Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Seattle WA

We had an emergency pipe leak that was causing water to come into the house. I contacted Fox and they sent out a team first thing. Alec, the lead plumber, was able to fix the reported issue, found and fixed a shutoff valve issue, and deliver all in the estimate. The overall cost was right in line with what was expected which was a pleasant surprise and considering outside leaks are not covered by home insurance. I really appreciated Alex who took the time to show me all the issues and to explain the options for the remedies. If I have another plumbing issue I would not hesitate to use them again.

We had a pipe burst on a Friday night. We spoke with Bill on the phone, who was very helpful and friendly. First thing Saturday morning ISHMAEL came out and fixed our pipe in a very efficient and friendly manner, with explanations and information. Also... Saturday is charged the same rate as every other day! We will use Beacon Plumbing again.

Arash at Ridgid Plumbing is very professional and nice person, my carpet is wet, he tirelessly squeezes time in between his jobs to drive over to review the situation, and explain to me that I need a restoration company to detect where the leak is, he is honest, and has integrity, will definitely
hire him for any future plumbing work.

Professional in all aspects from start to finish. Protected carpets from mud and debris, left premises neat. They were on time and worked quickly. Excellent communication. I would highly recommend!

PSE shut off our gas after finding a small leak around the keyhole valve of the fireplace. Puget Sound Plumbing came out quickly, rerouted and replaced our valve. We wouldn't have heat tonight since our entire system runs on gas. Professional and friendly service. They cleaned up after making an accidental (very minor) water mess with their shop vac. They were great to work with. Will sleep much better knowing that the repair is complete!

It went great. Were able to come in on short notice, showed up on time and got the job done. What more could you ask for. They are going right on my list of people to hire again.

We had a great experience with Evan Conklin's company!! Super knowledgable, really nice people, and lots of integrity in terms of their work and operation. Norm installed a whole house water filter for us and there were some issues (with the filter itself, not with their work) - but they were super responsive to all of my questions and even came back to my house to help out (and didn't charge me extra for the second trip!) Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Watertite Plumbing was fantastic to deal with for replacing all of the old galvanized plumbing in our house. Sharif was responsive to my request for an estimate and provided one promptly. He also recommended only what was necessary and helped figure out which lines should be replaced. The cost was reasonable for very good quality work. They did an excellent job on replacing the lines and tried to do as little wall damage as possible to open up the walls for access to the lines. They also kept everything clean as they worked. Sharif was patient and helpful in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing for honest, quality work.

We had a really good experience. They showed up right on time, gave us a reasonable price, and completed the work in a fast and efficient manner. I had a follow-up question and they called me right back. I will definitely use them again if we have plumbing needs in the future.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

I have had 2 excellent experiences with Green Planet. Eero (pronounced arrow) was a straight shooter who isolated a gas leak for me last winter. Last week Justin replaced a cartridge in an old bathtub faucet that was leaking. The first replacement cartridge unit he tried was not successful, which he explained to me (likely some issue in unit) as he redid the work with a separate new cartridge.

Justin showed up on time, got the work efficiently done in 1 hour. Eero was equally prompt and courteous. These guys are pros as is Jeremiah on Green Planet dispatch. I like working with these guys!

Very professional, competent, and helpful. Everything was fixed within a day of first calling Craftsman. They even replaced additional parts in our hot water heater at no cost to ensure our family, including our one week old baby, had hot water. I highly recommend Craftsman.

I had a plumbing emergency and had been pulled around 50 directions by a different company that then would not assist me. I called Rudy's, got through immediately, and got a next day appointment without any trouble. I got a reasonable price quote (clearly dependent on what was found on arrival), but an actual quote! (Not a oh, no, can't possibly give you any idea like I received elsewhere.) I got a call back in reasonable time for anything (no matter how crazy) I called about. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Evan was great. There were some challenges installing a new water heater in a 120 year old house but he handled everything with a great attitude and the work was top-notch. Highly recommend.
