Coming home to a lake in your dining room and new water feature in your ceiling is not the mark of a good day. I called Fox and was quickly contacted by the on-call Tech who after asking a series of questions suggested that I could forgo the expense of an emergency call and instead schedule an appointment for the next day. Dustin was assigned to my job and called right away to confirm he was enroute and provide an arrival time. After a significant amount of time spent trying to locate the source he determined it was coming from my upstairs neighbor. He then went above and beyond the call of duty accessing my neighbors place (which his blessing) and locating the problem. He kept me informed of each step he was taking and why, and was a complete professional the entire time.

I highly recommend Jim Dandy. I've used them multiple times over the last decade for various of plumbing repairs and disasters, and they have always sent out kind, competent, professional plumbers. This week I have a sudden flooding bathtub drain, and they were able to send a plumber the next day, he was able to fix the problem, and he was able to recognize another problem (a cracked pipe in the basement) that was unfortunately more significant, but that I hadn't yet noticed. All around professional and reliable.

The person who answered the phone was very friendly and courteous and set up a same-day appointment even though it was a weekend. Dinero was friendly and fixed the problem very quickly. Altogether a great experience, thanks!

I wish I could give them more then 5 stars but Google won't let me. They were awesome. The moment I met Andy, I knew he was the one I needed to fix my water line. Their team got the problem found and fixed in less then 3 hours. If you need outdoor plumbing done, just hire them and know they will take care of you right.

The guys were nice, friendly, did a good job, were mentoring apprentices (good thing), and fair about the billing time. Overall good experience!

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Josh and Johnathan were awesome and professional, they came out same day and also fixed everything same day! Our dog liked them, which is a good sign! Highly recommend.
