We are very appreciative of Fox Plumbing and Heating for their professionalism and customer service. We recently had both our plumbing and heating systems checked out for free. This is part of our PSA program with Fox. Chris even went the extra mile and hooked up our Honeywell UV light (I had it installed, just not connected to power). He also pointed out a fire hazard regarding the electric filter and turned the power off to the hazard. All in all we are very satisfied with the consistent service we get with Fox!

We had a clogged bathtub and I called Pioneer because a friend of mine told me he used them with success. They were excellent. They did show up an hour late, but they called and told me this two hours prior so I could adjust. Things happen at sites, I get it, but they took the time and had the courtesy to call and tell me they were working on another clients problem still. That stood out to me because they wanted to take the time to fix an issue and still had the foresight to keep me in the loop. When they got to my place they were nice, efficient, and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. For that they get 5 stars.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and a clogged gutter drain and Jamie from Roto Rooter did a greater job of taking care of the problem, was very professional and an expert at doing the work that was neede on a house that was built in 1914. With his persistence he managed to pull a 5ft monster root structure out of the gutter drain!We gave out a cheer when it came out and took photos, job well done Jamie!

Professional, prompt, accurate, and honest! We are a commercial space that was preparing to host an important guest, and the morning of the event our toilet stopped working. After several frantic calls to other plumbers and being told no one could help us, we called Ridgid. Within 30mins they arrived, figured out the issue, were upfront and honest about the issue and the cost to fix it—went and grabbed the correct tools and fixed it. We are so grateful for your service.

I had used Jim Dandy with a different employer and was always happy. Called them in for a blocked line this past weekend in a commercial building. I wound up doing a lot of work pulling and replacing toilets (needlessly) because tech didn’t listen. They need to make sure their clothing is clean. I will use again, but a little disappointed in having someone who only had 4 years experience and was not well tooled or knowledgeable. Their power snake was awesome. It did the job when I told him a second time there was a reverse clean out in the main line. This was after he suggested that we might have to replace the ductile pipe. Jim Dandy, don’t let people who are still wet behind their ears make expensive suggestions.
Tevex coveralls are important. Listen to your customers so toilets or other fixture don’t have to be needlessly removed (especially when the snake wouldn’t go down the line line anyways). Don’t throw old wax seals on the floor.
The cost, $800, was a little too much for the amount of work I had to do and the level of knowledge displayed.

Our water heater had an error code, and Repipe Masters came out the next day to fix it and show us how to perform the maintenance to prevent it.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Efficient and professional from start to finish! We've had Simon out on two occasions; the first was 2-1/2 years ago and again last week. He's always on time and finds the leak quickly. We won't let call anyone else!

He did an excellent job for me. He asked a fair price and delivered very good repair in an efficient manner.

Bobby T is so great! A couple of years ago I had a toy go down the tub drain, not only did he come the day I called he was friendly, helpful, fixed the problem and was very reasonably priced! Just called him on a Sunday he called me back within a few minutes and was able to help again fix the problem!

I will never call another company as long as Ramen runs Drain Pro and has a team like DJ. They were fantastic.

Akers Outdoor Plumbing were professional in every aspect of the job. They were extremely knowledgable about the best way to install a new water line in a challenging yard with many mature plants and trees that they took great care to protect. I give them my highest recommendation.

Our furnace had to be replaced urgently and despite the current supply shortage, sharif was able to find and install a new furnace for us in days, as opposed to weeks/months that were quotes to us from other companies. He is honest, knowledgeable and efficient. Predict he will go far in this industry.
