We recently needed a video pipe inspection, and the Seattle sewer Company did an excellent job. The team worked quickly and accurately to identify the problem, and we found their rates to be very reasonable. We will recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Our situation was far more serious than we had suspected (a broken pipe outside the house) and Ruben kept us informed and stayed until the job was finished and verified that all was well before leaving. He called for assistance in the form of a camera to assess the problem and digging up the pipe. In other words he was thorough and knowledgeable. I would request him again without hesistation. Bob Oates crew was awesome! They came to do an assessment but quickly identify the cause of the leak where we could see some damage in the ceiling of the first floor. They were able to address and get things repaired, so we thought, during that first visit and at a reasonable price - the leak we had was VERY slow and took a couple of days for us to see it was still there, they came back again did an exceptionally thorough job and finally fixed the leak without additional fees. I will be saving their info for if/when we need a plumber. Highly recommend.

A sink started overflowing with grease and other food pieces that came from the kitchen and a backed up pipe. We called at 9:30 at night and within 30 minutes, the two owners Mike and Adam were at our house. They were able to get a snake down and get the pipe flowing again. Next they put a fiber optic cable down to show us where the pipe still had grime on it. Mike and Adam were professional, explained the issue well, and were able to solve it. They came back 2 days later to hydro-jet the pipe and clean all grime off of it.

I recently used Green Planet Plumbing and Sewer to replace my water heater. This was not a straight forward job.

The water heater was tucked into a small alcove in my utility room and blocked by a small cabinet (with a sink) and a washing machine. The old 50-gallon unit had a power vent. I called numerous plumbing companies, including the largest in Seattle. I was faced with companies who: couldn’t come out and provide me with a bid until the following week, gave me astronomical bids, told me certain things were not possible, or insisted that I move the sink cabinet and the washing machine. Really??? One plumber said the job was too “messy” and wasn’t interested.

When my service technician, Justin, provided me with the bid, he suggested an idea others hadn’t and was able to do the job without moving a cabinet that every other plumber claimed needed to be moved.
Justin performed the service today - and I couldn't be happier. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, conscientious, and personable.

I would also like to recognize Jeremiah. Due to the schedule, I would need to wait a few days for a new water heater. Knowing I had not had hot water for days, Jeremiah offered to do his best to see what he could do. Through his unprompted efforts, I had my new water heater the next day.

I am so pleased with my service that I brought over a neighbor who has rental houses, to meet Justin and asked for some additional cards to give to my friends in the neighborhood.

I am a real estate agent. Sewer Friendly has been my go-to company for sewer inspections and repairs for the last 7 years. Rob was trained by and worked with Mike (The founder of the company, and was the best there ever was). They don't charge extra to pull a toilet, can always get the clean out cap off, even it's rusted cast iron. The camera always makes it to the street. The aforementioned things are not always the case with other inspectors. They also repair sewers, and have done more jobs for me then I can count. I have never felt like they have spun an inspection to get a repair job. They have always been honest and upfront with me. Rob (and Mike before him) have gotten me out of plenty of jams. I fully recommend them without reservations.

The reviews about this crew are true, I also had a great experience with Dirt Cheap Sewers for a complete sewer replacement. From Angel initially determining the cause and location of the problem, to offering every option available and on the spot estimating with fair pricing, to delivering on exactly the promise made. Day one, they trenched by hand, in the cramped space under the deck, replaced the root destroyed pipe, and had me back in action by the end of the day. The remaining days also required hand trenching to protect a slope sensitive tree line, and even without requesting it, I watched them take care to not hurt the large primary root structures of the trees, digging under and around them to access the old line, only cutting a few that needed it. This type of care was demonstrated throughout.

Accessing the portion under the house required cutting the slab, and a touch of jack hammering, but before the work began, Austin and Poncho took the time to seal off the rest of the house, as well as some belongings left in the basement. This crew works hard, staying as late as it took each night to finish the days portion of work and get me reconnected, while being receptive to my questions or specific requests. Then, at the end of it all, after back-filling and pouring me a beautiful cement patch, gifting me two new and more convenient clean outs, they literally cleaned my basement better than they found it.

This is a stellar crew, very easy to work with, and I am extremely pleased with the result. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth with these guys.

Never returned my calls for a broken sewer line

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
