and after spending a whole morning watching YouTube’s and trying to fix the thing (to no avail), then the afternoon with salespeople from a bunch of Seattle companies who convinced me that the unit not only needed to be repaired, but replaced - I was JUST about to spend $1800 on a new one when Chris called me at the end of the day. He stayed with me on the phone for almost 20 minutes and walked me through how to fix it and patiently had me keep trying until things came back online. The fix he had me do, I didn’t find ANYWHERE online and it totally worked! Not only that, but it’s been working great ever since and he confirmed that my unit was several years newer than all the other salesmen had told me - and doesn’t need to be replaced. At the end, he didn’t even ask for payment. I’m seriously a customer for life. Chris is the best.

I highly recommend Two Brothers. I was almost certain that I needed a new hot water heater. They could have told I needed a completely new setup and I wouldn't have known better. But they fixed my old one and saved me a bunch of money!

Quick response. But the price was not as good as I expected. And I was requested to pay $100 more after they arrived.
