Best Tankless Water Heater Installation And Replacement in Seattle WA
Our twenty-some-year-old water softener had sprung a leak and salt water was pouring onto the garage floor.I called Fox and James came out. He recommend we replace it with a new one. I ordered the replacement on line and after it was delivered James returned to install it.Now we again have soft water in the shower, a clean garage floor and a snazy looking new softener that was installed in a very professional manner. Thanks, James!

Beacon Plumbing had a technician come out to my house because I was having an issue with my Furnace. The technician showed up in timely fashion, 30 minutes ahead of schedule and was able to diagnose my issue. Brian H. told me everything that needed to be done and gave me a great price and was able to replace my furnace the same day, talk about great service. I had a great experience with this company. Armin was able to come out the same day when I called for an estimate and was very responsive. I was able to schedule very quickly and get the work done asap at a reasonable price. Armin was very upfront and honest and did not try to upsell anything which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend Ridgid plumbing!

We've used Wezee's multiple times now, and they've been fantastic. They've always made it out swiftly, diagnosed the source of our plumbing issues, and helped us make choices that solve our current situation and look ahead to prevent future issues. We've worked with Dan several times, and he's always given us clear, mindful advice on top of doing great work. Jennifer in the office has also always been quick and clear with organizing jobs and working with our schedules. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased, and we've recommended them to several friends.

The drain out of our kitchen sink backed up. I had another plumber come unclog it. $275. After 3 weeks, the drain backed up again. That plumber returned, no charge, but their snake wasn't long enough. Still backing up. He thought I needed something called a hydro-jet, however they didn't have one. So they recommended 2 Sons. Some family connection, I believe.2 Sons sent someone out the very next day. He explained why the hydro-jet was not called for and instead used a longer snake. His first attempt to run water in the sink afterwards resulted in another back up, so he repeated the procedure. This time the drain didn't back up. $400. Plus a 3% surcharge to use a credit card.2 Sons has a 90 day guarantee, so if there is another blockage during that time, they will return no charge. Probably would bring a camera to see if there is a problem somewhere in the pipe.I appreciated the professionalism of the 2 Sons plumber. I have confidence in his work. If the fee had been not as high, I would have given them 5 stars.

Jose at Gene Johnson did a really nice job for us. He made some necessary adjustments to our new tankless water heater and fixed a water pressure issue in our shower. He also had some helpful suggestions for us to consider longer term. Friendly, prompt and professional. Would highly recommend.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.
Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!
