I was very disappointed working with another plumbing company cleaning my sewer line because they didn't finish the job but wanted more money.
Mark with Pioneer Plumbing captured the situation around my sewer line with his camera, gave me options how to handle the problems that the other company left behind, gave me a fair price to fix it and fixed the problem next day. Afterwards he even helped me to get my money back from the other plumber.

We had Roto Rooter come to help with a backed up sewer pipe. The 1st crew was not sure he could snake the problem and set up an appointment for the next day. My basement had backed up sewage in it . The next morning they sent a crew with a camera. The were able to find roots in the drain pipe and get it cleared. All there agents were very nice and courteous. After paying over $700 I do not understand why they want to charge another $150 just to give me an estimate to repair the piping. Not happy with the high pricing and charging for estimates.pat

Not great. But fixed our problem for the evening. Some how the same thing happened the very next day. Which to me says it wasn't fixed properly. So my husband went and bought the tool the plumber used. Now it's actually fixed. Our plumber hurried in , didn't make sure it was done fully. Also was not considerate enough to cover his shoes. Just wore them in my house. Gross. Show respect. We will not be using them again.

We've used Wezee's multiple times now, and they've been fantastic. They've always made it out swiftly, diagnosed the source of our plumbing issues, and helped us make choices that solve our current situation and look ahead to prevent future issues. We've worked with Dan several times, and he's always given us clear, mindful advice on top of doing great work. Jennifer in the office has also always been quick and clear with organizing jobs and working with our schedules. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased, and we've recommended them to several friends.

The ordering of windows and installation process as a whole went really well! I'll give the highest recommendation to anyone looking for replacement windows that will last!

Very helpful solving the problem

Mike and Jeremy came to do mini splits. They were very professional and even helped us figure out a setup more customized to our older home (ducted mini splits). They were super careful about cleanup and always punctual. Mike even alerted me to an ant problem in our eaves, which definitely wasn’t part of his job. Easy to work with all the way around.

These guys are awesome down to earth to make everything perfect under microscope for my 3700 sqft home new construction. Good ethics and communication. I have been dealing with construction for years. He will be the guy I am using for all my plumping projects from now on. Tha ks Jason for for all the good works you have done my friend. Mike of 2 Sons Plumbing is a professional definitely knows what he is doing. We had a leak from ceiling under master bathroom. On appointment day, Mike arrived on time.He cut out an opening to have a view inside and told us the toilet seat needs to be reseated. And after less than an hour the problem fixed. I had called Ally's plumbing for a free estimate on a leaky shower (dripping through the ceiling). Scott came over and diagnosed the issue to be some cracked grout which his company did not fix. I wanted to write a positive review for the honest and candid diagnosis of the problem even though they could not offer their services.

Services Provided:1. Installed the cameras and motion sensor lights for the front and backyards.2. Changed the two hardwired smoke detectors both upstairs and downstairs.3. Installed the three-bedroom smoke detectors with lithium batteries upstairs.4. Installed the Electrical Panel Replacement with surge protection.5. Installed the ceiling bathroom fan downstairs.Traits:The scheduling process was very pleasant and accommodating. On the appointment day, Angel showed up right on time. He was pleasant, professional, good listener, and addressed all my questions and concerns. He went ahead and offered some suggestions given to what I needed done. He proceeded to change the hardwired smoke detectors and installed the smoke detectors with lithium batteries. Although I had purchased a different kind of security cameras, from his experience, Angel suggested a different brand of cameras that he purchased and installed on the same day. In addition, he downloaded the app on my cell phone and provided me with some guidance of how to operate them. Before his departure, Angel asked to look at the electric panel. Upon his examination, he discovered that I needed to upgrade my electrical panel with the power surge. With this upgrade, I would be following the building code. He proceeded to give me an estimate and asked me to let him know whenever I would be ready to make this replacement.Since I accepted the estimate to replace the electrical panel, a week later, Eco sent out Ryan and another gentleman (James? Sorry, I’ve forgotten his name). These two gentlemen were punctual, professional, and pleasant to work with. They were sensitive to the fact that we would be without power for a few hours. They knew what they were doing and accomplished the job in such a reasonable time. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place as they found it.Because the bathroom ceiling fan needed to be installed, Ryan and another gentleman came back the following day and performed a marvelous job! Since there needed to be some touchup around the fan and electrical panel, Ryan referred me to his friend, Jake, who is very good at touchups. Five days later, Jake came over and performed a superb job!Conclusion:My experience with working with the Eco staff was outstanding, pleasant, and educational from the start of my projects to the very end. These gentlemen are knowledgeable and provide top notch services while serving their customers. I will gladly contact Eco for my future household electrical and plumbing projects.
