George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

Pleased with Energy Technologies with air conditioning added to an existing furnace, very responsive to telephone calls as always answering. Job was done early before their estimated arrival, Al mentioned he would schedule us early if he could get the equipment and had an opening. A 120vac plug in was added next to the evaporator as part of the job requiring the electrician to run a wire across the attic as part of the bid and it was a warm day. Job was completed in the estimated timeframe even with changes of replacing the thermostat. Good hardware was used and was skillfully installed requiring the installer to run lines across the garage ceiling from the furnace room under the stairs across the garage ceiling without cutting the lines and making a joint connection.

Such a frustrating customer service experience. I had previously used Keithly and was happy with the quality of work and the technicians. However, the last two times I have tried to get a bid I've had a terrible experience. Most recently, I contacted them for a semi-emergency job. Their service model is that a customer service rep takes your information and then a project manager returns your call. This leaves the customer without ANY information about when a technician is available and whether it is possible to be seen quickly. It took four days for the project manager to even return my call so that I could find out when they are available. All the while, there is absolutely no electricity in half my home and a possible live wire in the wall.

Out of the other four companies I called, Keithly was the only one with this model. The other businesses I spoke with were able to quote wait times and schedules. I finally booked an appointment with someone else, since I was able to talk to a scheduler right away.

I will not be using Keithly in the future. I have some big needs in my home, and I have no desire to be placed in the black hole waiting for someone to get around to calling me back.

When it comes to electrical problems I don't even want to think about what to or what the problem is so I call Mister Sparky every time I have an electrical issue and they always show up when they say they will, none of that between 9 and 3 bologna. I always know I can relax when I call Mister Sparky.

Wonderful customer service, and solid work from electricians

I’m a builder and needed an emergency upgrade to my electrical service in order to keep my project moving forward. My regular electricians attitude was “I’ll try to get there in the next 2 weeks “ I called Neighborhood Electric and explained my urgent need they readjusted their schedule and had a guy out to my job in under 90 minutes and had my project moving. Not only are they responsive, everyone you deal with from the office staff to the electrician getting it done are just really nice people.

This is a review for Ed and Benchmark Home Services....
Ed was the best! I contacted Benchmark on the weekend via the Benchmark website (as they are a local electrical company I identified via a Google Map search) and filled out my request to replace a ceiling light fixture. Ed got back to me on Sunday (which I didn't expect) and offered to help. On Monday he scheduled with me to replace the 14 ceiling light (that I had been wanting to get done for a month) and he arrived Monday afternoon, promptly as scheduled, was very professional and completed the work in under a half hour! I am very happy with the job and how easy it was to get done. Thank you Ed!

Jon has done quite a few jobs at my place. I got a new furnace and heat pump from another company and Jon put in the new circuit in an outbuilding. He also has upgraded outlets and fixtures other electricians haven't been able to do (1964 home). He's a really skilled electrician, friendly, and professional. He wears a mask on the job and even gave me a couple of the W.E. masks with filters!

They installed new voltage for my new range which involved under the crawl space and garage. Excellent work. I would recommend them.

Mike Young helped me with an electrical issue where no power was getting to my living room. He was able to come in on the same day, diagnose the issue and fix the problem. Highly recommend for quality service

Fast service, have to pay extra due to distance can’t find electrician here in kitsap county that’s available so I called them thank goodness they’re available.

They were punctual and no issues with the inspection. I will say it seemed a little expensive. I had a 50 amp plug put in for an electric car where the plug was two feet from the panel. The cost was $1900 which seemed a little high for labor and parts needed.
