Septic problems are the worst but Charles and Mario made my experience the best it could possibly be. They were professional, took time to explain the challenges that arose; their thoroughness and efficiency, and answering my many questions was very impressive. Any plumbing issues that arise for me will always mean a call to Mike Counsil and asking for these great guys!

I heard dripping in my walls and they came out to take a look. They were very fast to schedule and had a lot of flexibility. When the plumber got here, he took a look at my pipes and found that the issue was dripping inside the pipes and there was nothing wrong. He really took the time to explain how it worked and why I might be hearing the dripping. He wasn't rushed at all and even drew me a diagram. At the end, he didn't even charge me and said it was just an estimate/consultation. I was really impressed with his professionalism and customer service.

They are really professional and what I like best about their service is that they respond quickly and get the job done.

Basilio Delgado came out to clear our sewer drain for us. He was so helpful and went the extra mile to explain the problems and he even checked in our crawl space for issues. He found the problems and cleared the drain for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Rooter Hero.

Matt Sanchez showed up at my door on time and prepared. He was courteous, intelligent, forthright and a pleasure to talk with. I was extremely happy with the price at which the service was performed and the manner in which Matt did the job.I originally had called Elite more for a quote on a repair job than a route of the mainline. After discussing the video (previously taken), however, he made a good pitch for why we should route again, and the price was reasonable so I agreed. We looked at the job afterwards, really more for the quotation of a trenchless replacement than anything else, and it was clear that the obstruction was gone. I still need additional work, but this gives me a little more breathing room.I was impressed by Elite and I have already recommended them to another homeowner I know. Their professionalism on my small job is a great segue into fostering a strong belief that they can handle larger jobs just as well.

The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. Hope&pray that I do not have any more plumbing problems but if I do I will certainly use $15 Sewer Service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I do not normally write online reviews, but I feel compelled to leave a superstar review for Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter, for their quick, efficient, honest, and reasonably-priced service. After a recent bathroom renovation by another plumber, we were left with a shower which only produced lukewarm water. Once we became aware of the problem it was pretty clear that we needed to call in a more competent plumber to sort out the mixing valve. We tried most of the companies in the area. In most cases they refused to give us a quote even for such a minor issue over the phone, insisting to set up an appointment, turn up at the house, then quoting preposterous numbers much higher that what we knew the job would take. In contrast, once we reached out to Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter over the phone, Abel was happy to discuss the potential range of the cost including the potential replacement part and labor, all in line with what we know about the store prices for said part and within normal expectations. When their technician showed up at the house, he actually found out that nothing was wrong with the part itself, it had just been improperly installed and needed to be reinstalled. It was done within five minutes at a minimal cost, saving us the cost of the part that another plumber who checked out the issue and gave us a repair quote told us we would need to replace. We are grateful to get the issue solved with no drama and to know we can call Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter next time an issue arises.

Kitchen tap water was pretty funky tasting. Chris came over and replaced the faucet head. Good effective, fast work.

They were a great company to work with and extremely efficient. Had a massive leak over a holiday weekend and they were able to repair it the following day after coming out day one within an hour.

Henry & Martin were prompt & easy to work with. Tub & Shower fixture installation was completed to my satisfaction. Suggest researching & purchasing all fixtures and having them pre- approved by plummer for your installation before the job is scheduled.
There is some variation in metal finishes between manufacturers,
worth the effort to pre-purchase and compare with other fixtures in home
before plummer installation.

Wow! Water Quality Plumbing came through for us again. Previously they installed new copper plumbing, repiped our sewer system, and now installed our third water heater. And, they arrived one hour after we called for help! Arnold was as professional as all WQ employees are. He did a great job, cleaned up after he was finished, and gave detailed information regarding the water heater. We are very pleased. So, next time you need a plumbing service call Water Quality. We are sure glad we did!

We had a mess when the laundry room drain backed up into the garage. Ricardo came from Allstar Plumbing. He followed the pipes from the drain to make the repair. He did a great job. With three kids, I couldn’t have been without my machine.
