Afterwards he even helped me to get my money back from the other plumber.

Sharif came out and was absolutely top-notch to work with. He was very transparent (not at all salesly) when talking about the longevity of our furnace, was able to fix a component of our Nest thermostat free-of charge, and gave a recommendation about how to self-service our water heater. Amazing business. Roto rooter declined to repair my sewer line, I called Green Planet Plumbing and they did repair it in a short notice and with a very good price. Recommended them to my friends, and they did jet cleaning of a sewer line, that they were thinking needs a replacement and saved tons of money

Great service, great price, extremely friendly. We needed the plumbing under the sink rebuilt after installing new counters. The first company we called quoted such a laughably high fee that we called Green Planet. They showed up same day, provided complete service, at 1/5 the cost of the first quote. We have our go-to plumber in West Seattle now.

Mike and Jeremy came to do mini splits. They were very professional and even helped us figure out a setup more customized to our older home (ducted mini splits). They were super careful about cleanup and always punctual. Mike even alerted me to an ant problem in our eaves, which definitely wasn’t part of his job. Easy to work with all the way around.

We called Evan this morning for a water heater emergency, based on other's suggestions and reviews. From the get-go he was super responsive and professional. He showed up to our house in Kirkland on time, and the job was done to high quality and in the minimal amount of time. He is also very personable and a pleasure to talk to. I feel we finally found our go-to plumber in the area!

Mr. Rooter sent out one tech to help with a couple sinks and shower drains that were backing up. I was quoted a price, and when the first tech didn’t have the proper equipment, they sent out a second tech. The second tech was here for 90 minutes, fixed the problem. Same price, job done. Will use again.
