Holiday weekend sink back up and leak. Called at 2 pm and Josh arrived right on time at 4 pm. He was knowledgeable and professional. Had the sink running in no time. The charge was affordable. So pleased. Wezes was recommended to me by another plumber (Cody). He told me: good people, solid company, fair price and quality service. I completely agree. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We've used Wezee's multiple times now, and they've been fantastic. They've always made it out swiftly, diagnosed the source of our plumbing issues, and helped us make choices that solve our current situation and look ahead to prevent future issues. We've worked with Dan several times, and he's always given us clear, mindful advice on top of doing great work. Jennifer in the office has also always been quick and clear with organizing jobs and working with our schedules. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased, and we've recommended them to several friends.

Top notch work! Called for commercial help however they sadly no longer do commercial. I was helped by Jennifer who went above and beyond to suggest other plumbers and even after my call ended fallowed up with a text message providing yet another option.

Ruben was great. He diagnosed and cleared a clog in a line coming out of the dishwasher and helped me understand how various parts under the sink were connected. While we were running it to make sure it was working, I asked about another (unrelated) issue and he gave me some good general advice. Other residents in my condo building have used Wezee's and had good things to say about them, will definitely use them again for future issues and work.

Dan is just great. He is responsive, helpful, and sincere.

I first asked him to install a new toilet but it turned out to be much more complicated than one would expect. Dan was patient with me when I asked _lots_ of questions and was willing to swing by to confirm and double check my own measurements.

Dan has done several other things since then and for each thing he would provide me with alternatives to consider so I could weigh options that I might have not thought about. Additionally, he's just a nice guy. While he was cleaning up, he noticed I was struggling with something else (another project/fix that was unrelated) and he offered to jump in and help. Turns out he had tools that were much more efficient than what I was doing which dramatically helped!

We had Dan come over and do some repairs in our bathroom. He gave us a very detailed analysis of what the problems were, what options we had, and also gave a recommendation about the most cost-effective approach to handling some of our issues, given that we're in an older home. He also gave us an estimate on some larger plumbing updates. I found his work to be fairly priced and high quality, and his bid for the larger job (which we have not proceeded with yet) was also reasonable. I would definitely recommend Wezee's. They are responsive, and I don't feel like they're the kind of company that will use scare tactics to upsell you on repairs or service that are not needed (and that is definitely not the case with some other companies we've got quotes from).

Worked with Wezee's twice now. They hooked up our new bathroom, and replaced a water heater a few years ago. They also helped me a few times when the disposal was jammed, and talked me through how to fix it. Will 100% ring them again when I need plumbing services.

Dan was very professional, thorough, and did an excellent job of installing a new faucet for the kitchen sink. He was clear about all the estimated costs of the service, and recommended the best faucet to purchase. He understood the urgency of the installation and came much earlier than the scheduled time and did the installation. Overall, I was very satisficed with his service.

Wezee's totally exceeded my expectations. We had had a leak in a copper pipe and so we had Dan from Wezee's come out and upgrade all our basement copper plumbing as well as move a sink fixture and a laundry fixture for us. I also later asked him to add a new line for a fridge which he added with no problem (at an additional cost, of course, but a reasonable one). The price for all the work was quite reasonable, too. I had another company cancel the day-of on giving me a quote and other competitors wanted to charge me just to quote me (not to diagnose a problem, but tell me how much it would cost to replace plumbing that is largely visible), but Wezee's gave a free quote and stuck with it. They had an opportunity to increase the cost when the drywall was all out of the way, which I understood, but they ended up sticking with their quote. Certain aspects of the job were harder than anticipated, but they didn't upcharge me still and I really appreciated the integrity here. At no point did Dan cut corners - if anything, he did even more than I thought was possible in that space. I would definitely hire Wezee's for other plumbing work. Dan was very professional and patient throughout, and the work was completed on schedule. (Note that the electrical lines hanging out in the photos were not Dan's fault, and some of the sewer piping, like the white ones, were pre-existing)

We had a river flowing down into our garage from the bathroom upstairs. We thought it was from the tub, but Dan came out and quickly identified a huge hole in the main pipe under the toilet. He helped get the repair done quickly and professionally, which was a lifesaver for a family of four with access to only one toilet. We will definitely be calling Wezee’s plumbing again in the future if we have any problems again! Thanks Dan!

