Best Trenchless Sewer Replacement in Seattle WA
While we were on vacation, our neighbors noticed our front yard leaking water. Doh! The water department determined that the line between the main and our house was leaking, and we knew from past experience that it had been patched before and should just be replaced.Based on a neighbor's recommendation, we called Fox Plumbing and they came out and gave us an estimate. We appreciated that they weren't going to dig up our whole front yard or jackhammer the driveway but would instead work through the crawl space and drill under the grass. The estimator and office workers were helpful and responsive. Once we scheduled the work, the crew arrived on time and talked with us about where in our garage and crawl space was most convenient to put the new line. They only had to dig three holes, and once they were done, the sod was replaced so that you can't even tell where the holes were! They finished the whole job in one day and came back to meet with the city inspector. We were pleased with their conduct the whole time.

While Beacon were fast and responsive, their prices are beyond exorbitant and I was most certainly taken advantage of. We had a pinhole leak in our recirculating system pipe, and they recommended replacing the whole pump. The total cost? Over $1900. The worst part is that we are in the middle of dealing with a house flood and the resulting damage, and the team saw this and clearly knew I was desperate to just have the issue fixed. Now having done the research, I know they committed maybe $200 of materials to the project, with 2 hours of labor max. Most certainly not worth the almost $2000 they charged. Based on price and predatory practices, I cannot recommend Beacon to anyone and will advise others to look elsewhere.

Miles was our technician in July of 2017. He was able to do the part replacement our toilet needed in about 15 minutes and also answer some questions about other plumbing issues we were experiencing. Highly recommend their service!

I called Bob Oates for a side sewer project and was absolutely shocked at the estimate - over $17,000 for a 40 foot line. This was $10,000.00 more than my other bids. This was just for the line, no permits included. Beware! Yes, the other bid included permits, they replaced the whole line and they were licensed. (Don Olson Construction)

Had all of our drains 3 showers 4 sinks cleaned and had them fix our master bathroom toilet. We bought our house in may of 2020 and it's 40 years old. When the home owner replaced the floors in bathroom they didn't year out the old floor and set new flooring on top. He added a flange to make it level with floor and put a new wax seal and reinstalled the toilet. He also pulled 15-20 years of hair out of the drains. Yuck!!! So glad we had them come out and save us from much more expensive repairs in the near future. Definitely recommend having them come out and fix all of your problems!!!

I called Clearwater due to a very large water bill and receiving a notice from the city that I might have a leak. I determined the leak was outside of my home via instructions in brochure.
Initially, I had a plumber come to my house to get an estimate to fix it. He said I needed to have my whole water line replaced and gave me an estimate of $11,000. He did suggest that I call a leak detection service, but also said that would just cost me more money and they would say that the whole line needed to be replaced...
I am SO glad I called Clearwater. Simon was very helpful. He said I needed to do some investigative work before he could decide if he needed to come over. The first thing being to figure out what type of shut off valve I had at the meter.
While I was digging, water started to pour in. It was clear that the leak was right there. He advised me to call the city, since that is their part of the water pipe. City sent a crew to fix same day! Big thanks to Simon for his instructions over the phone and for saving me at least $11,000!
I hope I never need leak detection service again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

I contacted O'Neill to replace two toilets and find a gas leak. The toilet replacement went perfectly and the install was neat and clean. The gas leak was a bit more difficult and could have been outrageously expensive if it were not for the efforts of James and Kyle. They came up with a way to replace the leaking gas line without breaking into walls and causing me to incur a significant additional construction repairs. Their ability to be creative and think outside the box got my gas leak repaired, replacement line and new shutoff valve saving me a significant amount of expense. They arrived on time, wore booties to protect my hardwood floors, had on the proper PPE in my house during the Covid-19 pandemic and left the work areas completely clean. I highly recommend using O'Neill Plumbing for excellent customer service!

My company contracted Green Planet Plumbing to do the work for a new construction project. we accepted the estimate they provided. That's when the problems started, they were hard to get a hold of, didn't return calls and didn't respond to emails. I finally got Tyler Brown (the companies owner) nailed down for a meeting onsite and he told my project manager he would be able to start the following week, last week. We haven't heard from him. The whole project is now held up, and with everybody so busy it will be a miracle if we can recover without losing this project and a wonderful client as well.

Sewer Friendly did a great job on the sewer lining project. They communicated promptly, were attentive and paid attention to safety. Ryan showed up after the main job was done to put the yard back together, including replanting shrubs and trees, hosing the pavement and watering the landscaping.

I had Evan come out and install an icemaker box for a new fridge. Made quick work of splicing in a water line for the box and was finished with the job in no time. High quality of work and would highly recommend having ProMax look at what you need done when it comes to hot water heaters or plumbing.

Keenon was my technician, and he was amazing! I knew I needed my water heater replaced, and he worked tirelessly to make it happen. My old water heater was wedged between the wall and the furnace, and getting it out required both muscle and brain. I would use Mr. Rooter again, and I would ask for Keenon specifically. He was honest and hardworking and skillful.
