Victor and Alex replaced several of my light fixtures and a bathroom fan replacement. They were professional, reliable, and did a great job. The fan caused some problems when they were trying to install it and they came back a few days later to make sure it was working. They were also very patient with all of my questions. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! They did great work. Also, they were able to get me in quickly and were really clear with communication and scheduling. The whole process felt efficient.

I hired them to replace 100 circuit breaker panels in a apartment community. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. I am a project manager and have been using them for years on projects big and small.

Don’t waste your time. They scheduled an appointment for estimate to change out an outlet for range conversion, technician no-showed 1st appointment. When I called the office Kayla informed me Shane had called out sick and she failed to call me to cancel. I gave them another chance, waited 2 weeks for an afternoon appointment and Kayla called me today to reschedule again. I currently have 2 weeks till my appliance delivery and Lander can’t work me in to their schedule leaving me to find another electrician on short notice. Utter waste of time dealing with this firm.

I live in Medina and I needed some work done with my lights in the ceiling and my motion light sensor switch. I looked online and went with Merv Electric. The guy who is also part owner, showed up on time, the day I chose, willing to take their shoes off to enter the house, replaced my motion sensor switch and helped me fixed my lights in the ceiling. I am very happy I chose this company!

I called their dispatch two seperate times hrs apart yesterday for service... no technician called me back. I called again this am third time. Finally get a call back, the tech said he was busy till 4, maybe I should call someone else. Horrid customer service.

We are very grateful we found Energy Technologies. They removed our old oil burning furnace and installed a top line heat pump and air handler for heating and cooling. They did a thorough assessment of our needs and explained all the possible options and costs. They worked long hours to get the equipment installed and the electrical work completed and connected so we now have cool air as we enter our 2nd unprecedented heat wave of the summer. Highly satisfied with Jonathan and Cameron's work. We installed 3 lights and 2 of them are new lights that requires wiring. They showed up on time, with professional curtesy and knowledge. They actually minimized rewiring dry wall damage and able to figure out existing wire then re-wire it to install our 2 new lights, really happy with their work!
