Cliche but I've used a number of plumbers over the years and these guys are the best. Fast, professional, great work and reasonable. Very, very happy with the service they provide. Btw they also re-did the pipes under our house, huge job and really well done.

I have the absolute best story as to why you should avoid Marti's Plumbing at all costs. With so many plumbers out there, trust me when I say DO NOT EVER give these people a chance. My main water line had broken and I googled and selected them to come do a pressure test and since they responded quickest gave them the opportunity to complete the replacement of my main water line. They took forever, abandoned the job, lied about the permit process, and took me to court to pay in full when they did not fulfill their obligations in the contract. The Judge obviously ruled in my favor because facts are facts, but the audacity, the lies, the inconvenience and the level unprofessionalism is something I have never witnessed in my life. Trust me when I say, do not let these people on your property or even bother working with them. They lied straight faced in court after taking oath. Please reference the photos for what they left my property looking like after the job was completed.

My review is based on scheduling and fees. JENNIFER scheduled my non-emergency appointment for 6 pm - 8 pm. I promptly provided all requested information. After coordinating with my landlord ($55 fee if you're not the homeowner), I provided my credit card information; AMBER would not take my credit card information before connecting with my Landlord. I received a call back from STEPHANIE to tell me that there is a $100 emergency fee for my appointment. I asked her why JENNIFER said there is no emergency fee for my appointment. STEPHANIE told me that their staff GAVE AWAY MY APPOINTMENT and I have to pay the fee. She said that it took a long time for my landlord to call back. This long time is less than one hour. If this is Mr. Rooter's perception of time, how much will they bill for their TIME to work on job? After expressing my disappointment, STEPHANIE was merely accepting of it. She never apologized at all. It would be better had they told me about the additional fees BEFORE they took my credit information. She didn't even give me a new appointment time. There is NO VALID EXPLANATION for the additional $100 fee. Nothing else changed since JENNIFER gave me the non-emergency appointment for 6 pm - 8 pm. I do not recommend this business due to lack of transparency and honesty.

Genmor Plumbing, San Jose is the best plumber in San Jose. We had a plumbing leak that couldn't be fixed anywhere else and they came with their own equipment to fix the problem. They were attentive to our needs and had the knowledge to get us going again!

Roto rooter did a good job with the actual work but they are very expensive. The main problem is they were not upfront about the quote. They gave as a lower quote at first and kept increasing cost after we accepted initial quote. The cost of parts was double of the Initital estimate they gave.I wish they were transparent upfront about the material cost rather than slapping us with a huge bill at the end. At the end of it, We had a better quote with another party and would have gone there if we knew these guys would mark up the price for materials so much.

First I had problem with pipe leaking at my rental unit so I called Rayne Plumbing and they send Amy. She resolved that super quick. So next time I called I asked for her but she is not longer with Rayne Plumbing. They send Raudel and he was able to find problem and fix it same day. This time I called Rayne to send someone to replace my water heater. Fred come and he did job super quick. He was really professional. I recommend Rayne Plumbing to all my friends and they all had good experience. Five Stars Deserved!!! Thank you!

not recommended. 1. wanted to charge more for what was included in original bid for water heater R&R. and 2.not knowledgeable to fix a clogged sink issue suggesting the pipe needs to be torn down and replaced and asking for more money when another plumber took 5 mins to resolve the issue the next day. 3 charged credit card on unauthorized charges. beware!

Had a clogged toilet that was a pain for over a month. Called RPS and they sent someone out to look at it the very next morning. Joseph S was here early and after a quick diagnosis gave me multiple options to consider which was nice. Lucky for me the first option cleared the issue right up, literally. I would recommend RPS to anyone and a special shout out to Joseph for the excellent service. 5+ stars

Had a clogged faucet drain. Did the multiple quotes on Yelp and decided to go with San Jose Drain and Main again.

Showed up the next day right in the timeframe given.

About 20 minutes later and $150, my faucet was running normally again. The guy gave me some pointers on how to maintain so it'll never be clogged too. Very appreciated!

Side note : Before contacting, I spent a good 2 hours trying with prybars and various snaking tools on Amazon to do it myself. The drain was clogged with hardened material. When I was quoted $150, I was secretly in my mind thinking... oh, you're gonna want more than that... so I was shocked when he did it in a few minutes. :(
