We had problems with getting hot water consistently in our rental property. I read many reviews on Yelp and Google, then decided to go with Local Rooter. Duey came by promptly and checked the water heater. He found that the issue was not from the water heater and said that we needed to replace the cartridges from our shower. We got a reasonable quote and agreed to do it. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced 2 broken cartridges. We're so glad we've hired Local Rooter Plumbing.

I called on a Friday at 4pm and Brian was on his way home. He chose to stop and help me out with a free estimate for a water softener system fix and a water shutoff valve even when he was supposed to be off work. He was courteous, nice, and did not hesitate to offer genuine advice and explanations. Would highly recommend Brian and the company, very quick to respond and kind.

They arrived in a timely manner, and their technician got to work right away. After going through every potential solution, he figured out that it was just one of those simple fixes. He knew his job well

Roselyn Vasquez did a superb job today helping me clear a clog in my sink drain. Not only that, but she discovered a leak and replaced a few needed parts for free (using spares she had on hand). She also gave me excellent advice in general, including about what faucet to buy. (She told me the one I had bought was the wrong one and directed me on how to find the right one for a great price. And she loosened my current faucet and screws to make it easier for me to install the new one. She even gave me sandpaper and putty!) She went out of her way to clean up hard water stains and other issues that I didn't even ask for. She was amazing!

They give very good service. I would have given them five stars except they were late by a couple of hours. But not a problem.

I first contacted Best Bay Plumbing when the tenant leaving my rental property had jammed up the kitchen sink garbage disposal with coffee grounds. I had a new tenant moving in soon and needed the system fixed urgently.
Abel, the owner showed up the next day, discussed options and provided clear pricing. He did a great job replacing the unit and also went the extra step of educating the new tenant on properly operating the garbage disposal.
Since then I’ve used his team several times - to install water softener/filtration systems, bidets in toilets and fix issues in showers. Each time the quality of work has been excellent and the pricing fair.
Would highly recommend.

Excellent company excellent plumbers. Out water heater ruptured in the middle of the night and we had a plumber contacting us with next steps almost immediately at 2am. Greg, our plumber went above and beyond trying to get our hot water back as soon as possible and as cost effectively as possible and we can’t thank him enough for that. Great communication and a quick install. Can’t see us using anyone else for our plumbing needs.

I’m very happy with this business. They are all punctual, and very good workers. They are honest and fix the problem without any problems. I’ll continue to contact them for any issues in the future.

Javarre came to assist us with the drain issue. He was so kind, patient & professional. He told us ways to avoid future problem and how to maintain it. He even called several stores for my dad to help him get the right parts. He patiently helped us with all the issues and we couldn’t thank him enough for his kindness and his great work. He really help customers with his heart and we really appreciate him.

Giovanni helped us the 2nd time and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He addressed our issues immediately and the pipes were fixed in no time. He then created new ways to solve our pipe issues to avoid future problems. He took his time to make it right for us, he was very professional and helpful. We were so glad for him and his team and all the great work they did for us. We couldn’t believe how lucky we are to have found this team. Their goal is to help every single customer and we could tell that Giovanni put so much time and soul into this business. I was referred to Allstar Plumbing by my neighbor who went through disastrous plumbing issues and was impressed with the results and competitive pricing they gave him. I was glad for the referral. Although my issue was not as severe, I agree with his assessment.

They have no idea what APPOINTMENT means!!! Urgent service earns more money, just cancel the less money order, that's it.

Kitchen sewer got stuck, cannot use kitchen for cook. I called and arranged service the second morning. Then in the morning they called said other people has more priority issue than me, so they decide to push out me to another day.

Don't count on them.
