As a business owner, for me it is all about making it right when there is a mistake. Both when I serve customers and also when we receive customer service.
On the Friday after Thanksgiving our restaurant had an emergency plumbing issue which caused our restaurant to not be able to operate. The person that took my call (Will) did an incredible job of responding and keeping me informed. After a couple of hours, the issue was that the plumber he asked to come to our location called out sick and did not tell him. After struggling to find us another plumber that was available, Will decided to take it upon himself to come out and do the repair himself. It was a one hour drive from Ballard for him just to arrive at our location. He resolved the issue in less than an hour and our Friday night reservations (revenue!) were saved! I pushed very hard for him to take a large tip, however, he could not be convinced. I have to give a huge shout out to Will and the management at Pioneer. Most times things flow very smoothly from start to finish. When we did have a hiccup, they always work to make it right!

Being over charged, bringung it to Jim Dandy attention still took over 4 months to get our REFUND.

We needed an old dishwasher removed and a new one installed. It turned into an all day project with the first installer saying he couldn’t do it. The previous owners had built up the kitchen floor with plywood under the linoleum apparently after the dishwasher was installed so the old dishwasher couldn’t come out. Kei from Fixer ended up having to cut a section of the flooring out (luckily we are going to replace it soon anyway). I was thrilled that Fixer was able to get someone to my house the same afternoon to take care of it. Kei was helpful and persistent and did a great job with a tricky situation. Would definitely use them again Abe recommend to others!

A sink started overflowing with grease and other food pieces that came from the kitchen and a backed up pipe. We called at 9:30 at night and within 30 minutes, the two owners Mike and Adam were at our house. They were able to get a snake down and get the pipe flowing again. Next they put a fiber optic cable down to show us where the pipe still had grime on it. Mike and Adam were professional, explained the issue well, and were able to solve it. They came back 2 days later to hydro-jet the pipe and clean all grime off of it.

We just used them to replace the main line drain from house to connection. We found them straight-forward, efficient, and cleaned everything up after completing the job. Their bid was one of best, too. They were recommended by our neighbor/friend who is a realtor. Would definitely recommend!

Brian is great!! He came out on a Sunday and fixed our shower faucet promptly. We were still under warranty so there was no charge. I highly recommend Brian.

This is the 3rd time working with 2 Sons and each time has been a very good experience. Good equipment, rigs, and people. The guys that have been out are very respectful and easy to talk to. Communicate very well. Tracking app for your assigned technician is nice to see so everyone can show up at the same time and you aren’t left wondering. Great for multiple properties.

We needed a water heater replaced. Zach from Ally plumbing came out and did an amazing job. Great at explaining what needed to be done, very respectful, and had great communication. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. Will definitely use ally plumbing in the future.

Seatown was great. Shout out to Craigan. He was very knowledgeable and reinforced some of the observations I had with my new home. He was timely and an all around nice guy. I hope I get to work with him again in the future.

Professional Service. Shane walked me through the entire process of the service and answered all of my plumbing questions throughout. Shane helped with capping and rerouting our dishwasher discharge hose so it was up to code. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend and work with him again.

How often do you have a plumber that could has done the $600 job but instead finds a creative solution for less than $200? These guys are great.
