I highly recommend using David and his services. I initially reached out because my downspouts were going into a clogged pipe.

David was quick to respond and schedule to come out to look at the issue. At first he thought I needed to hydro jet the line. He came out to find that the pipe was a dead end and didn't go anywhere. After a couple visits with investigating and giving his honest thoughts on the situation. We added in two dry wells to my downspouts guiding the rain water away from the house. Him and his team were efficient and cleaned up within a couple days.

As a first time homeowner I was unsure of what to do in my situation. I couldn't thank David enough for his services and giving me the best advice.

Fantastic service for a very competitive price. We called All City Sewer Repair for a second opinion on some repair work on our sewer main. David came out right away, checked out the line himself with his camera before talking us through options, and offered invaluable information on conversations we needed to have with our sewer provider before deciding on any work. We had received bids from other contractors for the same issue and no one else had informed us about the requirements from our sewer provider.
Eventually, the sewer provider approved the work, and everything went great. David was very patient through the process (it took us a month to sort out things on our side, sorry about that!!), very straightforward about pros and cons of each option, and always super quick and responsive with communication. We will definitely call All City Sewer Repair again for any sewer needs, and we're recommending them to everyone. :)

David and his team installed a new PVC side sewer in my backyard in October 2022. Previous sewer line was installed in the 60s and was concrete pipe.

David was incredibly responsive and took time to answer all of my questions. He would text me updates throughout the process; he always let me know when the inspector was arriving, when his team was coming to drop off materials, etc.

His work was top-notch for a very reasonable price. Up-front pricing, so no hidden fees. What you see on the estimate is what you pay, at least in my experience. A competitor offered to install a sewer liner; David’s team trenched and installed an entirely new line for a similar price!

I’ll be going back to David for all of my sewer needs in the future. Incredibly impressed!

They were able to fix a very stubborn clog in our sewer system and repaired/replaced/lined areas in our very old sewer line. Very hard workers and competitive pricing.

David was so incredibly helpful and generous. My washing machine started pouring water onto the floor last Saturday (all over my new floors.) As a new first time home owner, I was pretty panicked. I could not find an emergency plumber anywhere. David's team was clearly already booked up too- and yet he still offered to change his schedule (to work later than planned) to come help me out. He was informative and communicative, and very giving of his time. I would absolutely recommend them for future projects or needs- excellent and kind customer service.

Stop reading and just hire David. We needed someone to deal with root intrusion into our sewer line. I reached out to more than 6 companies. David has the best price by far. Aside from pricing, David has excellent communication. He let me know well in advance about anything that might affect his arrival time. We needed our kitchen sink disposal fixed along with the bathtub drain. He drove over within an hour, fixed the sink disposal free of charge and quoted us on the bathtub.

We needed approval from the owner, so David had to leave. At this point, it would have been free of charge, but the owner approved the job and within 2 hours, David returned, completed the job and charged us as quoted. He was professional, responsive, and punctual.

Hired to do a sewer scope prior to listing our home. Completely satisfied with service.

We had a sewer line back up. Several other companies told us it was a collapsed pipe that would require trenching right by our busy street and a utility pole. Some companies even told us they couldn't do it.

David came out right away to look at our line. Once he had a camera in the line, he determined it likely wasn't a collapsed pipe. Based on how he analyzed our problem, we could tell he was really thinking through how everything works.

Best part: he was able to start the next day!

We ended up trenching and replacing a portion of our line that was bellying and shooting a liner to where we needed it.

Everything was put back the way we asked, and we are so happy to be able to use our sewer line again!

We had a section of our side sewer replaced. David came and scoped the line and gave a competitive estimate. He went above and beyond to make sure our problem was fixed. He was very responsive to our questions.

Dave took the call on a Sunday. He scoped the sewer on Monday, had permits and safety inspection prior to starting work, crew on time, repair and liner as expected, finished work inspected, and ground recovered on time. Provided videos of before, during, and after, and came back to give it one final jet once everything was done. Would highly recommend, especially for older homes like ours from the 1920s.

David is incredible! I was in a pinch. I had an issue with my home sewer line which was causing an overflow through a drain in my laundry room. It was so bad that I couldn't use anything with a drain - showers, sinks, toilets, washing machine, and dishwasher. I had another company scheduled to come out on Friday afternoon but they cancelled at the last minute and wouldn't come out until Monday. Ugh! Out of desperation, I called David and he said he'd be out on Saturday by noon. He was true to his word and showed up before 11 am. He quickly accessed the issue and got to work. He discovered that I had a very bad clog in the sewer line just downstream from my house. It took some effort, but he got it cleared. I was so relieved! After clearing the clog, he scoped the entire line all the way out to the city sewer line and let me watch. He showed me that the line was still intact, but there is some erosion taking place and a couple of rough edges where sections of pipe are joined together.

As for the price, David was fully transparent and upfront. He has a very reasonable standard price and didn't charge extra for coming out on the weekend. As a matter of fact, he gave me a $50 discount because I'm a military veteran. Also, he sent an estimate for installation of a liner to protect the interior of the sewer line from further erosion. All around this was a great experience and David provided honest and top notch customer service. Kudos!

David and his assistant showed up at the appointment time and fixed our clogged shower within half an hour. He was very communicative before the appointment, and came early on a Saturday. They were very careful around the house, wearing shoe coverings, and carefully cleaned up after their work.

