I hired Fox Plumbing and Heating to replace a few elements in my kitchen sink. The technician was very prompt, clean, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did excellent work and even cleaned up after himself. I really appreciate how respectful he was in my home. Most of the time I end up having to clean up after contractors but I sincerely feel that area of my house was cleaner after he left! My kitchen sink works great and he was extremely thorough with testing it to make sure there were no leaks. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them.

Cody was great! I had a ton of questions and I think most of them were probably ones Cody thought were newbie questions but he was patient and informative. I really appreciate his help and the opportunity to learn.

The Regional Project Manager Larry Mayotte, tried using his title at Mckinstry to bully another business, to try and get discounts/ unreasonable refunds. I do not recommend doing business with any company that employs Larry Mayotte as I feel he is very unethical. Mr Mayotte also makes Mckinstry look bad any time he bullies a business while using the Mckinstry name.

Called in the morning before 9am and they got me on the schedule right away!!! Plumber arrived by 10:15 am job fixed before 11:30am. Super impressed with fast prompt service!! Milton was amazing and got the job done fast and clean!! He told me why my kitchen sink plumbing wasn’t working right for 8 years since we bought the house! I even have more space under my sink now! Well worth the call and every dollar spent!! Milton my tech was amazing and would love him to come back anytime!! 5 stars all around!!

Tony and Victor came by today for heat pump and A/C maintenance. Punctual, friendly, professional, and clear with their recommendations. Signed up for a maintenance plan to keep things good. Amazed at how quickly Beacon got us seen in less than 5 days. Competitors told us we’d have to wait 3 months! Job No. 278724

My visit today with Jim Dandy Plumbing was to get an estimate only for installing a utility sink and faucet in my laundry room. The estimate was free, no charge to come to my home ... no 99.00 fee to roll over into the work order if I proceeded with them. Their technician was on time and very nice, answered all of my questions.

I will probably be going with them for this project.

Sharif came out and was absolutely top-notch to work with. He was very transparent (not at all salesly) when talking about the longevity of our furnace, was able to fix a component of our Nest thermostat free-of charge, and gave a recommendation about how to self-service our water heater. Sharif's customer service was superb and would recommend him for any of your heating & plumbing needs!

Great service, fast, easy to schedule

We discovered a leak in our basement and Ben’s Plumbing sent Jerry out early the next morning. He was extremely professional, respectful and friendly. He found the issue quickly, resolved it and thoroughly explained what he saw and how he fixed it. Highly highly recommend Jerry and Ben’s Plumbing.

Highly recommend this business. We had a pipe burst in our basement this morning and we called Craftsman based on a recommendation from a friend. Cameron arrived within 30 minutes and was super helpful explaining what happened, what he was going to do to fix it, and how much it would cost.

We had a great experience with Fischer plumbing thanks to the plumber named Sean. In fact, he clued us in to the fact that since we live on the ground floor of a 4 story condo, it probably was the fault of people above us that our drain was clogged with hardened grease. It meant then that the homeowner's association would pay for the plumbing costs. Yay, and yay for Sean. If we have work for a plumber we will ask for Sean for sure.

Called them after my original plumber fell through. They were able to come out same-day for a ~3 hr job and charged 1/3rd less than the other plumbers I had tried to use. Quick, professional straight-shooters, will call them first the next time I have a plumbing issue!

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

As a business owners and owners of a commercial medical building, we have had the occasion to work with several different service companies. We have found Fischer Plumbing, Heating & Air to be consistently competent and honest. All the technicians have been very easy to work with. We could wish for instant service, but that's unrealistic. Instead they have been able to respond in a reasonable time frame. They are my go to solution for plumbing, heating and air.
