Our 16-year old water heater finally gave in and started leaking last night. After shutting off the water and cleaning up our flooded garage, I called the number on the tank only to be told that they can't come until Monday. This morning, I stared calling every plumbing service showing up on Google maps and was told the same thing, or even later dates. I finally dialed the number of Ridgid plumbing, Arash gave me the good news that he is nearby and can come over in 30 minutes, for a free estimate. So he did! He even came with a replacement ready to be installed. It's a Rheem ProG50 38N, good price and meets our needs well. The crew are very nice and professional. They finished everything up within a few hours and packed out the old water heater without additional charge. Highly recommend!

Nick and his team replaced our old galvanized pipes. They were respectful, professional and efficient, not to mention their bid was thousands less than some others and done in less than a day. They cut far fewer holes in our walls than some estimates projected and patched them well afterwards. I can't imagine a better experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to repipe their home.

Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating was quick and painless. I submitted my request around 10:45-11am, they had someone call me at 11:20 am about the plumbing tech's ETA and Joseph and his coworker arrived around 11:35-40 am. Joseph and his coworker replaced the leaking pipe, the bathtub faucet and above all both men were very polite. I will be reaching out to Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating for future plumbing issues. Wezee's totally exceeded my expectations. We had had a leak in a copper pipe and so we had Dan from Wezee's come out and upgrade all our basement copper plumbing as well as move a sink fixture and a laundry fixture for us. I also later asked him to add a new line for a fridge which he added with no problem (at an additional cost, of course, but a reasonable one). The price for all the work was quite reasonable, too. I had another company cancel the day-of on giving me a quote and other competitors wanted to charge me just to quote me (not to diagnose a problem, but tell me how much it would cost to replace plumbing that is largely visible), but Wezee's gave a free quote and stuck with it. They had an opportunity to increase the cost when the drywall was all out of the way, which I understood, but they ended up sticking with their quote. Certain aspects of the job were harder than anticipated, but they didn't upcharge me still and I really appreciated the integrity here. At no point did Dan cut corners - if anything, he did even more than I thought was possible in that space. I would definitely hire Wezee's for other plumbing work. Dan was very professional and patient throughout, and the work was completed on schedule. (Note that the electrical lines hanging out in the photos were not Dan's fault, and some of the sewer piping, like the white ones, were pre-existing)

Called them after my original plumber fell through. They were able to come out same-day for a ~3 hr job and charged 1/3rd less than the other plumbers I had tried to use. Quick, professional straight-shooters, will call them first the next time I have a plumbing issue!

Evan was friendly and professional. He determined the problem quickly and was able to resolve it same day. I appreciate that he showed me the damaged heating element and explained what was likely to have happened with an improper hot water tank install that had been performed by the flippers I purchased my home from. I am very happy to have truly hot water now, instead of just luke warm! I highly recommend him.

We recen tly had A-List Plumbing install a new water heater at our home in Lynnwood and they were great to work with. Their plumber was knowledgable, helped us with all of our questions and was able to provide a few options on different types of hot water heaters. We ended up going with a tankless hot water system because we have a large household that goes through a lot of water and like the energy effiiciency that the tankless system provides.

This is the company to use if you need plumbing work done. They truly are the best quality plumbing company. Amazing customer service and work. I kept contacting terrible companies that came out for a fee and didnt offer any help (beacon) or never showed up (Jim dandy). Even had someone else come do work but could not fix what was a fairly simple fix (innovative plumbing solution). This company is great and my tech (Aaron) helped me so much and did an amazing job.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! Rodrick P was on time, very polite, and remembered servicing our furnace two years ago, which added comfort to the visit. He quickly assessed the problem and came up with a creative solution to repair and ensure the same thing wouldn’t happen in the future. He went out of his way to show me how to work my thermostat and clean the filters, and even gave me some ideas for other areas of the house that have been problematic. He was funny and patient and really listened to what I had to say. As a single mom making ends meet it was great to work with someone who you could tell has a good soul. I will definitely ask for him whenever I need to call Gene Johnson.

These guys are very responsible and very responsive. We are doing a renovation of a large scope. We are a logistical challenge for these guys because we are on opposite ends of the county. They have always met their time commitments or given ample notice when things had to change. As we all know, we do not live in a perfect world and things sometimes go wrong. This job is no different. But, here is the proof of their commitment. They have taken responsibility when that happened and come a long distance to make things right and without complaint or dragging their heels. I have seen plenty of folks that would simply falter in their commitment. Not these guys.

They are always pleasant and upbeat. They make suggestions about better ways to do things. This has been an exceptional experience. We probably will never need to do something like this again, but if we did we would call them.