I appreciated that they took the extra time to run the faucets and tub to make sure there weren't secondary issues, and also took a few minutes to chat about the sewer line.

Middle of a winter snow and freeze and our sewer starts to back-up. We had an emergency scope and clean and was told the concrete had collapsed which was pretty common for Seattle since a lot of houses were built in the mid-40's. To make matters worse, a portion of our line was built over by the past owners for a kitchen expansion.

We called David and three other side sewer companies, and all came out quickly for a look see and cost estimate. David was the only one that spent the time to TV all the lines and explain the alternatives. He is also the only one that thought lining a portion of the sewer under the kitchen was doable as opposed to replacing it. His bid was the lowest and thus we went with All City Sewer Repair.

The crew showed up the next day and hand dug an 8' deep trench UNDER A 3' DECK. Other firms wanted to have the deck fully removed so they could use equipment. That alone would have doubled our costs. Within a week we had a fully replaced sewer line where it had collapsed and the remainder lines including the portion nobody else said they could complete. Each night David made sure we had sewer and water to use and wouldn't leave until we were set. The site is fully cleaned up and they also offered to remove some concrete chunks that should have been my responsibility. That's customer service!

PS To the guy giving two stars, sorry you're having the problem. Had the same thing happen to me, and I found that a leaking foundation should be managed by a company that does that work so that you have an insurance policy to back it up. If you have a leaking pipe, that will easily be found when the outside of the foundation is hydraulically fixed. Giving David 2 stars because he was honest and knew he couldn't back up the work is pretty rough for a business owner. Hope you get it all fixed.

Our sewer backed up the day before Thanksgiving and David and crew came in the day after Thanksgiving and cleared our sewer and then installed a liner. The whole crew is great, professional very responsive and helpful, they even loaded a generator into a trailer for me. Wonderful people, great professional and timely service and cleaned the area after they were done to be cleaner than when they started.

David and team have done a wonderful job helping us identify the problems of our sewer pipes and repaired them quickly and properly. They also kept the job site well-controlled and cleaned everything up afterwards. David is very detail focused - when they finished the job, the yard looked as if nothing happened but with all the underground problems solved. Amazing!

We had a bit of an emergency last week where we woke up to find a clog in our sewer line had caused wastewater to back up into our tub and leak out of our toilet. And we had out-of-town guests coming in 24 hours. Fun. After sending out SOS messages to a few nearby plumbers, David responded within 10 mins saying he could be over that same morning to help us out. He showed up exactly when he said he would (in 95 degree heat no less) and sent his camera down the drains searching for the root of the problem. He found the clog and got us unblocked efficiently. He had to pull the toilet to do so, and through the whole pull + reinstall process we was very clean and conscientious. He charged a very fair price for the work performed. He was also thorough about searching out and explaining the root cause of the issue and the steps that we'll likely want to take to avoid these problems in the future, without being at all pushy about future work. Would definitely work with David again and recommend his work.

David and team helped us make the best out of a bad situation with a clogged pipe. They were professional, communicative, and punctual. We had a clogged gutter pipe which was very hard to detect. David from All Sewer repair came and used Hydro jet to unclog the pipe, but it didn’t work. Then he used camera to find the clog. My home gutter line was pretty complex, and David had to try to use the camera from different locations to find the clog. After a while, he was able to pin point where the clog was and explained the process to fix it. He had to dig the ground and cut open the pipe and found roots from tree growing inside the pipe which clogged it. The people who installed it did a very poor job by use duct tape to join the pipes, through which the roots penetrated. This was then fixed properly and pipes were unclogged.
I was really happy with David’s work, he was very knowledgeable and professional and no one could come close to match his price.

Ours turned into a very complicated job because of the heavy utilities in the street. Dave did a great job on time and one budget (ouch though). They rebuilt the line and more.....when I say complicated how do you say in an alley, 4inch optical cable and under a vault, gas line, power line, storm water. run off, sewer main, concrete......

I called them, told them we had water leaking into our basement from outside, possibly because our line was clogged. They asked for pictures of the inside, came over, and without doing any kind of investigation outside declared they could not help us. They referred us to another company they claimed would help us, but one of the first things the next guy asked me was what All City had said about the drain outside. I responded that the reason we were referred to them was because All City said they didn’t do outside drains. Well, neither did this second person. So, I have no idea why All City didn’t use a snake or camera or anything in our drain, and even less of an idea why they referred to someone else that also couldn’t help. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is that they came over earlier than expected, so they only wasted a day of my time instead of two.

*edit* There is no way for me to reply to the owner’s reply and at this point I’m not interested in having a discussion. If I were, I would have called. So if the offer to investigate the drain for free is an open offer, then I will take it when I am ready. Yes, I realize we may very well have a leak in our foundation. But I put a short snake down there and ran into something, so there may be more than one contributing factor. It still doesn’t address the issue of why, if the problem is the foundation, you referred me to someone that also doesn’t fix foundations. All they were going to do was dry out and remove damaged items from the basement. But what good is that if it’s still leaking? Pleas don’t respond. As I said, I will contact you when and if I’m ready. Don’t take it personally, but I’ve been screwed before , so even if you provide an inspection for free, I will be skeptical of the results.

David has high standard of quality. He had his crew redo when the work was not to his standard. He paid attention to details on pipe route and connections, even on the clean-up and returning the surface to previous conditions. He installed two clean-outs (upstream and downstream) for us, will make the maintenance easier in the future.
