I am so happy with Armin and his assistant Jorge! I had a clogged bathtub and called Rapid Plumbing for help. They came over right away and assessed the situation. It turned out the problem was much larger than a clogged drain! They were so dedicated and stayed until 9:00pm to ensure the problem was resolved and Armin was satisfied that everything was working correctly again. They were very professional, polite, and very clean. They disinfected everything before they left. I felt so guilty for keeping them on a job so late, but I was so grateful for their hard work and dedication to getting the job done correctly. The two young men who repiped my manufactured home were very courteous and answered all my questions. They cleaned up. Three things happened that required them to come back twice. My heat pump ducking was knocked down. Also they forgot to turn the electric panel on. Also I had to have someone turn the dishwasher vale on. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the job

Guy showed up and took 15 minutes to change the cutter head, then after a couple attempts to clear the line, ran a camera down, but couldn't see anything (surprise! the line was full of water) and said I could either call the jet machine in at $900 or possibly dig up the sewer. So I called another company, within 20 minutes they had the line cleared! No more BOB OATES

We live in an old Craftsman house, which had a number of unique repairs made to it including the water pipes. In fact many of our water pipes were not water pipes. This meant that we didn't have adequate water pressure not to mention poor flow from the hot water heater. They gave us a great quote that included installing a new water heater, installing a new shower that we purchased, and repiping the house from the main to all of the faucets and water outlets. It was completed in a day and easy to arrange. We are very happy with the results. I would recommend them for repiping.

My experience with Clearwater Leak Detection was great. Simon was very knowledgeable and found our underground pipe leak in no time at all. He took the time to show us the issue and explained how to prevent the problem in the future. He was able to perform the repairs quickly and put our leak fears to rest! They had all the equipment needed on hand to help us out fast. I will definitely call them in the future for any water leak issues.

Did a Job for me priced fair

Akers exceeded my expectations on price, professionalism, and finished product. Their team replaced the waterline to my Seattle house with 1 copper, installed a new heavy duty shut off valve, and bolted everything to the concrete foundation. Looks great and works great. Would gladly hire again. My highest recommendation.

I’ve used O’Neill Plumbing for years but something as changed. I called in the evening, as it was an emergency. They advertise emergency service. No emergency service.

The women that answered the phone said she could have my house be the first stop for a plumber (do they only have one????) in the morning, so an 8-8:30 arrival.

At 7am this morning, the plumber called and said “so sorry” I’m not available until 2 in the afternoon or Thursday. Very unprofessional and clearly this business is now poorly run. And NO ENERGENCY SERVICE.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Rude and sloppy

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
