Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Seattle WA

I found Tony to be very professional and did a great job doing a rough in and trim out in our master bath. Gave us our estimate and did the job in a shocking timely manner!! Would differently recommend this company and Tony to anyone! They called to keep me informed on time arrival and checking up on satisfaction of completed work, which I thought was a very thoughtful and considerate touch.

I am so very impressed with this company. Brandon was absolutely fantastic when he came by to fix our problem - some of the electrical outlets in our bedroom suddenly stopped working.. He was professional, thorough, and explained his process as he was going through diagnosing the issue and finding the location of the issue. It took longer to find the issue than we expected, thanks to the odd wiring choices that were made in the construction of my house. He found it, fixed it, gave a great explanation of the what, why, and how, and we were only charged the diagnostic fee. Afterwards, he did a safety check that included looking over my breaker panel and made recommendations and gave us quotes and a breakdown on said recommendations. This was greatly appreciated and he did a great job answering the questions I had during this process. While these estimate for these recommendations do seem pricey, there was no pressure or hard sell on these.It's been about a month since that visit, and the outlets are continuing to work nice and smooth. Earlier this week, my wife recommended Eco and Brandon to one of her colleagues and we were reminded of how impressed we were with this company. Even our dog liked him. We're definitely calling Eco Electric the next time we need an electrician.

They did a great job installing the 220 outlet I will use to charge my car. The service technicians explained what they were doing and didn’t mind my questions.

Scott came out and cleaned out my fireplace and did an excellent job. Really appreciate the help guys.

I didn't even know where to begin with this project. It was a huge help to have OHM on the job. Charging from wall power was a totally non viable situation but now I'm on my way to joining the 21st century. Thanks OHM!

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!
