Mikes awesome. Good service, good guy, got the job done within 1-2hours of calling in the office.

I heard dripping in my walls and they came out to take a look. They were very fast to schedule and had a lot of flexibility. When the plumber got here, he took a look at my pipes and found that the issue was dripping inside the pipes and there was nothing wrong. He really took the time to explain how it worked and why I might be hearing the dripping. He wasn't rushed at all and even drew me a diagram. At the end, he didn't even charge me and said it was just an estimate/consultation. I was really impressed with his professionalism and customer service.

Needed water heater replacement, called Chandler's Plumbing, set appt. for 1:00 pm Sat. Josh showed up early, was friendly, had everything needed to do job (water heater was exactly what I had in mind) and installation was very efficient, completed job and I was back in hot water (in a good way) again just like that...will use Chandler's for other plumbing jobs in future.

They failed to show up as scheduled, I had to make repeated calls to find out why. The San Jose office had no idea of what I was calling about, after five minutes on hold, I hung up and called the San Mateo office. They fumbled around attempting to locate my request, finally someone came on and said they were behind due to backup on other jobs and could not provide a response time. The somebody named Bill, gets on the line, asking what was going on, told me to hang on while he checked into it. After six minutes of not getting back to me, I again hung up. Called back again, got dispatch who said they could not give me a destination time, so I said to change to Thursday morning. I also said we should receive a discount for this hassle and was rudely told can only give $60.00per company rules. I never received an estimate, the job got done, without my authorization at the tune of $975.00 and did not receive the credit. I am disputing this bill.

We just purchased a new kitchen under mount stainless steel sink and motion sensor faucet. Abel was able to immediate size the project and provide an estimate after careful review of what it entailed. There was a lot of reconnections to consider, including a relocation of garbage disposal and water filtration tank. He was very helpful and upfront of the total cost and labor it would take, leaving no surprises for us at the end. The work performed was completed timely and our sink/faucet looks and works beautifully! We are so extremely happy with his work that we contacted him to install our new water heater as well:) Thanks Abel!

Very expensive water heater replacement and when I called for issues with my faucets not having pressure the installer came back and said I had to replace my kitchen pull down faucet head ( brand new). The bathroom faucet no pressure said I need a new faucet its too old. After spending $2885.00 the hot water tank was the cheapest and does not perform as well as my old one. I missed the 30 day warrenty because I was not home so I feel I did not get what I paid for. Beware not all their employes know what they are doing. My son rated them high but after a week changes his opinion so the rating does not reflect the review.

I called with an emergency job, the dispatcher promised they would call back that day, they never did. Wound up using someone else.

Tim fixed my plumbing/faucet issues within short period of time. This is the second time I had him to fix various plumbing issues. He is always professional and efficient.

If a wonderful plumbing experience is a thing, this is it. Professional and courteous. I felt that the problem was diagnosed quickly and a fair price quoted - directly from their laminated pricing sheet. Hector had all the right tools and the experience to think creatively when older clean-outs would not open. He took the time to make sure it was done right and I am very happy with the service. I would not hesitate to use Benjamin Franklin again - they will be my first call.

The service technician Anthony was on time, friendly, provided exceptional explanation on work being performed, was extremely clean and careful, did many tests on the toilet to ensure it was installed with no leaks, was easy to talk to, and treated me and my dog very well. I highly recommend this company and Anthony.

The two guys that came were wonderful to deal with, friendly, concise, professional and were able to diagnose the gas leak coming from the outdoor plumbing into the bbq station. They could have pulled the “ oh we don’t do bbq’ fixes” but correctly said it’s the pipe leading to the bbq that was the issue with the regulator which most likely has worn seals, ordered the replacement, after trawling the Bay Area to find one, then coming back to explain the situation and how long it would take to arrive. Once the part arrived, they came by and installed the part, checked to ensure leaks were gone and cleaned up the area before showing me the old part where it leaked from and the seals that were worn . Couldn’t be happier with the service, the people and the general courtesy shown. Can’t recommend highly enough

Aaron's initially scheduled me for an appointment tomorrow morning with the proviso that if they had availability open up they would get to me sooner - this afternoon or evening. Sure enough, I got a call about an hour later that one one their best plumbers - Roy - was on the way from his last call in Livermore. Roy was respectful, congenial and above all, expert and diligent in diagnosing the problem, cause (calcification due to hard water) and installed the new faucet within an hour! Excellent job. Roy also let me know about other services Aaron's does, including water softeners using potassium instead of NaCl salt, and a hot-water recirc pump system option. No hard up-selling, just knowledge-sharing. Great work and great recommendations. Nice guy too! Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter has a customer for life. Very very reasonable pricing as well.
