Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Seattle WA

We live in an older brick tudor in northeast Seattle. We have been here for 29 years so we have had plumbing issues over that time. We just finished using Fox Plumbing for the fourth straight time. We have never used a plumbing service four times in a row. By far and away they are the BEST service we have ever used. They are friendly, professional, explain the issues clearly (without embellishment) and when you receive the bill, it is fair and reasonable. We highly recommend them.

We had an appt yesterday. I called in the morning to confirm the time and make sure that they work on the situation that I was having with my pool heater. They told me between 3pm and 8pm. I made sure I was off work and waited around. At 7:45, I finally called them since I didn't hear anything. The first person told me that my appt was for the next day. I asked him to double check and I was handed to a rude lady. I told her I was already being helped and she just repeated her name (so odd). I explained again the situation and then she told me that it was their mistake and the tech should have called and said he's not making it. They made me an appt for the next day between 3pm and 6pm. I made sure I was off work (AGAIN). The techs come out, look at my issue and say they're going to write a bid. When I told them that my home warranty was covering it and that I wasn't supposed to pay anything but a deductible, they said they'd call dispatch and get back to me. The techs were really nice guys and did nothing wrong. They came back and said that dispatch said I have to pay and that their company would NEVER accept a job from a home warranty company. That was fine, I told them I'd talk to the warranty company. Then they tried to charge $75 for coming out. I told them I don't think I should have to pay because of the missed appointment and time off work. He told me to call the owner and when I did, they told me he wasn't available. The rude lady on the phone (again, so rude before I even said anything) told me that he's gone and only she can help me. I tried to explain the situation with the home warranty company and she just kept telling me that I was wrong.All of this was strange because I called to confirm on the FIRST days appt! I even kept telling her that I did and she wouldn't believe me. She kept telling me that my appt was for the day that they came.The dispatch for this company is extremely rude. If you won't even let me talk, I'm not doing business with you.

Finding some urgent help can be extra challenging. My kitchen and laundry room were completely blocked after a mini flood caused by a major drain clog in the main pipe under the house. While I was able to deal with smaller issues in the past this one could not be solved easily by my usual tricks.

All that during the covid-19 lockdown with the whole family being stuck at home 24/7. And it had to happen on Saturday too (of course!). I called a few shops, but everyone was either closed for the weekend or booked for at least another week.

I was lucky to stumble upon Ridgid Plumbing on the internet and called Arash. He asked a few questions to do a quick assessment and promised to squeeze a visit between other jobs on the same day. He and his partner arrived a few hours later as planned, wearing gloves, masks, and shoe covers. After another quick check they shared the plan and an estimate. And within an hour we were back in business!

While they were working on it I got a few tips and tools from Arash on how to prevent this type of clogging in the future taking into the account my house specifics. Both guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend them if you need some professional help with any plumbing issues.

I'm beyond happy with Watertite's workmanship! Sharif and his partner did an excellent job at my house. I've contacted several plumbers for updating the galvanized plumbing in my house, and of the few that actually came out and wrote a bid, Sharif actually followed through and was prompt. His bid was also the most affordable and he was the most available. Extremely pleasant to work with, and outstanding customer service. When issues arose, he was quick to solve them. He offered a small discount for scheduling delays that were out of his control, but I opted for installation assistance instead, to which he was more than happy to help me with. Sharif went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the best service. He is very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work and service. I definitely recommend him if you are in King or Pierce County.

Highly recommend this local company. They do great work and never surprise you with a bigger bill. Helped me solve a crawlspace sewer pipe burst on a rainy cold day 3 days before Christmas. Also have helped me fix up a wonky water heater.

Great group of people. Pricing is reasonable and the work is excellent. Thoren and Co. replaced our leaking shower on short notice, and we'll be having them back for a bunch of repiping work soon. Definitely will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Evan was very helpful setting up the appointment via email, and on the day of the hot water tank replacement. Very communicative, and answered all of my questions both before and after the job. He did great work, and even cleaned up the previous sloppy installation while he was at it. Top notch job, and a pleasure to work with.

We used Leak Masters to find a leak in our basement slab. They showed up on time and promptly found our leak saving us time and money by not having to dig up our entire slab to find it. Kevin was clean, courteous, and even friendly to our dog.
