Best Electric Water Heaters in Seattle WA
We had a plumbing problem involving an outside sump pump. Fox sent Kyle who clearly knew what he was doing and went out of his way to explain what he was doing. It's nice to know there's a company that does good work, doesn't overcharge, and stands by their work.We always came away grateful that we found Fox 15 years ago and haven't had to suffer from the hassles some of our friends have had with other companies.Have it done by Fox to have it done right the first time, at a good price. . You can't go wrong with these guys.

This is my second time using them and I just love about everything about them! Their booking process is easy and the techs are super friendly, and knowledgeable. Appreciate that they understand and support doing what’s necessary but not more when budget is an issue. Five stars!!!

Evan did the work very quietly and efficiently and was able to accommodate all my requests. The final cost was very good ( the other plumber I asked quoted me 1k more on the same type of heater)

Peter arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem and the solution. He replaced bathroom sink drain and stopper assembly. He then replaced eight Moen 1224 cartridges in our bathroom sinks (4). He was efficient and very tidy and clean. He wore proper COVID-19 personal protective equipment. Prima plumbing will be my default plumbing service moving forward,

I initially had ECO out to install a new kitchen faucet. ( This was supposed to be an easy DIY project) I am so glad I had Brandon from ECO install the faucet instead. While Brandon was here he pointed out several plumbing updates to make to our 108 year old home.Just suggestions, not any pressure. Once again, I am glad I took his advice. Brandon installed a new garbage disposal and brought the drain outlet up to standard. The kitchen sink had been a problem for years. Now with the new faucet, disposal and updated drain it works great. We couldn't be happier. Brandon also installed a dedicated water line for a refrigerator icemaker. Lastly Brandon installed a new ball valve on the main water line. This is much safer than the old style valve.ECO prices the jobs up front. The prices were fair and reasonable. Brandon explained exactly what each job would cost. The work was done professionally. ECO scheduled the jobs at our convenience. Brandon was always on time and let us know when he would arrive.I am glad I found ECO Services.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.
Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
