The company overall has great communication with us before the technician arrived. Alex was our technician and was friendly and professional.

I was told that the visit will cost 100$ plus time and material which i accepted. The guy came in and took couple of signature from my wife , H did not fill any thing. The leak was in the faucet aluminum link from the outlet to the basin. The link cost 5$ and he took less than 15 minutes to find and replace. He then started filling the paper work were he has already taken my wife signature and says it cost 760$. He says my wife has already signed so I have to pay. He neither gave a quote nor ttok approval. On refusal to pay he forced me to pay. This is intent to cheat.This is rip off and will never again use these guys services.

We had a clogged bathtub and I called Pioneer because a friend of mine told me he used them with success. They were excellent. They did show up an hour late, but they called and told me this two hours prior so I could adjust. Things happen at sites, I get it, but they took the time and had the courtesy to call and tell me they were working on another clients problem still. That stood out to me because they wanted to take the time to fix an issue and still had the foresight to keep me in the loop. When they got to my place they were nice, efficient, and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. For that they get 5 stars.

Sewer overflow in laundry room & burbling in slow-draining toilet & tub. Inspection showed clog outside near house back corner. Gio is super professional and efficient at trying to get everything done in one day as I only have one toilet. I really appreciate all his efforts & all the steps required to get this permitted & done well quickly. I'd like to especially commend Tyson for his fast and very careful work that made the finished project look like it did before they started (except for a deck portion that had to be removed for access, which I'm responsible for).

Our 16-year old water heater finally gave in and started leaking last night. After shutting off the water and cleaning up our flooded garage, I called the number on the tank only to be told that they can't come until Monday. This morning, I stared calling every plumbing service showing up on Google maps and was told the same thing, or even later dates. I finally dialed the number of Ridgid plumbing, Arash gave me the good news that he is nearby and can come over in 30 minutes, for a free estimate. So he did! He even came with a replacement ready to be installed. It's a Rheem ProG50 38N, good price and meets our needs well. The crew are very nice and professional. They finished everything up within a few hours and packed out the old water heater without additional charge. Highly recommend!

Rude and sloppy

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

We called them after finding a leak under our house they came out explained what needed to be done and made it sound so simple but knew I wasn’t going under the house so they fixed the leak but they my new hero’s will definitely be the first place I call if ever needed again and would refer them to any one that will listen all done in less 2 hours

Todd was easy to work with and very punctual. After the initial visit I had to rip open a wall to get close enough to the sewer main. Todd was back the next day so I could keep going with my project. I made an appointment with Fixer Seattle for a single toilet replacement. The morning of the appointment the single became two. I called early to inquire if they possibly could install both the same day. They were so accommodating. The plumber was punctual, the job done (both!!!) and the work was outstanding.