Wezee's was very communicative and responsive throughout the process of our water line replacement. They were reasonable and charged exactly what was quoted. Zack did great work and even offered to replace our kitchen faucet for free. We felt like we were in good hands I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Dan and the team from Weezee's did a fantastic job. This year they have replaced all our old galvanized pipes, replaced our water heater, installed a new sink, pressure reducing valve and misc odds and ends. They were communicative, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Much appreciated!

We had a clogged shower drain that needed professional attention - this was not an easy fix and required opening walls. Josh and James located and fixed the issue quickly and easily. They were also very nice and explained to me exactly what was happening. It was such a great experience. We've also used Wezee's in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

After an initial consult that included chiseling out concrete to replace an iron pipe, the plumber talked to others at the office and recommended a newer technology that was less risky, and saved me money. It speaks volumes that he made the extra effort to ensure that I was getting the best solution!

Additional pipe was found to be leaking after the first portion was replaced. Because the original replacement went quickly, and replacing next portion of pipe wasn't too involved, he did it without adding addition cost.

I'll definitely be calling Wezee's next time I need a plumbing services.

These folks are GREAT! It was smooth and efficient from start to finish. We received prompt response to our initial query, prompt scheduling for the estimate, early arrival for the estimate, prompt scheduling for our work, prompt arrival to get the work done and excellent communication during the work. The plumbers were on time, friendly, and were able to diagnose the problem, which was different than what I thought it was. They didn't have the exact item to fully fix the problem, so they left, got the part, and returned quickly to finish the job. And the cost of the call was very reasonable. First impressions are everything! Wezees made an amazing first impression! I had a water heater issue at my place of business which is a dog grooming shop so warm water is extremely important. I called Wezees and they were able to send somebody out within 30 minutes and had the problem solved within an hour and a half! Not only were they prompt and very professional, they are also very reasonably priced. In my line of work plumbing issues are not uncommon, going forward I will not use anybody else! Thank you Wezees for saving the day!

They're the only folks I trust for plumbing. Zach has every time come in and done the most professional, fast, and high quality work over and over. We have installed a basement bathroom with wezee's, fixed a leaking sewer line, and gotten a new water heater through them too. While prices might not always be the lowest, he always does the right work needed. For instance, my kitchen sewer line sprung a leak in my front yard. I had bids from $3500 to $13k. No kidding. Zach showed up and fixed it for $1400. Not because he did a patch job, but because he did the right problem solving. He knew that a blockage was likely causing the leak and he was right. He literally saved me thousands. I had 2 plumbers saying we needed to demo work through the house and Zach did all the work outside. This was huge. Love the guy.

Both the scheduler at Wezee's and the plumber were easy to work with. They provided a reasonable cost estimate and arrived promptly as discussed. A pleasant experience overall.

First good practice was they gave an estimate over the phone before I made appt. Good communication all around after that (Jennifer, Josh). Josh did an excellent job snaking a slow tub drain. Nice guy, clean practices. Recommended device to prevent more hair clogs. (TubShroom works great!) Before starting job, he informed me about risk of snaking vintage plumbing, and ballparked what it might cost if it became necessary to replace drain and trap. That estimate and the snaking were WAAAAY below another company's quote. VERY pleased with Wezee's.

I've had these plumbers over several times for different problems and every experience has been fantastic! Respectful, timely, very knowledgeable, and always a fair price. Highly recommended!

Discovered a big leak in basement; Wezee's sent someone quickly; Dan found the problem but couldn't repair it on the spot. So I agreed the water should be turned off until he could come back, which he explained would need to be in 1 1/2 days. We harvested a few buckets of water to use meanwhile. He got the parts needed and came back exactly when he said he would and had it fixed in short order. Very pleased.

Josh and Dustin were great! I appreciated Josh's patience with me to share what the issue was and what I could do in the future to avoid a clog again or simple fix. Pricing was transparent. They were COVID compliant all along which I'm sure is hard with the kind of work they do. Plus my dogs really liked them. I've referred them to my HOA and my work colleagues. Will definitely use again when my bathrooms go through remodel.

Thoren and Dan were very professional and their work quality was excellent. I had a build out of a small commercial kitchen. Their knowledge and creative solutions really made the project possible. When timeline seemed plausible to be pushed up by a week, I pulled in a favor and they showed up! They put in so much work to make my job pass inspection in time! Thoroughly impressed by their workmanship and work ethic! Highly recommend them!

