Excellent service from making appointment to install new parts for toilet and completion of work order. Very professional all around. Liked the fast time able to get tech out same day when I called. Nice touch to alert you tech is on the way. This company is A+.

Plumbers sure are expensive, but Marti’s Plumbing always gives us good service.

Last week I got a call from my mother saying that her house was absent of hot running water, so I swung by to take a look at the water heater. After going through the motions of what I could find on YouTube, I was at a complete loss. I reached out to Chandler Plumbing (who I had a wonderful experience with in the past,) and I explained what was wrong. It was in the afternoon, so I suspected I would have to wait until at least the next day, but a couple hours later the owner of the company showed up himself and remedied the issue inside of thirty minutes. My knowledge base of water heaters or plumbing for that matter is minuscule compared to his, so he could have easily sold me a new water heater and I wouldn’t have known any better. However, he (Ishmael) fixed the problem at a fraction of what I thought I was going to pay. All I can say is, it’s an statistical anomaly to find someone with that skill set, work ethic, and stand up personality when you’re in a jam like that. As you can see, I don’t write a ton of reviews, but I made the time, so that hopefully somebody else can share a similar experience.

Kevin and his team were very responsive and professional. I was remodeling my kitchen and needed the water pipes to be rerouted since I was switching the positions of the sink and the dishwasher. Kevin found another problem once the walls were opened and they fixed it too. Everything was done on time. Highly recommend them.

Edgar Franco is an Amazing plumber he has a great amount of options he is very positive and he has amazing service overall he is the best plumber that I have met and his job is very well done I love how well my house turned out after his work and I have had a lot of plumbers over the years and he is always so generous and nice

I only gave them one star because I had to. This company is so disrespectful. I booked and appointment Thursday between 4pm and 6pm. 6:05pm no one showed yet. I text the owner no response. 7:05pm I left the owner a voicemail stating no one showed. It's now Saturday and no one has gotten back to me. I also looked up bad reviews and found a few one stating this company over charges and one where they stated work was needed to be done but was not needed. This company is not in the BBB. Please do your research before hiring this company.

Quality Service at Reasonable Prices Genmor Plumbings motto should be changed to Exceptional Service at Incredibly Low Prices. Why do I say this, well we had leaky pipes in our multi-apartment complex, which consists of five floors. Between Genaro, the owner and Betty, their professionalism and communication skills; re-piping the entire building was simple and easy. We ended up having them do additional work on top of re-piping such as R/R (Remove/Replace) sewer lines, toilets, and faucets. Their pricing is also very reasonable. You wouldn't know that they're based in San Jose because of their prompt and timely arrival everyday to the worksite in Concord!!!! Look no further, your plumbing needs should be with Genmor Plumbing.

The gentleman was very professional and was able to figure out the source of the problem. He could have cost us over thousand dollars in services but through his observation and asking good questions he located the true source of the problem. I appreciated his knowledge and desire to do the best for us.

We just purchased a new kitchen under mount stainless steel sink and motion sensor faucet. Abel was able to immediate size the project and provide an estimate after careful review of what it entailed. There was a lot of reconnections to consider, including a relocation of garbage disposal and water filtration tank. He was very helpful and upfront of the total cost and labor it would take, leaving no surprises for us at the end. The work performed was completed timely and our sink/faucet looks and works beautifully! We are so extremely happy with his work that we contacted him to install our new water heater as well:) Thanks Abel!

Adrian originally came out to deal with two separate issues. A leaking hose in one toilet and a less obvious leaking toilet on a second floor that has caused some water damage on the first floor ceiling He diagnosed both and repaired. Less than an week later, one of the toilets started malfunctioning again,. Rayne courteously sent him back out to repair the issue at no additional cost. I consider that excellent customer service. Adrian was very pleasant and courteous. Would recommend and will use again.

Henry & Martin were prompt & easy to work with. Tub & Shower fixture installation was completed to my satisfaction. Suggest researching & purchasing all fixtures and having them pre- approved by plummer for your installation before the job is scheduled.
There is some variation in metal finishes between manufacturers,
worth the effort to pre-purchase and compare with other fixtures in home
before plummer installation.

I had an issue with my bath drain stinking for the last two months. Two appointments and $250 in warranty call charges (each for about five minutes with so called technicians who claimed the smell was just something random and would go away if I pour hot water! Yeah right ! ) led to no changes and my bath stinking everyday and the wife cussing every day :) Finally , I called Giovani to check it out. He quickly identified the issue and spent time explaining what was going on. Trust me , this man knows plumbing. He’s the best out there , takes extreme pride in his workmanship and his customer service is top notch, very rare to find qualities in today’s world. And if you are lucky enough , you will have the added bonus of chatting with him about just any topic on earth. I had one of the most interesting & impromptu conversations about “Culture” and I was so refreshed with his perspective on life! I joked that he should have his podcast! ( Seriously though , he should !). Hire him for his professionalism, eye for detail , obsession over customer satisfaction & honesty. You will not be disappointed.
