Best System Inspection in San Jose CA

After a quick diagnosis, I was informed the problem wasn’t in my pipes. He offered to snake it anyways, if I would like, but it wasn’t necessary. I wasn’t charged for the house call. It was nice knowing that he could have run the snake and charged me and told me it was fixed, but instead he was honest. I will be using them next time I have an issue.

They were available to come on short notice, quickly located the leak and repaired. Fast and efficient.

We had a problem with our water heater pilot light staying lit. Called Local Rooter in the morning and they came out within the scheduled window. Duey, the plumber, checked our water heater and diagnosed that it had a leak and also was not installed properly or up to code. They quoted me a price that was hundreds of dollars less than other companies I had called. They professionally installed a new water heater in the next day They are super courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend them for any water heater issues you may have!

I contacted this plumbing company on a Saturday to check a problem I had on my faucet which had no hot water flow. I had called my usual plumbing/rooter company but they couldn't have anyone there earlier than a week away. Elite Rooter was able to send someone out the same day and gave me an hour window. Phil did an amazing job installing a leak detection system at my house. Not only did he come on time and get the job done promptly, he came back out when the unit wasn't working right. Phil contacted the manufacturer and debugged the unit over the course of two hours to determine that it was indeed faulty. The only thing I'm upset about is that they *wouldn't* send me a bill for the second trip out! They went so far above and beyond that paying for the additional time is the least I could do to thank him. It's rare to find someone these days who's willing to stand behind the customer like this. The service I received is truly exceptional and Miracle Plumbing will be my go-to plumber going forward.

Excellent company excellent plumbers. Out water heater ruptured in the middle of the night and we had a plumber contacting us with next steps almost immediately at 2am. Greg, our plumber went above and beyond trying to get our hot water back as soon as possible and as cost effectively as possible and we can’t thank him enough for that. Great communication and a quick install. Can’t see us using anyone else for our plumbing needs.

These guys are just so good from start to finish. From the first call talking to a really pleasant person instead of endless prompts, to Phil, the guy who cleaned out our sewer line and who was super nice, experienced, professional and on time and who did the work exactly as estimated at a very reasonable rate. And the follow up call I needed to make after hours to a voicemail system that works flawlessly and got the message to the right person, they clearly pay attention to the little things as well as big... it just adds up to an excellent experience worth writing about. HIGHLY recommended.

Giovanni was the third plumber we called to diagnose a tricky problem in our pipes, as we were not confident in the assessments of the previous two plumbers. Giovanni took great care to diagnose the problem and clearly demonstrate and explain it to us, and he earned our trust. He is passionate about his work, and his price was reasonable as well. 08/12/21-Called at noon & Wilver, Repair Tech came by 1:30pm. He was able to swap out my old with a new water heater, as well as, haul the old one away. It took him 1 1/2 hours to complete and it was glorious to have hot water again (after one week...argh). Cost was $1,400 (parts, labor & haul away). The good news was we were able to get a refund for half the cost at Home Depot due to warranty. Very thankful for his help and would use him again.

Jaime made an emergency visit on a Sunday to fix a pipe that had broken and was spraying water. He was excellent in communication about the timing for when he would be here, providing updates on his status. When he got here, we looked at the pipe and he explained what the possibilities were around fixing it, as it might be broken inside the wall. He was clear, upfront and articulate in his communication. He finished the work quickly and while I was taking care of the paperwork, he checked the water pressure, identifying that my water pressure was too high and I should contact the owners of the house I'm renting about this before other problems occur. Thank you for a quick and excellent service. The kids will have showers before school tomorrow!

An honest plumber! Great experience, tried to fix an old water shut-off valve, but realized that pipe was damaged and needed to be replaced. Marlon showed up only 30min after I called and not only fixed that valve, but also another one and did a free inspection of all other related plumbing projects we did before. Overall an extremely pleasent experience, given the nightmare of a plumbing issue in your house. While hoping not to need his services anytime soon, I know exactly whom to call next time. Thank you.
