Water Heater was leaking. Called Mike Counsil Plumbing in the afternoon. Freddy M arrived early following morning. He was everything expected of an outstanding technician - prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He quickly got the items needed including the water heater. The job was completed quickly. Our kitchen sink was clogged so I called to get it fixed. The technician arrived within the hour and was able to fix our sink and clean out the pipes in 30mins! Everyone I interacted with at the company was professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend Crown Plumbing!

Local Rooter Plumbing has done another wonderful job for us. This is the 4rd job they did for us. They replaced the rusted water pipes that are connected to the house and sprinklers. We are very satisfied with their job. They are professional and efficient. We will definitely hire them again if there is a need.

The Mr. Rooter representative showed up right on time, looked at the situation and quoted the job. After approving the quote he quickly move to clear out the drain associated with the garbage disposal. Problem was fixed, no fuss in less than an hour.

Joel was great the only problem is that I think I was overcharged on the valve. Based on similar products at lowes, I was charged $650 for something that should have only been $40.

These guys are just so good from start to finish. From the first call talking to a really pleasant person instead of endless prompts, to Phil, the guy who cleaned out our sewer line and who was super nice, experienced, professional and on time and who did the work exactly as estimated at a very reasonable rate. And the follow up call I needed to make after hours to a voicemail system that works flawlessly and got the message to the right person, they clearly pay attention to the little things as well as big... it just adds up to an excellent experience worth writing about. HIGHLY recommended.

Giovanni was extremely helpful in diagnosing a broken drain pipe at a rental property. He diagnosed the problem quickly and advised about the best way to proceed in replacing the broken pipe. He was knowledgeable about dealing with insurance and the challenges entailed in accessing the pipe, which was under a concrete slab foundation in a newly remodeled kitchen. He replaced the broken pipe and added two new clean outs, and his plumbing work was high quality and very professional. I highly recommend him. He provided outstanding service and patiently walked me through the entire process.
