Just had an evaluation and the service technician was very professional and offered other viable options.

We've had Victor and his plumbers over several times for a variety of jobs. (Plumbing seemed to be the weak spot in the construction of our home.) They've been reliable, courteous, and have done good work for us. Plumbers are never cheap, but their hourly rate seems about right.

Quick, communicative, responsive, conscious of my schedule, and did a great job. Evan helped me and he was great. He also suggested further work that we could do to help prevent further issues, without selling/pushing me. I already plan to call them back.

I went online to find a new plumber, read the reviews, called and was met with a friendly, caring person at Bueno Plumbing, who I knew wanted to help get me the service I needed asap. She even offered to call if there was a cancellation. I was given the first available timeframe and was kept apprised as to the arrival time. Work was explained, handled professionally, quickly and for a very fair price. I will use them again and will be a customer for life.

We got water back flowing to bathtubs while running wash machine, obviously the sewage was blocked somewhere. Quoted two companies, Jonathan Cena is the technician who came onsite from rooter hero, he is very professional in both communication and diagnosing the issue, and he helped to fix it with very reasonable cost. The other company came earlier just quoted a high cost repair without looking closer. I strongly recommend rooter hero.

The technicians used diagnostic tools to diagnose the line besides just unclogging the drainage system for the same low price.

Bruce and Henry came out to snake our drain, ended up having to do that twice, and installed a clean out. Someone, maybe prior owner, had flushed a bunch of wipes (a no-no!). Repairs were done on the rainiest, coldest days so far this season (Jan 2018). They were great to work with in spite of the conditions.

It is a great experience working with Genmor Plumbing. The service they offer is very good and the prices are even better. I will continue to work with them in the future.

Broken water pipe... tech showed up almost 6 hours after call, he could not complete or check work and was to return next day. He never did. Fast forward 2 weeks... his half finished work exploded and I have no water just in time for Christmas weekend. Now they won't come and deal with it! We have multiple properties that use Rayne... no more! Extremely poor customer service and service techs. Disgusted.