After several calls to a couple plumbers, Louise was the only one to responded back to me in a very timely manner. The appointment was made and Zach arrived on time. Zach removed an old under the counter refrigerator and replaced it with a dishwasher and installed and new bathroom sink faucet. I was worried about the dishwasher fitting, but he was very confident that he could get to work. Everything looks good and works perfectly. Price was very fair and reasonable compared to another plumbing company that I had used prior and whose prices were outrageous.
I highly recommend Weezee's plumbing and I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Since buying a home on Beacon Hill about 5 years ago, I’ve hired help with a number of maintenance needs, including plumbing. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with anyone, in any trade, hands down. From the initial phone contact, to paying the final invoice, nothing but friendliness and professionalism. They even came in under the initial estimate by a significant amount, and adjusted it accordingly. We did call Beacon plumbing as well to get a second opinion, and they were quite clear on two points: the price previously quoted by Weezees was very good, and they are known to be great plumbers. Will definitely call them again next time I need plumbing help.

Everyone at Wezee's are focused on customer service. I was updated all along the way either by the office are the people who came to the house. There were no surprises and the price was reasonable. They are my first choice for any plumbing work!

Jennifer called me first thing on the Monday morning after Thanksgiving. Our water heater had died an invevitable death on the Saturday morning after a long life, and we decided to forego hot water until Monday. But first thing, she dispatched James and Josh to our place. Excellent communication, James popped by to assess the property before ordering a new tank, and by 3:00 pm, we had hot water. We have been considering a tankless option, and although we went with upgrading to another Bradford White tank, we would certainly call Wezee's again if we do an on-demand retrofit. It also sounds like Wezee's treats its plumbers well in exchange for excellent workpersonship, and that's a win-win in my book. A plumber who's respected will respect a customer in turn. Go with Wezee's!

Wezee's Plumbing saves the day! Awesome service, super cool guys on site, and great, reliable work.

Tried to replace our main shut-off valve DIY style, but ended up with issues where we were without water. Called Wezee's on a Thursday in the late morning. Dispatcher said there teams were stuck on jobs, but one could come out first thing on Friday morning. A couple hours later, she called me back and said they could come at 3pm, which was a savior. We had another plumber lined up to come around 6pm, but really appreciated Wezee's accommodating us on such short notice. Two nights in a row without water starts to get old.

Thoren and James showed up, and were total straight shooters. They tried to work with the mangled situation that we presented them, and we had some good laughs with how we got to where we were. They were completely honest in their assessment and presented a couple different options which hit different price points. Once we all agreed on the best course of action, I green-lighted the work. They worked incredibly fast and had everything buttoned up and ready to rock by 4:30pm. No small feat when this job required getting into our foundation wall because of the short stub of pipe we'd left them to work with. They did this all while letting us watch over their shoulder, and giving us several tips along the way.

On the $$$ side, they were totally fair, and even gave us a considerable loyalty discount when I mentioned one of their co-workers had installed our tankless water heater. Wezee's is a class act, and before they left, I had them bid re-piping a bathroom remodel upstairs. We learned our lesson, and look forward to getting them back out here to give us solid work and piece of mind.

We had all of our old galvanized supply lines replaced and had a new bathroom roughed in. They were quick and made sure that we were never without water overnight. Then the guys came back after we got some bathroom fixtures to plumb in the drains. At the end, they made sure I was happy with everything...and I was.

I live close by so I was able to have them stop by to quote within a day. Josh and James stopped by and were very honest with me right away. I have old plastic pipes and a pinhole had formed in one right were it attaches to a T fitting in the wall. They were worried about more damage and cracking from doing extensive work cutting out the fitting and putting in new piping since the pipes are old and prone to this. They gave me a sealant to apply several coats over the next couple of days for free and called it good. No charge. They were honest, friendly, and no BS. I will be using Wezee for any future plumbing needs. You guys rock! Thank you!

I was referred to Weezee's by a friend and General Contractor. I sent an inquiry to Weezee's and received almost immediate response. Josh showed up less than 2 days later and gave me a quote on site. Weezee's completed the work the following week in 1 day. They were timely, great communication, did what they say they would to on time and for the right price with no surprises! I haven't even gotten to use these guys yet (but I will) and I'm already impressed. they have great reviews from the Beacon Hill neighborhood group. I have spoken with Thor both times....once was a last minute dishwasher install that I needed to have happen and they were not able to adjust their schedule but his advice helped me find someone. Just now I called on a leak and he advised me how to proceed to go to a leak specialist first to save me the most money and time. I plan to call them when i find out where my problem is because they sound knowledgeable and honest.

