May 29th 2014 Update: I called Fox Plumbing to come out and provide an estimate. Bobby came out a couple days later new what was going on by the sounds in the wall, provided an estimate. Bobby was very knowledgeable and even provided a recommendation for dry wall work after the plumbing was done. I really appreciate the work that was done, and the professional personnel. Thank you Fox PlumbingFox Plumbing has completed two jobs for us over the years. First job was a replacement main water line from the water main to our house, and the second job was coming out to diagnose and fix our furnace. In both cases, the representatives from Fox Plumbing were courteous and professional. This last time we decided to purchase the 3 year service agreement, so we know our plumbing and heating needs are maintained regularly. Thank you Fox Plumbing.

They were quick and professional. I dont know if they good value because I did not get other quotes because of the urgency (gas leak). I would use them again and recommend to others.

Appointment was at 10am-2pm. Delayed and further delayed every hour I called. Nobody called me with an update. I called like 8 times beginning 1:30pm. Nobody at different departments can give me an estimated time of arrival. Not the best customer service you could get or even tried to be helpful. Finally the serviceman came closed to 6pm after 8 hours and it was already dark. This is a residential/commercial building and I waited 8-hours in the car, cold, hungry and annoyed by the laundry room. The serviceman was not able to identify where the puddle of water might be coming from and if he needs to drain it it will cost another $400 which might not solve the problem so I just let him go. Nothing was resolved after 8 hours. RR still charged me for the service call $76 for 5-mins. No mercy or any discount for their lateness! Worst experience I've ever had. I would never want to use RotoRooter again.

I have used Ridgid Plumbing for years now and Arash has always been my go-to guy whenever we've had a plumbing problem.
I can't say enough good things about him and his service!
He's always there for me and for our family, is super-responsive and his work is top-notch and reasonable. I wish that everyone we have used was as good and as dependable!

I spoke with a person Eric, he was very courteous , sent a service professional Frank..immediately, the person did fix the pipe quickly and made sure the pipe leakage is fixed.
I am happy with their service and how quickly they addressed my issue ..
However the charges was close to $300. It could have been a bit cheaper for a small pipe repair/fixing issue ..

Repipe Masters are the only place I would recommend for a repipe job. Very professional and really fast. Finished the job in less than a day and for a very competitive price.

I called today needing an urinal fixed. It seemed to not be flushing correctly and leaking occasionally. Joshua and Jonathon came within 15 minutes of my call, were very polite, and educated me on urinals. They solved my leaking problem and taught me what was and wasn't normal for a urinal and how to properly clean it. Josh and Jonathan are THE BEST! We will be using them from now on!

The water department notified us we had a serious leak between our main and the house. Our line went behind a 30' rockery and uphill to our house. Things looked very dire and we were facing a $10,000 bid to tunnel behind the rockery and replace the entire line. Rather than act on that bid, I kept researching and learned about leak detection. Simon responded to help us find out exactly what our problem was, a leak in an old joint 100' away from rockery. We were so close to biting the 10k bullet. Simon didn't make any promises before he came, he kept us grounded and prepared for the worst, but he was a pro and he methodically eliminated worries, found the leak, and then at my request, repaired it.

In the end, I dug a hole to expose the leak, he repaired it and my grand total was $1,100.

The contractor used Green Plumbing when we remodeled our house over 8 years ago. I had a break in what I thought was my sewer line and called Green Planet and 2 other companies for a quote. 1 came in over $10k, but wasn't exactly sure what the issue was, another said $3.5k and was pretty sure they new what the problem was. When Justin came out and assessed it, he knew exactly what the issue was and it was significantly less. 2 months now and no further issues. I'm glad I went with them and didn't rip up my yard only to find out that wasn't the issue!

The city crushed our sewer pipe during work on a water main. We had another company come out and dig the hole and then tell us that they could not do it and fill up the hole and leave! We called Sewer Friendly and they were incredibly competent, helpful, and efficient. The issue needed a lot of coordination with the city and it was very complicated and they handled everything in just a couple days. I could not be more elated with their service. We had tried on our own to get the city to do their part to no avail, and Sewer Friendly capably handled everything and fixed it well.

My wife and I recently found a big issue with our sewer line and contacted multiple companies about fixing the problem. Budget sewer did an excellent job for us. They have all the necessary equipment, experience and ability to take on the work. They work quickly and efficiently, almost making it look too easy. The City inspection was passed with no problems. The damage to the driveway, the deck and the shrubbery was minimal, saving me thousands in repairs. A competitor head wanted to tear up everything but Budget Sewer did minimal damage at a lower cost!
