Victor arrived when he was scheduled and completed cleaning out the blockage to the drain. He didn’t give up after the first try, but repeated the process until the blockage was removed. It was the flushable baby wipes which shouldn’t be flushed. He was through about checking that everything was clear before leaving the job. Happy with the job completed

I heard dripping in my walls and they came out to take a look. They were very fast to schedule and had a lot of flexibility. When the plumber got here, he took a look at my pipes and found that the issue was dripping inside the pipes and there was nothing wrong. He really took the time to explain how it worked and why I might be hearing the dripping. He wasn't rushed at all and even drew me a diagram. At the end, he didn't even charge me and said it was just an estimate/consultation. I was really impressed with his professionalism and customer service.

True professionals, and they had no problem coming out on a Friday night for our out of commission kitchen sink. Got the job done, wore a mask, and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks guys! Other plumbers wouldn't even answer the phone after hours.

I called Bueno one morning because our tenant said the hot water heater stopped working. Jimmy was there in a matter of hours. He did a fantastic job diagnosing, getting the new water heater and installing it all in the same day! Also, Jimmy was especially good at explaining the problem & diagnosis, alternatives to fixing the issue, price options, installation timing, etc. I recommend this company and would definitely use them again myself!

We had someone come out cause my niece was washing her underwear in the tub and they went down the drain and clogged it. We got a flyer in the mail and it said free camera inspection but told us his didn't work but said he can try to snake it. I told him where I thought it was cause my sink and that tub go to the same drain and my sink was draining fine. He worked on it for about 45 min and said he couldn't get it and would have to take the pipe apart. His boss said 2000 and he said he could come after work and do it for 800. We passed and decided to try myself. Got it out with cheap home depot snake in 5 min. Be careful, either they are trying to take advantage or are not qualified.

I only gave them one star because I had to. This company is so disrespectful. I booked and appointment Thursday between 4pm and 6pm. 6:05pm no one showed yet. I text the owner no response. 7:05pm I left the owner a voicemail stating no one showed. It's now Saturday and no one has gotten back to me. I also looked up bad reviews and found a few one stating this company over charges and one where they stated work was needed to be done but was not needed. This company is not in the BBB. Please do your research before hiring this company.

The toilet overflowed suddenly in morning. I tried all home remedies like the plunger, baking soda and vinegar and allowing to soften up but nothing worked. Then had to call the professional help. Technician Isaac was very polite and competent. He used the augur to clear the blockage. My kids are school going. So they don’t dump things in toilet now. I bought this property 18 months ago in peak season. So couldn’t pay much attention to condition of sanitation lines. Seems long time sludge deposit caused it as I noticed that the augur had to be inserted all the way and turned couple of times to clean the block. This type of blockage cannot happen in a short span of time. Thanks

When I walked around the side of the house, I saw a large leak spraying from my water softener - right next to an electrical outlet. I have a newborn baby and I was so nervous about what I would do with a leak, especially late on a Friday afternoon. When Chris arrived, he was able to temporarily stop the leak and gave me advice on what to do to cost-effectively resolve the issue. Had a great experience with this company! The service providers were honest, competent, friendly and efficient. We had them install a water softener and piping in our home and they patiently described how to use the softener and even identified a part from the 3rd party manufacturer that was broken, describing how to replace it and work with the softener while waiting for the part to arrive. We will ping them again when we have other plumbing needs in the future.

We're thrilled with San Jose Drain and Main. Giovanni and his crew took care of multiple plumbing problems in one visit, with high-quality work at a fair price. When new needs came up in midst of the repair, he was quick to recommend solutions and very reasonable with costs. He's now top on our list for future needs.

They were on time and very polite but charge a lot to just come look at a problem. I felt cornered into a over priced work order for a water heater. I did find someone else to replace my water heater in the same amount of time it was going to take them to do it. By going with another company, using the same product, to replace my water heater I saved $2000. I lost my $165 to Ben Franklin just for looking at the problem I will not ever use them again.