We’d used Weezie’s about 3 years ago for a quick routine service and today we had an emergency so we called them right away. Jennifer was great, patient and understanding while I babbled in panic. Thorne came out and immediately calmed us with kindness and spoke to us with respect. He thoroughly explained the situation and then proceeded to complete the repairs. Thorne was amazing, we felt safe (as women) and treated honestly. The final bill was reasonable. We will only use them from now on.

Weezie’s has done several jobs for me and my clients and I am repeatedly pleased by their timely service and friendly knowledgeable employees. They have been super responsive, trustworthy and they do a great job. Every single time. I really feel relieved knowing someone from Weezies is on his way to help when I need them!

The worst experience I've ever had with a plumber. I had a leaking tub and sink. Wezee's plumbing sent two guys who lied about the cost of parts which I have since verified. They also created an issue with the pipes which resulted in a banging sound beneath the floor which I let them know was not happening before they arrived, There was just a simple leak. They charged me to repair it at a cost of over $600. They refused to itemize the receipt which I am still waiting for. They claimed that they have an account with the plumbing supply store and therefore could not provide a cost of parts. The receptionist, Jennifer was appalling and rude and refused to pass me to the manager. The payment is in dispute. These people are dishonest and awful.

I have used Weezee's twice to make repairs to rental properties, very old houses. Each time Weezee's sent experience and knowledgable plumbers who quickly diagnosed the problems and suggested reasonable repairs. In both cases I could not have been happier with the results. In one case i was only charged the minimum service fee.

I was having a leaking issue with the P-Trap under my sink. It was re-installed by another plumbing company a number of times and continued to leak. MILDEW STINKS! I called Wezee's and spoke with Thoren who was very helpful on the phone and said someone could come out right away. Zach showed up at our scheduled time (way to be punctual!) and told me exactly what the problem was. He replaced the P-Trap for me effortlessly. That was over three months ago and I haven't had any problems since.

We could not be more pleased with Wezee's Plumbing and their service. We had an emergency job to complete--a clog in our main sewer line. This issue meant we had no water for a couple of days, raw sewage in our tub--it was a stressful mess. We called Wezee's late at night and they called us back promptly in the morning.

This job took several days to complete. It was gross, messy, hard work on old pipes in cramped spaces. Thoren and Dan were tenacious and relentless in getting our situation in working order. They even squeezed us in during a day they had another job--they didn't have to do that, but they went out of their way to make sure we could use our water and toilets. Despite the many challenges that came with this job, these folks were five star the entire time.

Josh & James were fast at swapping out my tankless water heater and did it with expertise and care. The installation made a mess, which they cleaned up completely and you'd never know it even happened – which is hard to do with plumbing. Josh & James are knowledgable plumbers and very affable. They adapted existing pipework to accommodate a modern appliance. Excellent job.

Unknown pesky clog in drain solved!!
Thoren and Dan came out 02/14 to help with my problem. The problem was my master shower, toilet and guest toilet were not working. In fact I flushed the guest toilet and it backed up into my master shower.
So gross.
I tried to snake it and it did not work.
Wezee's sent Thoren and Dan out, and despite it taking longer than usual, were able to remove the soft clog and get me back and running.
Friendly great guys, down to earth, level headed and great work.
I recommend them.

We were experiencing an issue with our kitchen sink backing up after the water had been running for some time (the joys of home ownership). Thoren and his colleague came to our house and provided a thorough evaluation of the root cause of the problem and the step by step approach of how they were going to tackle the issue. Obviously, it is never a great experience to pay over a $1,000 for a repair. But the technical expertise of Thoren provided me peace of mind as well as his explanation of the issue. That to me is worth the 5 stars and will have me coming to them again (hopefully not necessary) if a problem were to arise again.

Had a quote from them to reseal my toilet. Booked them two weeks in advance and confirmed price +tax. 30 minutes before they were supposed to be at my house to reseal the toilet, they call to tell me that they couldn't do the work for the price they originally quoted me, but they could come out today and give me another quote.

The plumber came right on time, was professional and friendly, got the work done and cleaned up. He was in and out of the house in an hour. Told me to let him know if there were any problems. I was amazed -- even moreso when I saw the bill. A fair price for excellent work. Love these people.

Great group of people. Pricing is reasonable and the work is excellent. Thoren and Co. replaced our leaking shower on short notice, and we'll be having them back for a bunch of repiping work soon. Definitely will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.
