Best Water Pipe in Seattle WA
I had an appointment scheduled with them for a bathtub leak repair, I let them know I'm pregnant and we need this fixed ASAP before the baby comes. The customer service was great until day of my appointment I had a window booked from 9-12 and no one showed up. Called them 12:30 they said he'll be there soon. Called again at 2 fricking pm and apparently they had cancelled without notifying me. They rebooked for next day and same thing happens.

We had a pipe leak in our crawl space and '2 Sons Plumbing' promptly came out to our house the same day. Our technician, Jordan, diagnosed and fixed the leak (he had to deal with significant mold in the crawl space during the repair). In addition, Jordan referred us to 'Premier Water Removal' who have been instrumental in the mold remediation. This will be our company for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Two Brothers Water Heater Repair is the best experience I had in customer service and price. Called in the morning, they asked for a picture and after sending one, Chris came out around 10:30am and finished the job within two hours. I will recommend them to my neighborhood, friends, and family. Thank you for being part of our community.

$1000 for replacing a faucet. My husband called Beacon Plumbing to replace the pipe under my kitchen sink. It was leaked. I didn’t know what was the talk. I wasn’t home. My husband is a Nerd. He has no idea about these stuff. They came in and recommended the faucet needed to replace. After 16 minutes of work (our camera showed the time they came in and out), and a normal faucet (not the electric sensor type) the bill was $1000. If I was home I wouldn’t agree to this cost. Weird with all the perfect reviews here but tons of bad reviews about the costly services from the other sites. #neveragainBeaconplumbing.

Wayne and his crew came recommended by a local sewer inspector and I'm SOOOO glad! I needed to replace 30 feet of sewer line because of massive root intrusion. Wayne priced my job competitively and got back to me right away with a bid. Once I decided to go with him and his team he was very good at communicating progress and timelines. His team on the job site was very professional. When I come to the time when I need to have the rest of the line worked on, I will look no further than Emerald City Sewer!

Folks, we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and Will from Pioneer Plumbing showed up early for our appointment to fix my kitchen sink. He was professional, efficient, and, most importantly, respectful of my request to maintain social distancing. He fixed the problem in one hour flat with a smile on his face. I highly recommend Pioneer Plumbing for reliable, quality work.

Im my opinion, close to $1000.00 for a garbage disposal replacement is a bit excessive especially in todays climate. Fastest quote I ever shot down. Ben was great and on time though.

The moment the owner spoke to me I stopped worrying about the quality of work I would receive from his company. Also they did nit contact me afterwards to get me to write a review. The plumber was professional and friendly. The owner ,a plumber is the one whom called me back when I contacted his business. He was super about his opinion of my problem without selling his services.

Had the best and most fair bid, yet better and higher quality than any plumber I've used. Gave a warranty on the work done. Before leaving, he even offered advice on something he noticed about my water heater. Great guy.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.
Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
