Romeo and his team saved us THOUSANDS on repairs. It all started with some clogged toilets. We called Beacon to get a diagnostic on what the issue is, assuming there was just a clog in the pipes. As it turns out, we had a crack in our sewer pipe. What made it worse, is they detected the crack under our concrete patio and rocks were rapidly flooding in, causing blockage. Originally, the quote was upwards of $15K. We managed to hire an outside concrete removal service to gain access to the pipe under the patio, and Romeo and his team came back to repair the leak. Little did we know, there was a SECOND crack in the pipe several feet down from the original crack…. Our repairs were now closer to $25K. Romeo found a different solution to the repair so we wouldn’t have to cut another 4’x4’ square in our patio, which ultimately saved us thousands. He worked diligently for eight hours straight to rectify the issue and get us back to normal by the end of the night. With two little ones, we didn’t have the time or the money to spend on brand new sewer lines. I greatly appreciate his empathy and expertise. Michael is very friendly and hard working. He makes sure he does his work done even how hard it is. When the first time it did not work, he looks through and checks all the possible places and trying again until problem is solved.

After 9 years in San Francisco we moved back to our Fremont Seattle house and discovered the tenants did not really understand what a sump pump was and had unplugged it!!! After dealing with painters and flooring refinishers and movers I expected the worst but got the best when Norm showed up. Dan is just great. He is responsive, helpful, and sincere.

I first asked him to install a new toilet but it turned out to be much more complicated than one would expect. Dan was patient with me when I asked _lots_ of questions and was willing to swing by to confirm and double check my own measurements.

Dan has done several other things since then and for each thing he would provide me with alternatives to consider so I could weigh options that I might have not thought about. Additionally, he's just a nice guy. While he was cleaning up, he noticed I was struggling with something else (another project/fix that was unrelated) and he offered to jump in and help. Turns out he had tools that were much more efficient than what I was doing which dramatically helped!

Ryan and Ricky did everything possible to accommodate an urgent need to solve a problem before the pending delivery of a new appliance. I really appreciated that. I also showed them other plumbing needs I had , and was impressed by their ability to explain to me what the problem likely was and how they would solve it. I have confidence in them and their abilities and have scheduled another call for tomorrow to complete this work. Ryan said that the $65 fallout charge would cover the next call, so I did not have to pay that again. I recommend them without reservation.

My brother recommended ProMax and I couldn’t be more pleased by the job that was done! Evan is awesome to work with and does very high quality work. My bathroom was completely gutted and he came in and had great ideas that fit my budget. He put all new plumbing in for a free standing tub and walk in tile shower. The attention to detail is like nothing I have ever experienced. I would use ProMax again in a second!!

Tough problem - A significant leak with no visible surface moisture and over 250 feet of potential sources. Kevin was able to find it quickly, and then verify using other methods it before we committed to taking up a bit of asphalt. His 'X marks the probable spot' missed by maybe 4 inches. My wife and I fixed our 1000 gallon/day leak ourselves before dinner. Kevin's bill was higher than I'd have liked, due to the complex nature of the problem and the need to use helium to confirm the probable location of the leak, but the fix cost us a $20 trip to Lowes, some beer and take out food! Kevin was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were happy to pay for the right tools in the hand of a seasoned pro. Highly recommend.
