The plumber came with the machine. He only knows how to use the machine. But seems like he doesn't know the structure below. He tried to tell us that the pipe is broken and we need to pay 2000+ to dig in and repair. We found out ourselves that it is a drain tank below with dirt. And few days later we solved the problem with a wood stick. Unprofessional service plus left with the wrong solution and issue unsolved, however, charging us $190.

Service was for after regular business hours replacement of leaking water heater. Romeo the Technician arrived on time and found the reason for the leak. Romeo thoroughly explained replacement options and the installation process. Romeo took the time to explain how high usage and hard water can shorten the life of a water heater. And Romeo explained how a expansion tank and larger sediment trap would help extend the life of the replacement water heater. Romeo without a helper efficiently installed the replacement water heater. The kids did not miss their bath. Adrian originally came out to deal with two separate issues. A leaking hose in one toilet and a less obvious leaking toilet on a second floor that has caused some water damage on the first floor ceiling He diagnosed both and repaired. Less than an week later, one of the toilets started malfunctioning again,. Rayne courteously sent him back out to repair the issue at no additional cost. I consider that excellent customer service. Adrian was very pleasant and courteous. Would recommend and will use again.

This experience was one of the best home repair, upgrade projects we have had. David and his crew were very positive, professional and respectful of my home and family. I had three of our young children at home all day while the project was going on and David and his crew were polite and mindful of the children. We had five bathroom faucets and a kitchen faucet replaced and the R.P.S crew arrived on time and worked diligently for the majority of the day. The job was completed to my entire satisfaction and all debris were removed and cleaned up.. R.P.S. is the first call I will make for future plumbing concerns.

Kitchen sewer got stuck, cannot use kitchen for cook. I called and arranged service the second morning. Then in the morning they called said other people has more priority issue than me, so they decide to push out me to another day.
